Evergreen Floral

the wedding arrived, it was a complete disaster! All the flowers were to be delivered to the hotel before noon. At noon, we still had not received the flowers. It was about 12:15pm the bridesmaids and MOH’s flowers finally arrived at the door and they were not what we had discussed. The Brides Boutique was extremely small, wilted, and not what was discussed. The rest of the bouquets for the MOH and bridesmaids were incredibly small and most of the flowers were falling over when we removed them from the box. Then when we arrived at the church at 1 pm- I was advised by the Best Man that they had no boutonnières. As the MOH, I called the florist to advise them of this and I was very rudely told my flowers had been delivered and the lady I spoke to told me she would call back. Upon a call back from the shop, the older lady told me that they were delivered to the church. This was not not discussed and she made it my fault. While speaking to the lady, I expressed my disappointment with the flowers and was told that I needed to be more careful with the flowers and the reason they could be wilted was due to my negligence. While speaking to her, I was extremely professional and said I took photos and she again had an attitude and stated that we must have left them near a window because they were fine when they left the shop. The way this shop interacts with their customers is DISGUSTING! On top of those issues, the mother of the bride and groom corsages fell apart and wilted within an hour of getting them. The grooms boutonnieres also fell apart and a flower from one of the boutiques had to be used for the ceremony and the reception. Then when we arrived at the reception, the flowers on the stairwell were not impressive and the display at the sweetheart table was embarrassing. This florist used the bare minimum of flowers, but made sure to charge an arm and a leg! Absolute WORST decision ever made to have this florist be a part of such a special day for my sister! If you are in the Niagara Falls, Lewiston, or Cambria area I would not recommend Evergreen Florist! BEWARE!

found Lynn at Evergreen. She was very responsive, and helpful. She sat with me while I looked threw books upon book as samples. Asking me if I liked this or that during the process. She sent me pictures of sample of flower and color combinations until we found something that worked for me and my budget. All the flowers were delivered by her personally to my venue and arranged to perfection.
