l of my vendors cancelled on my home-wedding. I was devastated; how could anyone put together a spectacular wedding in only a month? I called Connie, visited the stunning venue that day, and within four days I felt I was in good hands with a totally new plan! They thought of everything and I barely had to lift a finger. Literally. I had a few phone calls and 2 idea sessions and a field trip to see my floral arrangements that felt more like a spa retreat than wedding planning. WOW. You will never feel more doted upon. When we discussed my interests, they "got me" and were so creative with their planning it resulted in really spectacular results. They made a custom doorway for me to enter from, gave us the idea to leave the ceremony in a canoe (AMAZING), facilitated every vendor (including the most beautiful dahlias for our florals I have ever seen!), and when my schedule shifted an hour earlier the day of the wedding, they totally rolled with it! They even hosted my rehearsal dinner with so many thoughtful personal touches, thinking about it now makes me a little misty. The natural majesty of the venue coupled with a few creature-comforts added to the day (concrete dance floor, on site bathroom, beautiful bridge and swing). God bless Events on the New. It was the best wedding day I could have ever dreamed of and they pulled it off in a MONTH! I will sing their praises 'til I am blue in the face, and I have made two new wonderful friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, ladies. I never dreamed a wedding day could be so lovely and stress-free!

iver, the hospitable and friendly owners and the fact that the spot is completely customizable based on your unique wedding. Some amazing amenities were available at the wedding we photographed: a photo booth Volkswagon bus, a truck with local beers on tap, local lion donuts, fireworks and horse and covered wagon rides. This is the perfect spot for a large outdoor wedding and hope we get to photograph more weddings here in the future!

e the river. Our photos turned out incredible with all the different scenic backdrops on the property. The venue is very affordable and vendor responded quickly and was easy to work with. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

It was easy to add my own own personal touch and the guests still talking about how wonderful everything was 6 mo later. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful spot! They really helped me turn my vision into reality!
