For a while I was never going to write a review, but I think it’s fair others see for themselves to make a good choice while they can. They start out great, really personable and make a ton of promises. You see good reviews and go with them. My biggest issue is that they took photos that were unable to be fixed/edited by them or any other professional. The iPhone photos from guests were better, and I’m really glad we didn’t do a “no cell phone wedding” We had a sunny, beautiful day at our venue, and after speaking with other professionals they told us they didn’t set their camera settings correctly for the sun so most photos were over exposed and unfixable. The video was yellow and green in parts and their own photographers in the background not edited out. Same with photos, they didn’t even edit themselves out of a lot of them. They didn’t stay for the whole promised paid time, they didn’t use their drone, and communication after the wedding was horrible. They stopped responding to us at all, then responded once after 6 months, never fixed what they said they would because it wasn’t possible, and stopped communication again. They refused any way to fix or refund anything and never gave us the RAW images promised in our contract. I’ve tried to print the photos I do have and most print services say they can’t because of the low quality, or I have to click the warning acknowledgment that this may not turn out well because of the poor quality. I’m also sad we tipped each photographer $400 extra each, as I was thinking they were capturing all the people, events and memories they discussed with us and they weren’t. So many important moments or special things we told them were planned were missing from photos and video completely. On my wedding day I was not paying attention to make sure they were taking the right photos, and I’m not able to see things like if my dress train is bunched up or if anything was missed, as I was trusting them to take care of this part. They also said “don’t worry we can edit people blinking or not perfect!” They did not do this at all. Furthermore, photos of things like wedding gifts, special cufflinks, bouquets, memory table, they were all so blurry you couldn’t even make out what they said or the images on them. We had complete moments missed all together. For the price, I was expecting full coverage of our day and the stress and fight trying to get what we were owed per contract was awful. When we did receive anything at all it was after the contract dates said it would be with no communication or explanation, just a link in an email. I also found it odd that if I asked about them on a bridal fb or social media page after the wedding or asking for advice on how I could try and get anything fixed with our situation I would get horrible messages from fake profiles. This was at the same time we made phone calls, left voicemails, sent emails, sent text messages, sent written letters to their address, new inquiries to their business page, and all were left completely ignored. Check their business address before committing to anything via contract with them. We didn’t and found out that they did not exist at the 2 addresses on our contract. I had such high hopes when hiring them and speaking to them, they seemed so nice and thanked us for giving them a table and dinner at the reception and were great to speak with the day of the wedding, I thought everything would be amazing. Sadly I found out they did not care once they have your money and wedding day is over. It’s worth it to find someone who not only cares about their business, but the fact that this is one special day for you and your family that can’t be repeated. The DJ caused me lots of stress the day of the wedding. I shared with him a spotify playlist of all songs that I knew I wanted played, and layed out the specific ones for certain situations and he just played the entire playlist even the songs that were for special situations. I had to come up to him at wedding and tell him not to play the specific songs off of there for grand exit, garter toss, bouquet toss, and still he played our grand exit song during the reception when I specifically asked him not to play those until those special moments. He didn't play any pre-ceremony music while guests had arrived, and he was asked by my MOH to play music while people were there. He took many smoke breaks and it was made aware from my guests when how many smoke breaks he had. He announced the order of our wedding party incorrectly as well. I think he was a very kind guy and meant well but there were things like that, that stuck out to me where I was fairly stressed about. I will say it was a little harder for him to get the party dancing inside because everyone was outside enjoying the views, so that was fine but there could have been a door opened so people could still hear music outside. I also was surprised in the beginning when he would speak and announce things he would turn the music down completely instead of just lowering the volume so there was always music playing. I was made aware the guests went to request songs for him to play and he either said "no", or listened to them but just didn't play the song. Idk I've never been married before but was just not pleased with the service for that.
