Erin the chef & owner, is a very talented and creative chef. We love everything we tasted from her and were very happy with the way the food tasted on our wedding day. Linda who coordinated the service on the day of was great to work with... and very attentive. They also did a great job making the food elegant but still understanding budgetary limitations. Ultimately, I would recommend them, but I do have some minor criticisms. On the day of our wedding, they ran out of appetizers and some mixers. We had a juice bar and a signature drink that had pineapple juice in it. Per our contract, they were to provide the mixers, but being that we were havigng 2 bars I specifically asked beforehand if we should purchase additional juices. We were told that we wouldn't need to. Then we ran out of pineapple juice before the cocktail hour was over & could no longer serve the signature drink (or a bunch of the other juice drinks). I wouldn't have minded them running out if I hadn't asked beforehand. I can't complain that much about them running out of appetizers, because they were complimentary with our package. I'll admit though it was somewhat bothersome that we ran out when we had paid for additional appetizers. The servers at the actual wedding were fair (bussed full drinks if you left them unattended for more than a few minutes) and only replenished water glasses 1 time (from what I've heard from guests). We did also go through periods of very delayed responses during the planning process from Erin's. I partially think this was due to technological difficulties they were having temporarily and staff transitions right around the time of our wedding. Once we addressed it with her, it was very quickly resolved. Honestly though, at the end of the day I was very happy with them and I feel like the criticisms I have of them are minor. I would just suggest to another bride who would be going with them at the Great Hall to order additional appetizers and to plan on supplying anything for signature drinks yourself.
