I went to several bridal shops and none of them could stand up to Elegant Touch! I cant say enough good things about them. You should go to this bridal shop for all your wedding attire.

I went in with no idea what I wanted. I described my wedding and what I liked and boom...Pat found 10 gorgeous dress I had to choose from. I came back a few weeks later with more people and chose my dream dress. Once again the staff and Pat in particular made the process painless, meaningful and memorable. The alterations on the dress were impeccable and I had no one complaint on my wedding day. My only somewhat bad/frustrating experience was the fitting appointments. I felt very rushed with my second fitting and was actually told the dress was done. I called back feeling uncomfortable and tried making another fitting and they tried to convince me I was over thinking it. It was only when I express my disappointment with my second fitting did they assign me another. And thank goodness they did, I got a half an inch taken in at the bust, cup inserts sewed in and an elastic band added, all thanks to Pat once again! I feel I was mislead only because I met with someone I feel normally doesn't work the floor on my second fitting. But in the end I would definitely recommend to come here!!! Just be firm and persistent about what makes you happy, because remember they are busy trying to please not just you, but hundreds of other brides. Good luck and best wishes to all new brides!!! 💕😊💍

Everyone is friendly and helpful. My dress was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They are currently preserving my dress for me.

s working with another client. The other consultant actually yelled at me at one point, trying to make me feel guilty about a dress fitting me and not the other client. I showed my consultant pictures of the two dresses I had found and loved from other bridal shops, and she was very snooty, even saying "I cannot believe they are charging that price for THAT." When we found a dress that had some elements that I really liked, my consultant pushed really hard to get me to buy it, even though I kept telling her that I was not sure because I loved the other ones so much. She was pushy to the point that I am confident that she really did not care whether or not I loved the dress, she just wanted to make the sale. Looking back at the pictures of the dress at Elegant Touch, it really didn't hold a candle to the other two dresses I had already found, so I'm glad I stuck with my guns and told her I was not ready to decide. There are a number of other bridal shops in the area that provide the same or better selection with customer service that is far superior. I have ordered my dress from a shop where the owner and her staff made me feel like they truly wanted me to look and feel beautiful on my wedding day and I could not be happier with my decision.

goes out of their way to please...the customer service here is the best of any store I had visited.Also the tuxes here are so much better than mens wearhouse. They have all the styles and sizes in the store so my fiance' and guys could try them on. They were brand new , fit perfectlly and were comfortable. I have every confidence in their seamstress , she advised another Bride on custom work and her knowledge about fabrics and beading was very impressive. I also like that my gown does not leave the shop during the alteration phase... safe and secure no worries. I am happy to recommend Elegant Touch Bridal and Tuxedo to all future Brides. That being said I will not be getting my alterations done there or my bridesmaid dresses that I had picked out!! All they want is your money!

ut she limited what I tried on without asking me or letting me know how much some of the more expensive dresses cost. But we found a great dress off the sample rack. They held my dress for over a year which was nice as well since we didnt want my dress squished in a closet. However, when we went back for my second fitting we found that the dress had been damaged. The overlayer looked like it was burned and it had melted together. They were extremely unapologetic and appeared to have no idea how this had happened. The dress was perfect the last time i put it on! We came up with a way to fix it, and when I went back a few weeks later it was only partially fixed. The seamstress and owner felt they had done enough to appease us, but they did not fix the problem. After a long discussion they did take in the seam a bit more which did solve the problem. Throughout this whole thing they were rude and unapologetic. A simple "Im so sorry this happened" would have gone a long way at this point. They even went so far as to say "well this was a sample dress." Like I said, when we bought it, there was no damaged fabric in that place. They did discount some of the alterations which was nice, but at this point the damage had been done. I know this is not the norm when it comes to buying dresses and getting them fitted, but they did not handle the situation appropriately in my opinion.

I left the shop in tears, having not tried on one single dress that would have been a real option for me. No one should ever be made to feel the way I felt at Elegant Touch. Please save yourself the time and disappointment and go anywhere else.

likes their light gray Tuxedo which is very sharp and a nice change from traditional black. We love that the warehouse is on the premises ,all sizes in stock very convenient .

The guys wore Gray tuxedos, they looked great, they had everything on hand for my out of town guests, I had 5 grooms’ men from New York, they all arrived Friday afternoon, they needed some adjustments, no problem they took care of all of them. My bride’s maids wore black and grey. My mom found her dress with a jacket and was very pleased. All and all a great experience, it all came together very well. Highly recommend this shop.

t. There were also many tuxedo styles to choose from . My husband shopped everywhere and Elegant Touch by far had the best selection and fit. He is very particular and was very happy especially since his out of towners could call in their measurements...the tuxedos were ready for them when they came in, no worries. They were all very handsome. My consultants were great, they knew exactley what would look good on my plus size shape, I cried because I never thought I could look this good. I had visited other shops but here I felt cared for and not just a number. Thanks again, I will send customers.

ot take appointments for bridesmaids so I called ahead and asked when the best time would be to come. Three of my bridesmaids were coming from NC so we needed to get it done that weekend. It ended up being a big day for prom shopping and the store was full of girls looking for prom dresses. My bridesmaids were yelled at that they were only allowed to have two (of about 8) fitting rooms between them. We also got very little attention despite the fact that we were purchasing 5 dresses vs 1 for each of the high school girls. After attempting to make a reservation and being told I couldn't we were very disappointed with the service we received for the bridesmaid shopping (especially after I spent so much money on my dress + veil + alterations there). Overall getting my dress went well but I probably wouldn't recommend this store to a friend.

sband and his groomsmen through their tux fitting to only get everything wrong! One groomsman jacket had a massive hole, the measurements were all wrong, and another groomsman had a completely different colored tie, all of which they were RELUCTANT to fix! They told me I had to have my first and final dress fitting two weeks apart (and 3 months before my wedding!) because the seamstress would be out of the country, all of which was a lie. When I finally came to pick my dress up it was completely wrinkled and had black and brown stains on the front, when I brought it brand new and those stains were not there when I tried it on the first time. They were also reluctant to fix that, saying they wanted money first. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever! STAY AWAY!

ETB handled everything - everything was on point! Loved the boutique, loved the service, loved the Elegant Touch you provided for my wedding day!

The price was also really reasonable. The store is clean and there's lots of seating for any people you have with you. I didn't use their alternations, so I can't speak to that.

y offered to steamed my wedding veil along with my dress (after my final fitting) and I didn't even purchase my veil from them! Definitely check this place out when looking for a wedding dress.

was called when it arrived. My dress only needed minor alterations (taken in on the bust, hemmed shorter and a bustle). I was a little after reading some of the other reviews that my alterations would be poorer quality but everything was great. I had no problems with anything and my dress looked great. The guys and my dad also rented tuxedos from here which was very convenient! They all came in and tried on their tuxedos a few days before the wedding and alterations were finished by the next day. There is one woman that is an aggressive salesperson in the annoying way but just avoid her and you'll have a good experience.

While I wasn’t positive on which to choose, Elegant Touch was extremely helpful in offering opinions and expertise in helping me choose a head piece, appropriate style shoe and jewelry that fit my personality and style. While opinions were offered, they were always respectful of my asking questions and making my own decisions. I often felt very comfortable at Elegant Touch and became very friendly with a lot of the lovely ladies at the store. I always felt relieved when I left the shop knowing we had tackled another “to-do” on the never-ending list before the wedding! In addition, to their assisting with embellishments, they were also extremely kind and friendly, including the ladies who were not working with me. My appointments were always on time with a knowledgeable and friendly individual willing to assist me. Elegant Touch is extremely clean and well kept. I even like the smell upon walking into the store! I am sad that I only have one more fitting and won’t need to be returning to Elegant Touch. They provided me with more than a lovely experience which is what every bride should receive. I am looking forward to the next friend of mine who becomes engaged because Elegant Touch is the first store we are visiting!! Thank you Elegant Touch Bridal & Tuxedo! that did not make me feel like a pain in their A$$. The only reason I came back after the first time was because of her. She is the kindest person and should open her own shop. She would be very successful.. My experience with everyone else was deplorable. No one else wanted to do anything extra..I felt like they all were tired of working there and dealing with brides...They want you to come in, spend a ton of money and then not inconvenience them anymore. I was blatantly & rudely asked at one point after alterations, why I needed to try my dress on again, because the woman didn't feel like getting it out and helping me put it on. They will roll their eyes at you, Frown when you need something and then throw out an exasperated breath to top it off...

would look good and she took that information and pulled a variety of dresses for me! She encouraged me to try on everything, even if I didn't think I would love it. She said "you just don't know until you have it on!" This was wonderful advice because the dress I ended up buying had a lace overlay and I didn't think I would look good in lace. I was wrong. I fell in love with the dress and I am so happy she told me to put it on!! They are a full service boutique and I was able to have all of my alterations and fittings done there which made it very convienent for me. They did a great job taking my dress in, and were very friendly and welcoming.

Elegant Touch had several dresses in my size, but once I told my consultant, Gerry, what I was looking for, the first dress she pulled was perfect! Gerry has a great eye and really understood what I wanted. My alterations were done here as well, and they honored the pricing that was given to me when I first bought the dress. The work that was done on the dress - I had the straps removed - was excellent, and the final product was STUNNING.I received so many compliments on my dress and truly felt like a princess. I definitely recommend visiting them if you are searching for the perfect gown.

er service from the rest of the staff drops dramatically. I can't complain too much- when I needed an extra dress bc of bridesmaids drama they sold my the floor model and made sure the last minute alterations were done in time plus gave me extra fabric for another bridesmaid who needed to have a panel put in at the last minute. All in all it was a good experience.
