e into the dressing room with me--she made my mom come in and put me in my dresses, which totally ruined the effect of seeing me on the pedestal. When I came back the second time, I had a much more helpful girl. Still, they should be careful who they have working there.

ing there were some mishaps. I had 2 bridesmaids that were measured wrong and had to have their dresses re ordered a month before the wedding. I will note though that they covered the costs. Then when I called a couple days before to let them know when I'd be picking up my dress so they had time to steam no one told me my dress wouldn't be in the bag (I've never bought a fancy dress before so didn't think about one it was steamed it shouldn't go back in the bag( so when I got there the gal asked if my vehicle was clean or if I had a sheet to lay down. Answer was no to both. But they did get some plastic for me. All in all the exerience was better then it was worse. They were always very nice whenever I went in the store. And I love my dress that I find there!

ng that I had an appointment. I did get my dress here, and took advantage of the fact that you get 10% of your dress price to spend in the store to get my shoes for only 10 bucks. Overall the experience was average. Prices were average for SF, they did have a pretty good selection though.

of it. I thought she was the BEST! When I went back for accessories, they weren't as helpful. Sometimes you had to ask for help. My bridesmaid dresses were late getting into the store, but we still had them at least 5 weeks before the wedding so the girls had time for any alterations. Accessories were priced a little high. The seamstress seems a little overworked, but does a great job.

cess all over again and I found "the dress" and it turned out for the better and I loved the second dress I found better than the first dress. The dress was more expensive than the first dress, but they worked with me and gave me a discount since it was their fault the first dress didn't work out for me. They were very helpful and great to work with!
