The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I wish the social media from this company posted more and stayed more up to date, because the quality of the service is excellent. Also, the secondary photographer was late in the morning and had the groom re-dress several times to get the shots. She did not add to our overall impression of the company.
In the end, we are very pleased with our product so far and highly recommend Rob for videography!

Fairytale Productions provides you with an online account so you can make payments and answer all of the questions needed to give you what you want. They were so helpful and understanding as we figured out the details. My friends and family adored our DJ, who quickly figured them out and interacted with them throughout the night. The photo booth guy was hilarious and made sure our book was great. The video guys were so good that I forgot they were there often. I cannot wait to get the video!! My husband and I booked Fairytale over a year before our wedding. As we got closer to our wedding, we grew more concerned about having this company video our wedding because of the lack of communication received. We asked for the name of our vi...
deographer and there was a delay in response (which we felt we shouldn't have needed to ask in the first place as this information should have been provided). When asked for video samples of our assigned videographer, we were told he did not do the actual videos only shoots the footage. We were not provided any samples at that time. We ended up being so frustrated with the communication that we asked to cancel. Fairytale refused to give us ANY refund. We even asked for a deposit back and said they could keep the rest and they did not accept. Even if this is policy, this is terrible customer service. I could not believe that they were able to take thousands of dollars from us without having to perform a single service the day of our wedding due to our cancellation. Not only that, we received an automated e-mail saying our video will be done in 6-8 weeks even though we never had them out--so we aren't sure what that means. That just goes to show that the communication is poor. If you do not want to be a stressed out bride the weeks leading up to your wedding, I would go a different route. We ended up hiring our photographer to do video as well because she added this service to her company. We were extremely pleased with our choice but definitely disappointed in the service received on this end.

length about the Videographer we were sending (who has shot countless weddings with us) as well as samples of work that he had shot. We work with only a select handful of videographers - and we have worked with the same videographers for many years. They capture the day, then our editors take it from there. So we have multiple combinations of our team that work on each video. We find this keeps things fresh and motivates our team to continue to do their best. We have captured THOUSANDS of amazing couple's weddings, and our reviews reflect that our team does a fantastic job. When we do have anyone with concerns, we will work to resolve them to the best of our ability. At the end of the day, we want to make sure that your final video meets your expectations as much as possible.
We do have a cancellation policy that is in place because when we secure the date with you, we promise work to our videographer and team. When you secure with us, we secure with you! It goes both ways. Cancelling for no reason a couple of weeks before the event means that we have already incurred all costs associated with your wedding because we have to pay our team regardless. We have never cancelled on our clients. When we secure the date with you, you can count on us to show up and do the best job we can, each and every time.
I am sorry that you had a change of heart, I’m positive that you would have loved your video had you allowed us to continue services with you.

ceremony filmed. I did not want cuts in any of the events of the day because it is the most important day of your life and I wanted to relive it every year. I have done a lot of research and they are one of the only companies that will give you your entire ceremony, all of the toasts/speeches, important dances, etc. They captured it all for us! Yuri was especially amazing with Alex! They truly have a rare eye for creating interesting and artistic storytelling with the video. They spent the entire day capturing every moment from getting ready to saying goodbye. knew what they were doing and delivered quality footage of my special day, I mean it because I am picky. Fairytale productions knows what they're doing with that video, absolutely amazing! Don't let anyone else shoot it! And trust me, when it comes to the best day of your life, don't you want to keep it forever? Our videographer Paul, was spectacular, he was like a part of the family at the end of the night. That being said, the wait list for the video to be edited is quite long, so have patience.
Second, our DJ John, was fun and friendly and knew how to read a crowd. Didn't even need to meet/talk to him before the event, he just knew what he was doing.
Third, the photo-booth services were awesome!! No other photo-booth service does it like Fairytale Productions. Their photo-booth is not ugly or too big, it's actually cool looking. All of our guests loved it! There's no limit to who can go it there, everyone gets a copy, and they gave me my own book of every photo taken and everyone's signatures! This is so precious to me, it replaced the guest book.

From the initial contact over email to obtain more information about their services to the day that they delivered the completed product they showed nothing but professionalism and compassion. The two videographers collaborated seamlessly with our photographers, even though they had never previously worked together. The unique shooting techniques helped to capture every moment of our day and turn them into everlasting memories. The videos from our wedding day turned out much greater than we could've ever imagined. y had event coordinators helping us plan every step of the way. Overall I felt like we got a lot of value for our money. The video collection they put together for us was top notch! They also got a lot of great photos that we will cherish forever.
One piece of advice, they recommended putting together a "shot" list to make sure we got pictures of everyone we wanted. We dropped the ball on this (our fault) and there were people we didn't get good pictures of that I wish we had. So, don't wait til the last minute and try to think of a good game plan on how to get everyone. The photobooth was a great way to get some really fun, posed pictures of people so encourage everyone to use it!

only thing that I didn't like is that the personnel running the booth removed the red carpet I bought to go in front of my designed Step and Repeat banner.
