The First Look
Located in the heart of Orange County, the Eureka Building offers one of the most unique locations for hosting a wedding ceremony and wedding reception in Irvine, California. This hidden gem sits among a large, three-acre technology campus that offers both indoor and outdoor event space. While this is a multi-use venue, the event space offers a private setting for your wedding ceremony and reception with a capacity of up to 350 guests.
The space can be rented for a maximum of 12 hours, and celebrations can run as late as midnight. The indoor space is ideal for couples planning an intimate wedding ceremony and reception, while the outdoor area provides plenty of room to host both the ceremony and the reception.
The Atrium. This 1,500-square-foot, indoor event space can accommodate up to 120 guests. The stunning 40-foot ceiling's skylight brings a natural glow to the space. The Atrium is suitable for holding a wedding ceremony or for hosting an intimate wedding reception. The white walls provide a blank canvas for you to create the wedding of your dreams.
The Park is a place where technology and nature meet. This private 13,000-square-foot courtyard offers ample room for up to 350 guests. The well-manicured lawns, shade trees and large gazebo provide an ideal setting for both wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions. Hundreds of outdoor bistro lights bring a romantic glow to the space and the helipad transforms into an instant dance floor.
What You Should Know
The Eureka Building offers several wedding packages, which allows you to select the right option for you. Couples are provided with a comprehensive list of local vendors, such as entertainers, florists, caterers, photographers and hotels that have collaborated with the Eureka Building to provide event services. However, couples are always free to choose their own vendors, although additional fees may be applied to your package.
Couples are also required to work with a wedding coordinator. This can be a coordinator of your choice or you can purchase a package that includes the services of a personal onsite coordinator. This allows for seamless preparation for your wedding day.
All wedding packages include both setup and tear down services along with the following:
- Tables and chairs
- Audiovisual system and microphones
- Multiple chair options
- Table linens and napkins
- Onsite staff available during event
- Full table settings
Space for the wedding party to get ready can be provided with advance notice. You are able to bring your own alcohol into the event, and the bar service company must provide proof of insurance and license.
In keeping with the high-tech style of the Eureka Building, an 80-inch smart presentation screen and audiovisual system can be used to enhance your indoor ceremony.

The Eureka Building is conveniently located in the heart of Irvine, CA. It offers a unique outdoor venue with tall trees that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for any couple looking to say their vows, without breaking the bank. An unexpected touch of outdoors in an industrial area that will help transform any occasion into a night to be remembered. Eureka also offers an indoor venue for cocktail hour or a small reception accommodating 40-60 guests with space for dancing. With flexibility on most vendors to 12 hours of event time, Eureka Building is a venue not to look over. Bookings available through 2018. *Please email us if you're interested in a date for 2017, although most dates for the remainder of this year are fully committed we will do our best to accommodate your date request.

The Eureka building was our ideal venue for our very large, loud and fun wedding. Taylor and her crew could not have been more accommodating. It also just came out so beautiful. I couldn't believe how pretty it was! I was extremely happy!
This is a review for the "Park" venue rental - We rented out the Park for our wedding on 06.11.2016. Eureka Building was an awesome venue with great people working to make sure the day goes as smooth as possible. We chose this venue for the flexibility of selecting food/drinks and when we met with Taylor, she was so accommodating and responsive to our requests. Unlike other places they didn't up sell us on anything but assisted through the planning process to assure we have the wedding we wanted. Great venue, amazing staff!

Taylor L. Decker
Taylor is the Venue Manager and Building Director at Eureka Building. After starting her own wedding planning with her now husband, she fell in love with weddings and helping couples make their own wedding days special. She believes that wedding planning should be a fun, yet collaborative experience and has partnered with fantastic vendors to create seamless events for her clients. She looks forward to meeting you and assisting you until the day you walk down the aisle.
