If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on 7/22 for half blank envelopes and half printed envelopes. I approved the proof for the printed envelopes the next day on 7/23 and received a confirmation email stating that my envelopes ...would be printed by 7/29.
When 7/29 rolled around, I heard no updates, so I emailed the company inquiring about the status of my order. In response, sales rep Elizabeth I. responded to me with a link to view my proofs to re-approve them. I gave them the benefit of doubt thinking that perhaps I made a mistake when I approved the proofs the first time around (even though I literally got a confirmation email stating that I had approved the proofs properly and the envelopes were now in production). This time, I got a second email stating that my envelopes would now be printed by 8/3.
I called the company that same day to inquire when my envelopes would actually be printed. The sales rep who answered assured me that they were actually already printed and would be delivered to me tomorrow which was 7/30. I thought that to be strange since the other rep emailed me that it wouldn't be read until 8/3, but again, benefit of doubt.
Well, my order came...half of it that is. Only the blank envelopes arrived, and when I checked the website for my order status, it stated that both were delivered. I immediately called, and the sales rep this time stated that my envelopes weren't even printed, but would be printed by 8/3 for sure.
Now, knowing I can't trust the company, I chatted with them today on their website. To date, nobody actually knows whether my order was printed or not, if i could get a refund, etc etc.
Tldr: Awful company, horrible customer service. Stay away.
