Carissa began working with us about 3 months prior to the wedding. Her professionalism and kind, enthusiastic demeanor immediately made me feel less stressed, like I had a partner that wanted the same for my daughter as her Dad and I did. Everly's online planning tool was truly amazing in helping us make sure all our "i's" were dotted and our "t's" were crossed. When our florist ghosted us 60 days out from the wedding and I was freaking out, Carissa kept me calm and gave me recommendations for other florists. When the wedding day finally arrived, thanks to Carissa, I was able to just be the Mother of the Bride and enjoy every moment with my daughter as she and her assistant Whitney made sure that the pre-ceremony wrangling of the bridal party and the ceremony itself went off beautifully. There was some unfortunate drama that ensued at the beginning of the reception but Carissa and Whitney handled it all with, again, professionalism and kindness, and ensured that the behavior of others did not rob my daughter and son-in-law of wedding they deserved. During the drama, for me they had hugs and words of support and comfort and I am extremely appreciative. Hiring a wedding planner was, by far, the best investment we made for this wedding. Carissa guided us and listened to us and made our visions a reality. It seemed like it wasn't just a job for her but that she truly cared about my daughter's wedding and cared about these strangers that she'd only known for a few months. ex was not able to make it on our wedding day but she assured me Lauren and her assistants are fully informed on everything. Sure enough, Lauren and her team were on top of it and made our day absolutely perfect. It did rain for 3 hours on our all outdoor wedding which made me as a bride very nervous but Lauren and her team had a plan A,B,C and let me know where we were at every step of the way. I am used to planning everything myself so having Lauren and her team take care of everything during that stressful time was incredible. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and it is all thanks to Alex, Lauren and her team!

While you count on coordinators to make sure vendors show up/do the right things, it was the little stuff that impressed me the most about Katlin, for example, right before the ring bearers walk down the aisle, they happen to be using the adorable signs as shovels in the dirt, without hesitation Katlin makes sure to wipe the dirt off of the signs before they walk down (wiped them off on her own adorable black romper, I might add) and it was these small attention to details where it shows how she truly understands how important the details are to us as a couple too. the venue, I knew I needed help to replan our special day- especially because didn’t live close to the venue. We were sent to Lauren at Every MGE. From the beginning, Lauren was so enthusiastic about how she would love to make our day special. We were fortunate that she had worked at our venue so she knew it like the back of her hand. She asked details that I would have never even thought about. She was on it from the beginning. As time got closer to our day, she kept asking the questions to really understand our vision. These happened through emails, zoom calls and phone calls. Every minute was spent on us and Lauren truly gave us her all. Lauren used Aisle Planner which was also a life saver. It is an easy way to upload photos, have communication with vendors, create detailed timelines, and even make seating charts. It was very easy to navigate. Finally we made it to the weekend. At the rehearsal Lauren got us in and out, but did not rush us to make sure everything ran smoothly. Multiple bridesmaids and groomsmen commented on how “on it” she was and did everything in a sweet manner. On the day of, I had to do absolutely nothing except enjoy our long awaited wedding- which made the day SO much better. We got ready at a different location and she went out of her way to come help me tie the bow on my dress so it was perfect for our first look. Her and her assistant set up the decor exactly how I envisioned. There were a few “issues” that occurred and I had no idea because she took care of it. She said from the beginning, I was you to enjoy your day with no worries. And she did just that. All in all, it was a perfect day thanks to Lauren. I would highly recommend her to any couple. I can’t thank her enough and will forever be grateful for her help.
