Don⠹t do it!
Almost everything about our wedding with Eden Crest was terrible. Our wedding coordinator left the company 2 weeks prior to our wedding and replaced her with someone who was not very experienced, not detail oriented, and who was ac...tually on her own honeymoon until one week before my wedding. When she did call me she had none of our forms, none of our detailed papers, and apparently nothing had been booked- although they didn’t tell us that until the day of my wedding. Here’s a list of all the things that were wrong: - I ordered plum table cloths and we got magenta. - the DJ set up the speakers in a place that we had no dinner music - the tent had no ventilation or fans on the 90 degree day as promised - it was supposed to have tons of tea lights and twinkle lights for lighting and in reality we ended up with 2 tea lights per table and NO twinkle lights so our guests had to use the flashlights on their phones once it got dark because no one could see anything. -Our cake was delicious but you could tell that the coordinator had put our topper in wrong, and then pulled it out and put it in elsewhere leaving 2 huge holes in the top of our cake. - there was only 1 glass of water for each guest and when it was gone they did nothing about it so one of our guests had to leave and go buy bottled water for everyone. -And the worst was our photographer. Who had NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING. She gave no direction for how people were standing or what photos we had to do despite me filling out a very specific paper as to what I was expecting. Our photos are TERRIBLE. I would have been better off having our guests be in charge with their iPhones. And then she edited them to death and ruined them even more. We look like off centered out of focus Oompa Loompas. She did not get one photo of us with our daughter, with our parents, nothing. Then after the fact when I called to speak to someone about the travesty that was our wedding because of them, they did nothing but offer me 20% off of my next stay with them. I am a business owner myself and this was a JOKE of an offer. At the end of the day I married my best friend and I had all of the most special people in my life there which is what matters. But I cannot day enough terrible things about this company. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
