Cannot express how disappointed I am with Eddie B and his wife/assistant Karina B (both owners of Fiesta2go). First, they are bad with setting up a face-to-face meeting. Second, they do not followup with their clients to discuss how they conduc...t their business and review their terms of the contract. Third, they WILL NOT return clients refunds due to cancellation. Like many couples we had to cancel our wedding due to the Covid19 world wide pandemic; and with that, they refused to return our down payment regardless of the situation because we signed a contract. This shows lack of empathy and unprofessionalism on their behalf. They are so quick to take one's hard earned money and spend it on lavish vacations on our dime; and they are terrible with returning phone calls and emails. No one told me that I was giving my money away as if it were charity. We do not recommend Fiestas2Go (a.k.a. Eddie B House's) services.
Les quiero dar a todos un sobre aviso de este par de Ladrones. Contratamos a Eddie B House para un evento. Cuando la epidemia ocurrió no avía otro remedio y cancelamos el evento por la salud de todos nuestros invitados. Eddie nos concedió el reembolso completo y hasta la fecha no nos pagaron el dinero completo. Por más de un mes, hemos hecho varios llamadas y coreó electrónicos. Hasta su esposa me colgó la llamada. Que falta de respeto y mal forma de tratar a sus clientes. Y para cavar de moler, esta compañía Fiesta2GoDjs, Fiesta2Go y Fiesta Entertainment no existe por ninguna parte en la rede social como un verdadero negocio. Ellos son un farsantes que se aprovechan en la confianza de unos para quedarse con nuestro dinero sin un buen explicación. Si quieren contratar un DJ, es mejor escoger otra persona o compañía que son legítimos y que tratan a sus clientes bien. Eddie B House y esposa no se merecen el negocio de los seres humanos.
