I would give zero stars if I could. Hired Jenna as a day of coordinator. To my knowledge, she did not reach out to any vendors. The day of my venue walk through, we asked that she be there. We called her when we got there and she did not pick u...

p the phone. 30 minutes after the scheduled walk through time she texted us back and said she got into an accident. We told her we could schedule a time later to discuss the floor plan and details from the walk through. She never followed up. A week and a half before my wedding she emailed me and said she tore her ACL and couldn’t do our wedding and she would refund the money. Nothing else, no recommendations for someone else to take over and not even have the decency to at least give me a call. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

FaceTime meetings & coffee dates prior to the wedding. I was super happy with her attention to detail and remembering everything I laid out in my spreadsheet (like 14 tabs of stuff LOL). She also made the clean up process so seamless! I got everything returned to me super easy. She’s so professional, kind, easy to work with and I can’t recommend her enough. Mother Nature gave us a beautiful surprise snowstorm the morning of our wedding, and Jenna was in constant contact with our caterer, venue manager, photographer, and hair/makeup salons to make sure everything was on track. rdinate setup, wedding timeline, and cleanup. She created a timeline and floor plan that helped the wedding go off without a hitch, and she even took care of setting up and arranging our flowers (I had arranged them myself so no florist to deliver and setup) as well as our other wedding decor and our dessert table! She attended our final venue walkthrough and led the ceremony rehearsal for us. She also packed up everything in our car when the night was over! We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator on our special day.

long on time. We chose Jenna of Events Unveiled because she seemed to have the right combination of relaxed flexibility with us and willingness to wrangle individuals to be where they needed to be. Ultimately, we were very happy with our choice. We were able to pass on to Jenna our schedule, vendor list, and other things and let her do her magic, making the day go by smoothly, with little prompting from us. She set up our reception hall beautifully and even picked up my wedding cake and flowers for me! She kept everything rolling at a great pace and nothing ever felt rushed, but everything was on time. I didn’t have to worry about anything because she had it all covered. My wedding truly wouldn’t have been the same without all of her help and planning. My goal is always to make your vision come to life. When I am not working you can find me out at wineries, enjoying true crime shows/podcasts, drinking iced coffee and cuddling with my cat Piper.
