Exquisite Linens and Florals

ver Country Club and after talking to her we found out that she also was offering flowers. We had another vendor selected in our heads for flowers but since we were meeting with her anyways we decided to take a look at the arrangements she makes for flowers as well. Well, after meeting with Yasiris in person in her lovely studio I didn’t even want to go meet with the vendor we have originally thought we were going with for the flowers since I just fell in love with the pictures she showed me of her prior work. She had fantastic ideas and knew exactly what we wanted, she is super nice and easy to work with, not to mention her rates are very reasonable! She is very talented, all arrangements came out fantastic and I feel like they looked even better than I imagined. The chair covers and the bows were a fantastic addition to the overall look of the room and they definitely gave it a finished and classic look we were looking for! roses and they were beyond gorgeous. She was professional and on time. Honestly I started crying the moment she brought the flowers to the inn the morning of the wedding they were that gorgeous. We received so many compliments on how gorgeous all the bouquets and table settings were. Hands down the best decision I made was to meet with Yasiris! Sam

done. I informed all of our vendors their was a parade in Boston on the day of our wedding. Every single vendor was on time, if not early, for the wedding, including (2) 55 passenger coach buses who some how made it early. Flowers were due to arrive at 2:30, for the next hour and half I spent glued to my phone, flustered, and mad that I didn't have flowers. Normally you have flowers to take pictures with before the wedding, not me. I probably looked upset in half of my photos. 4:00 my ceremony is suppose to start and I am waiting in front of the church for the flowers. 4:25 the flowers arrive and 35 minutes LATE the ceremony started. I can understand their was traffic, it is a Boston wedding, if their isn't a parade, theirs a Soxs game, or some other traffic jamming thing going on. What I don't understand is how every other vendor was on time, if not early, including two massive buses, but the florist manages to show up 2 hours late. So instead of enjoying myself and taking photos, I'm upset and worrying about if the flowers will arrive in time for the ceremony. If not that the tardiness was bad enough, my mother didn't have a wrist corsage (she was given a boutonniere, despite our contract) and the wrist corsage that was given was so huge my mother in law couldn't even wear it. The men all rushed to put on their flowers and the ceremony started. I go to the reception venue to look at the flowers, at first glance they are beautiful. I asked for dangling crystals to be applied to the high centerpiece, they were indeed missing. I sent her an email two days later explaining how disappointed I was and truly I expected to be compensated. Not only was I not compensated, I didn't even get a response. So yes quality of her flowers is great, but service is horrendous and even the other vendors we had could not believe it. One even telling me "yea they showed up late and could have cared less". I would never write a poor review, without attempting to reach out and come to some agreement. When I got no response, I was indeed not pleased and will not recommend her.
