t the Wyndham Grand (during the chaos of Super Bowl Weekend, might I add.) I realized I had found my partner in crime AKA wedding planner and the perfect venue! Our small 30 person wedding quickly turned into a 75-guest affair (while still being COVID safe, thanks to Dawn and the Wyndham.) I am a complete type-A, perfectionist and I met my match with Dawn. I came to her with a full vision (pictures included) and Dawn understood the vibe and aesthetic I was going for and added her own sprinkle of original out-of-the-box ideas, that blew our guest away while still maintaining the modern, sleekness of my original vision. Dawn met with us multiple times prior to our wedding: Venue selection, attended one of Epic’s styled shoot, food tasting and design session and was always available via text, call or email to answer any of my random questions or to chat about adding another new detail to the event. Dawn also provided a checklist that kept me on track and my bridal anxiety in check. The night before my wedding I went to bed without a worry, knowing everything was out of my hands and Dawn had everything under control, it was the best I’d slept in months! Dawn coordinated with all the vendors: The Wyndham, floral, hair/make-up and DJ. All I had to do was show up… And let me tell you her vendors are the BEST! I am still getting compliments, two months post-wedding on the music and food at my wedding and I still go to Christina at Contour Salon and Studio for my monthly facial! Our wedding ceremony was a Jewish Ceremony and I appreciate Dawn taking the time to learn about our traditions and accommodating our Rabbi, so every part of our ceremony was in accordance with Jewish law. She found the picture-perfect spot for us to sign the Ketubah in the Wyndham as well as prepared the Yarmulkas, Kiddish Cup and Light Bulb for my Husband to smash during our ceremony. The day of my wedding, I hardly saw Dawn because her and her team of four coordinators were working so hard on making my day perfect! The most special part of my day was our room reveal… Seeing our reception room for the first time! I am detail obsessed, so walking into my reception room with my husband before any other guests was the MOST AMAZING experience, I saw my vision come to life before anyone else and the room blew my new hubby away! He finally saw all of Dawn and I’s work come to life. Like any wedding, the day did not go on without hitches, my Rabbi lost our vows and my guests took longer than expected to sit before the ceremony but Dawn smoothed everything out as quickly as possible and her coordinators made sure I was happy, comfortable, and as low stressed as possible. Looking through the pictures, which I just received. I wish I could live the day all over again, it was the most EPIC wedding and that is all thanks to Dawn and her dedication to me as a bride!

hat went wrong. Dawn was so amazing. She even took me dress shopping. This woman PICKED MY DRESS. It was hilarious. There I was, trying on what I thought I wanted, and she sends in a dress saying, "to try it on, just for her, even though it wasn't exactly what I was looking for." I looked at the dress on the hanger and though, "OK, I'll try it on for her, but this is definitely not the dress." I put it on and immediately had tears in my eyes. She had found me the perfect dress and I would have never even tried it on without her! That shows you just how amazing her skill is in finding you what you really want, not just what you think you want. Our first date got rescheduled, then it happened again.... And again. Freaking Covid-19! We even decided to just call it off because of the stress of Covid and the wedding. Everything was a mess, like most people during 2020. Dawn was amazing and supportive through it all. I know she was my wedding planner but I saw her as much more of a friend than just a planner. She talked me through soo much and she couldn't have been more understanding about the cancelation after the multiple delays. When my husband and I finally worked through all of the covid stress and were ready to tie the knot Dawn was our first call. She put together our perfect micro-wedding in a matter of weeks. She had back up plans for her back up plans so that, if anything went wrong, we were covered. We had our dream day and to top it all off Dawn was our officiant! She wrote the perfect ceremony for us and kept it the length we wanted. It was everything we could have ever wanted. We are going to be having a big wedding once it is safe to do so and I can't wait! I know it will be a dream come true, thanks to Dawn. If you are here looking for the right planner, look no farther. You found her!

She had so many connections with vendors that we always had options to choose from all within our budget. We had so many concerns being more than a 1000 miles away but she handled everything on our behalf and was a huge support to us even after our wedding. We could not have asked for more and have zero hesitations about planning with her again. We highly recommend and the pictures speak for themselves.

pandemic limitations, she introduced us to the idea of a micro wedding. It couldn’t have worked out better! As a couple living in Miami we didn’t know where to look in the Tampa area and who was reliable. She was attentive, sweet, professional, calming when I needed it the most, and felt like so personal with every plan we made. She took all of our needs and wove it into a dream wedding! She even incorporated a hand fasting ceremony into the wedding exactly as we wanted. Each vendor we used with her micro wedding package was top quality and as amazing as she was. (Contour Salon and Studio, The Camera Crew LLC, On The Move Productions). Our arch was perfect and table decorations exactly what we envisioned. Just a fantastic person and top notch wedding professional!!

About a month before our wedding, our venue fell through (wedding nightmare!) and she helped us find a new one (which was way above her job description and not even her problem). We also utilized her staffing and bartending services and they were great- professional, friendly and very helpful/accommodating. Her and her team were BY FAR the best money we spent on our big day! We truly couldn't have done it without them!! It was affordable too, for ALL that it includes :)))) Dawn goes above and beyond! Look no further for your wedding planning needs!

Dawn, Anna and her team pulled together a truly epic wedding day for us. Everything was so wonderful. I cannot thank her enough. the wedding. We didn't have any major details finalized until (literally) two days before the wedding. Dawn was extremely patient and kind and was on standby. Four days before the wedding, I had a complete hair nightmare. I went to an Aveda salon for highlights (I'll spare you the horrific details of my experience), but I wound up with what looked like a bald spot on my part. Dawn told me how to handle it. The day of the wedding, the "eye" from the hook and eye on my wedding dress mysteriously disappeared. Dawn came to the rescue and sewed/pinned me into my dress, and my zipper stayed in place the whole evening/night. I would recommend Dawn and her team to absolutely anyone. The details of our wedding were somewhat intricate/complicated, and because of their hard work, it went off without a hitch. We're so grateful! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you so much!!!

n’t unjustified. Brides and grooms need to see accurate reviews. First, on a positive note, I will say that Dawn was very fast with returning calls and texts. She showed up when she said she would and I really think she tried her best. However, although she may be efficient in coordinating a basic affair, she had no experience or expertise coordinating a formal wedding. As mother of the groom and host of the wedding, I retained dawn when all the details surrounding an elegant affair became too much for me to handle with my full time job. After paying $30,000 for a wedding, I needed assistance pulling it all together so I could enjoy the day. I found dawn here and hired her based on her reviews. (?) I emailed her 17 things that went wrong but will limit them here to just a few. First, the vendors were not provided a preliminary time line until 48 hours before the wedding leading to confusion and multiple phone calls to me. Second. She was tasked with arriving at the venue two hours before to check on details. The menu delivered wasn’t the food I ordered which she was supposed to have confimed and checked for accuracy while there was time for something to be done. She hadn’t checked. The table numbers were not placed correctly and she didn’t notice leading to confusion. She left the bride and her bridesmaids before assuring their transportation to the ceremony was on its way causing freaked out phone calls to me from the maid of honor. I was tasked, as I was getting the groom’s Grandmother ready, to track down dawn to find the missing limo. Next. Half the guests weren’t even aware there was a photo booth and she choose to place the wedding favors outside on a locked patio that no one could access at the end of the event; causing the bridal party to have to collect 100 gifts that were all wasted. Of course dawn did not know this because she left the event with three hours remaining. Last, and most embarrassing of all, she placed her assistant, clothed in jeans and sneakers to direct our guests to the wedding ceremony. Not what I had in mind to make the first impression of the affair. If your goal is a basic boilerplate wedding with no attention to details, she’s probably fine. However, if you are striving for the event of a lifetime, hire someone with more experience in formal weddings or do it yourself. I wish I could go back and not have put the final month and day of the event in her hands. The wedding was lovely but sadly, it was in spite of her. I kick myself every day for trusting her. If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have to answer the questions as to who WAS that poorly dressed girl at the front door and why did we have New Orleans cuisine at an Italian wedding?! (Note: the caterer took responsibility and issued a refund. They also were dismayed that the wedding coordinator hadn’t said a word when there was still time to correct the problem) To date, Dawn has offered no refund or apology to myself or the couple.

de sure our day was a success. Dawn and Anna were amazing the day of the wedding. They kept us on track and were great to my spouse and I and our guests. They saved us a lot of stress for sure!

I hired Dawn in early 2017 to help plan and coordinate our outdoor backyard nuptials for December 2017. I presented Dawn with a very broad vision for the wedding and was looking for her to assist me keeping the day simple, but elegant and more importantly ensuring that our guests felt welcomed. Dawn negotiated pricing and payment with each vendor and was consistently open to feedback as we narrowed down details.
