The staff were always pleasant and helpful (especially our Butlers – If you get the opportunity to stay in Butler Village – DO IT!). We snorkeled, enjoyed massages from the Spa, relaxed pool side - enjoying the swim-up bars at their multiple pools, nightly entertainment for all energy levels, we ate and drank at wonderful venues serving all ethnicities. We worked with Scott Jones to plan our honeymoon to French Polynesia and are so happy we did. We booked our flights on our own but he took care of everything else. We moved around multiple islands and it was so nice to have all our transfers booked by Scott. It made our time so much more relaxing and enjoyable. One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was working with a travel agent to plan our honeymoon! It helped relieve me of some of the burden of decision making and left that to the specialists. They have resources that I didn't even know were available! As others have said, Scott did a great job doing all the little behind-the-scenes things needed to book/plan/reserve everything needed for our wedding/honeymoon. We met with Scott in August of 2019 to plan our December 2020 honeymoon. He was fantastic from the start- very knowledgeable and kind. He was sure to ask us a lot of questions about what we were looking for to make sure he recommended appropriate locations. Throughout the planning process, Scott was prompt in responding to our questions and handled our rescheduling due to Covid-19 very well. We honeymooned in December 2021 and had a great time. I even contacted Scott while we were on our honeymoon to see if he could book us a private transfer back to the airport, which he did (and very quickly!), saving us a lot of money (if you're going the Sandals route- I recommend booking as much as you can through EZ TravelPad and not through the resort- it will save you a ton of money!).

We worked with Scott and EZTravelPad on our honeymoon in Maui and we would highly recommend. They saved us considerable time and money and helped us plan an excellent trip. Scott did a great job learning what we wanted to get out of the trip, and explaining the options for places to stay, activities, and getting around. He was clear and responsive with the various pricing and shared others' feedback so we could make informed decisions. It was evident he knew Maui very well and had good recommendations. He was able to get better hotel deals than what were publicly available. We booked our airfare directly due to points, but Scott was ready and willing to assist with outlining airfare options. We initially planned to visit two islands, but later chose to stay at two different parts of Maui, and we moved some things around throughout. Scott was flexible and accommodating with these changes. Scott from EZTravel is fantastic. Planning a trip out of the country, especially during COVID 19, can be a bit intimidating. Scott took care of all of the details and made sure we were good to go with very little work on our part! I cannot imagine planning our honeymoon without him! We decided last minute to do a honeymoon in Mexico and I had no idea where to begin. I was given the information for EZTravelPad and Scott Jones. My fiancé and I worked with Kate to plan our honeymoon in Europe. Neither of us have been to Europe before, and she was incredibly patient and understanding with all of our questions! She planned us a fantastic honeymoon from scratch, showing us all of the possible travel routes. We then picked the cities we were most interested in from her options. My husband and I went through EZTravelPad & worked with Kate, she was absolutely AMAZING!! I found them at a Bridal Show here in town. I reached out a few days later wondering how it all worked, I had never used a travel agent before. Once I realized how easy it was we immediately started talking with Kate and she started planning our Honeymoon! We loved that you were able to make payments instead of paying upfront! We were set to leave 09/01/2019 for Tampa, FL! Well Hurricane Dorian had other plans! We had NO IDEA where it was going to make landfall! Kate and I were emailing and on Friday 08/30 we all agreed to change our destination. We ended up going to Gulfport, MS. My husband and I had the best time and we didn't have to worry about anything! As a Bride to be, stressing about where you are going on your honeymoon less than 2 days before you are set to depart is the LAST THING you want to think about! Kate made EVERYTHING so much easier!! I tell everyone I know about Kate and EZTravelpad! (Make sure you get the insurance, we were questioning at first if we really needed it but I am SO HAPPY we got it, we even paid for it again when we changed destinations since it was already such a blessing to have)

We have the best time in Mexico! The resort was wonderful! The rooms and the view were amazing. There were 9 or 10 restaurants to choose from and we wish we could have stayed longer to eat at all of them. The people were so incredible nice. There wasn’t very many people there, which we loved because it was more romantic. Our fav part was the view and the swim up suite! We went to Coba and the Cenotes and we definitely recommend that for the Mayan experience. The only thing we didn’t like was the long shuttle ride from the airport to the resort, next time we might consider staying closer to the airport (Cancun). EZ Travel Pad was SO helpful! They literally did EVERYTHING and it was wonderful!!! We will use them again the future!

Kate was so professional and helpful from the beginning. She adjusted her options for us based on our requests and found us the PERFECT place in Jamaica to go for our honeymoon! It was stress free because of the work she put into it and we are so thankful. She was very friendly and helpful in planning every little detail we needed to make our trip a success. She helped us find our wedding venue, Turtle Bay Resort and put us in contact with the wedding planning staff. She helped us plan our flights and get a rental car. She also helped us with our guests that were flying with us, as well as arranging their flights back home after the wedding for my wife and I to go on our honeymoon in Hawaii. I highly recommend her services for planning your destination wedding!

My wife and I never used a travel agent before, so we were skeptical when reaching out to EZTravelPad. Scott went out of his way, drove to our town to meet us for coffee, and discussed with us honestly on the pros and cons of each destination we were looking at. Within two weeks we went from having zero honeymoon plans, to being fully booked at a dream resort. Life does happen though. When we got to the airport at a connecting flight, we were told the flight was overbooked and we did not have seats. This was heartbreaking for my wife and I. We were able to get a hold of Scott very quickly and he immediately was doing his best to help us in any way he could. He worked as a middleman with the resort and the airline to make sure we were taken care of. We are happy that we used Scott as a travel agent to assist us with booking our honeymoon. Other couples that we talked to at the resort did not have as much insider information on the good rooms, the levels of service, the best way to book, etc. It was also really nice to not have to worry about any of that leading up to our wedding and to arrive in St Lucia with all of our excursions booked and scheduled! What a great experience!! We had an AMAZING honeymoon in St Lucia. The island itself was incredible - the views, the people, the sunshine and the ocean - could not be beat! We are very happy with our choice to stay at Sandals Grande. The resort was beautiful, the food was incredible, it had the perfect amount of relaxation, fun activities, and party atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We are also very happy we decided to go with club level. We used the club level lounge and enjoyed the extra activities they offered, utilized room services and in-room bar regularly, and just liked having that additional level of service to answer any questions or help with anything we need. The swim up was a neat feature, but honestly something we did not really utilize. If there would have been another club level available without swim-up, that would have been better just because we felt it was a bit of a waste. (others may use this more, but we just like to be around where the action is happening!) We also thought the excursions we chose were perfect for us. The helicopter ride was the most perfect way to start our trip - VERY happy with this decision! We also enjoyed the horseback riding, Pitons hike (we made it to the top!!!!), and the sunset cruise. The ONLY disappointing aspect was the weather (we went mid-June) - it wasn't terrible but it definitely could have been better (3 days of sunshine, 4-5 days of overcast, rain coming in and out).

My husband and I were extremely thankful we found EZTravelPad! We met with Scott in person and were able to hear first-hand the pros and cons of different places based on what we were looking for on our honeymoon. It was so nice to speak with someone who'd stayed at these places rather than just going by stock photos on a website. We ended up going to Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia and we cannot stop talking about it! It was beyond amazing! Scott was a pleasure to work with! Although we were quite far from the office and never got to make a visit to meet in person, he came highly recommended from another couple whose honeymoon he had planned. We were able to carry out everything remotely, mostly via email, and that made the process run so smoothly. We had talked to another travel agent initially, before the recommendation, but did not feel comfortable with the deals they were offering or their pushy tactics. We made a lot of demands of Scott in the beginning to finagle things in just exactly the way we wanted in order to get the best deal and he came through! He did not push his personal agenda on us or try to put on the hard sell for anything we weren't interested in. He worked very hard, thought outside the box, and was excellent at communicating with us everything that we wanted/needed to know throughout the process. On the return trip, we had a few unforeseen issues with flight delays and Scott was easy to reach and helped us to sort things out. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend, with confidence, working with Scott and EZ Travel Pad for any of your travel needs!

My husband and I wanted to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon and we wanted to visit a few different islands while we were there. We started to plan our honeymoon and quickly realized that there was A LOT to consider when booking a trip like that, a lot that we did not know. I have traveled quite a bit in my life and I have always booked my own travel arrangements, I have never booked through a travel agent. I decided we needed some input and assistance with booking the trip so I contacted Scott Jones at EZ TravelPad, and I am so glad I did. I told him exactly what we had in mind and explained I quickly became overwhelmed when I started to plan it on my own. Scott was extremely responsive, he took the time to really listen to me and asked me a lot of questions so he knew what would work for us. We spent 12 nights in Hawaii and split the time between Maui, Kauai and Oahu. Everything about our trip was absolutely amazing, Scott and his team did not miss a beat. Our flights, rental cars, hotel accommodations, shuttle services, etc. were all taken care of, we seriously did not have to worry about one thing as far as travel planning goes. Scott made suggestions based on our likes and needs, but was never pushy whatsoever. He suggested several excursions we could do on the islands and he made sure they were all within our budget. We did the Road to Hana tour in Maui, went snorkeling, went to an awesome luau and a few other things - Scott booked it all for us well in advance and made sure we had all information that we needed as far as where to go, who to call to be picked up for tours, etc. I also would like to add that Scott was extremely patient with me when I asked him to reprice our trip with different options about 10 different times before actually booking it. :) If you are looking for someone to help you book your travel, do yourself a favor and contact Scott Jones. When we started hunting for places to stay in Aruba, we were beyond over our heads and overwhelmed. I contacted Scott on a whim after finding his card at a wedding bridal show. Scott was so fantastic to work with. When trying to choose a honeymoon location, my husband and I sat down with Scott for more than an hour and he let us pick his brain on the perfect place. We had a wonderful time - he certainly pointed us in the right direction. What we were most impressed by was his prompt response when we had to make a last minute honeymoon change due to hurricane Matthew.
