I hired Alice as our ceremony and cocktail hour musician and was very happy. We also chose to have an accompanying guitarist, and they were able to fulfill all my song requests beautifully. The music was just what I hoped it would be. The cocktail hour songs that they chose were also a hit among my guests. Alice was easy to communicate with, no hassle or fuss. It was a pleasure and I highly recommend Elegance by Violin.
Alice was amazing - incredibly professional and quick to respond during the planning phase. During the event, her performance was flawless and memorable, creating lifelong memories.
Alice was extremely professional and reasonably priced. She let us pick 4 different songs just for our professional and was extremely accommodating. Her music was beautiful and her communication was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We hired Alice to play violin for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and she exceeded expectations. I had my heart set on walking down the aisle to "Dream On" by Aerosmith, and Alice and a gentleman on guitar played it impeccably. The "strolling" violin aspect during our cocktail hour was a hit. I still have guests tell me how much they loved all of the music at our entire wedding, but they always comment on how amazing the violinist was and how neat the entire concept was. I cannot recommend her more and I truly hope everyone hires her for their wedding! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Alice played at my son & daughter-in-law’s wedding ceremony. She was amazing! I would highly recommend her.
Alice played violin for the ceremony and reception at my brother's wedding. She was superb, jumping right in with the bluegrass band that was also hired (after only one rehearsal).
She can play a huge selection of music and brings a lot of joy to the occasion.
I'd recommend her for any musical event.
Alice played the violin for my wedding Mass in December 2017. She was great to deal with - easy communication and quick to respond to me. Alice's music added a beautiful touch to our Mass and we received many compliments from guests on how nice it sounded. My husband & I highly recommend Elegance by Violin to add something special to your most important day. We've also seen her play in other settings and Alice always wows the crowd with her musical talent and personal charm. Thank you, Alice!
Alice is such a talented violinist. She teamed up with the organ player for my ceremony and it was seamless. Alice’s music added such a special touch to our ceremony. I can’t thank her enough!!

I had so many guests who asked where I found this caliber of musician, and they were all blown away by her! She was so easy to work with, which made all the difference for this anxious bride! I could not be more thrilled with the memories she helped us to make, and I wholeheartedly recommend Elegance By Violin to anyone looking for incredible music as the backdrop to their special day!
Alice played violin for our wedding ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful. She is truly amazing at what she does. Alice was professional from the start. I had no idea what songs I wanted for the ceremony and Alice provided recommendations and helped put together a mix of traditional and modern songs which were perfect. She arrived at the venue with plenty of time to setup and prepare for the ceremony. Alice played "Can't Help Falling in Love" when I was walking down the aisle and it took my breath away. I received so many comments from my guests on how beautiful it was. I can't say enough good things about Alice and would highly recommend her to anyone!
Alice did an amazing job performing for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. One thing I really appreciated was her guidance and skill playing traditional Jewish songs for the ceremony. While I wanted some traditional music, I didn't know where to start. She really helped me find just the right pieces for different parts of the ceremony. For the cocktail hour, I gave her the reigns to pick what sounded best, and she delivered! Our guests were very impressed with her music, too.

I hired one violinst to play with my church's organist during the ceremony. She was amazing, and was at a very competative price ot other musicians. I was extremely happy with her work and professionalism.
Alice @ Strolling Violins was absolutely fanastic. We never met in person, never talked on the phone ~ which is perfect for me since I was so busy we talked just email! I asked for 2 songs that aren't typically played at weddings and she worked with me! I had a vilin and guitar player which sounded so beautiful! They were so wonderful, my best friend hired them for her wedding in October!!!
