the best solutions were. Then we met Mandi. She was able to help me understand the best way for this wonderful event to proceed, and I immediately realized that I could relinquish control to her. My wife (and by far my better half!) was relieved that I was able to let my guard down, and turn this wedding over to professionals. Element Event Design worked very hard with our daughter to make sure the ceremony and reception were EXACTLY what our daughter and son-in-law wanted. Mandi would offer suggestions on how to structure things so that they would occur in a way that met the bride and groom's goals, but she did not ever seek to have her wishes replace our daughter's and son-in law's wishes. Mandi facilitated their wedding: she did not orchestrate their wedding. And it was perfect! I did not begin this process thinking that a wedding planner would be helpful. In fact, I secretly opposed the idea. I was wrong. Element Design took all of the burden off our shoulders, and took care of everything. I cannot fathom how wrong my initial thoughts were. I would recommend, without hesitation, Element Event Design. I will always have a fond place in my heart for their staff. Not only did they prove me wrong, which was not their goal, but they also helped us enjoy one of the greatest days in our lives. Thanks.

Mandi she put us at ease and made sure we knew she would take care of it. We were working with a limited budget so paying for a "day of" planner seemed a little indulgent but boy did it pay off. From helping with the save the date cards, recommending the perfect place for invitations, and helping guide us through the vendor process, she consistently went above and beyond the expectations. Most importantly when the big day came, we were so amazed at how perfect and easy everything went. Everyone kept commenting on how organized and pefect the day went. We had no idea how much work Mandi was doing in the background the whole time. I'd recommend her for sure...just be ready for lots of excel worksheets!

She took the time to get to know us and to make sure that little touches of our personalities were represented in the wedding. The day of the wedding was completely stress free because Mandi had taken care of every detail. After the wedding I received so many compliments about how wonderful Mandi and her team were. I can't even begin to express how happy I am that I had Mandi coordinate my wedding. She not only did an amazing job coordinating our wedding, but she helped to save us money with great recommendations for vendors, center pieces and invitations that she designed (which were amazing!!). It was such a joy working with Mandi and her team. Even if you haven't considered getting a wedding planner before I would encourage you to contact her. Having a planner (especially Mandi) makes the planning and wedding so much more relaxed and enjoyable.

Mandi also offers amazingly creative ideas to make your day unique to you. several times. From the first time we talked, I knew she understood my vision and was going to help me bring it to life. She did many little things that were not part of the "package" that I purchased, just because...because she wanted to, because she knew it was perfect for me and she just couldn't help herself. I felt like she was more of a sister or best friend than a wedding planner! On the day of our wedding, a huge tornado hit close to us, and we had torrential rains the entire evening (which thankfully started after our outdoor ceremony). Despite this, Mandi made sure that everything was packed away safely, meanwhile making sure that everyone had a great time, and even handed out flowers from our centerpieces to our departing guests as they left - a very classy touch. Absolutely not trying to toot my own horn here, but I have to say that I have heard time after time after time what a beautiful, classy, unique and FUN wedding I had. My guests truly truly enjoyed themselves, and really loved all the special touches that Mandi put on everything. I give Mandi my highest recommendation without reservation, she is worth every penny.

! Mandi is an incredible resource for everything from vendors, creative decorating ideas and design services, to organizing the flow of the day. She was always very responsive and available whenever we had questions or just wanted to bounce an idea off of her. She also has an incredible inventory of decor items. We rented quite a few items from her which was so convenient for us. We decided to hire a day-of-coordinator because we didn't want to burden our family or friends with helping on the wedding day. We also didn't want to be burdened with any last minute issues. And it worked beautifully! We were able to spend time celebrating with our family and friends while Mandi took care of any questions from the vendors and made sure everything and everyone was in place! We can't think of a wedding planner/coordinator being more competent or doing a more complete and creative job. Kudos to you Mandi! Thanks for making our day perfect!

eally spend the money on someone just to coordinate vendors on the day of the wedding. But we went with our gut feeling and decided to hire Mandi, and we couldn't be more happy that we did. She did so much more than just coordinate vendors. She was helpful and friendly from our first phone call, and made it clear that she was there for us along the way whenever we needed anything. I emailed her all the time, just to bounce ideas off of her--whether they were big things like choosing a caterer or little things like choosing table number holders-- and she quickly responded to each and every email. It was very comforting to know I always had Mandi to turn to for help with the multitude of questions that came up throughout the wedding planning process. She also offered help seeking out vintage decor elements and offering to re-paint them to match our wedding colors, even though this was outside the bounds of what we hired her for. When the wedding day got closer, Mandi provided us with helpful spreadsheets that laid out the timeline of the day. The spreadsheets were a headache at the time, but, again, I am so glad we had Mandi there to make us think about those little details, and I am so glad that all I had to do was put the details onto the spreadsheet, while she is the one who actually had to worry about them on the day of the wedding! By doing all of that organizing work with Mandi ahead of time, I was not worried about a thing on the actual wedding day. I knew Mandi had it all under control, and she did! Because of Mandi, we had a wonderful wedding day, and my husband and I were able to just focus on why we were there and enjoy the time with our closest friends and family. If you're on the fence about hiring Mandi, don't be! Her assistance was an invaluable resource to have on our wedding day, and I am so glad we hired her.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching her create our wedding step by step. I specifically would like to commend her artistic abilities; I was thoroughly impressed and delighted with the creative designs produced by Mandi from the Bridal Shower Invitations, Wedding Seating Chart, Programs, all the way to the accent pieces on my tables. I could not have been more pleased with the beautiful outcome of the whole experience. I met a number of wedding planners but none of them had the design talent and pro-active approach that stood out like Mandi. Again, I have to say that she really did make planning the wedding fun instead of hectic which made us enjoy the planning process also. Our wedding was pure perfection! We even got to sit back and enjoy every moment of the day and we owe it all to her!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mandi and she made us feel as if we were the only couple she was working with. Throughout our planning process, she would send us “this made me think of you” emails with ideas for our wedding that she came across. She totally nailed our vision and personalities even though we didn’t meet in person until the day before our wedding. She was always readily available whenever we had questions and she checked in often to see what we needed help with. When we needed last minute help with programs and table numbers, Mandi designed them for us and we’re still hearing compliments from our guests! Our wedding day was amazing. We, as well as our parents, had an amazing time because we were able to relax and enjoy the day. Mandi took care of every little detail and we didn’t worry about a thing. She is amazing and worth every penny!
