Favors Depot

We had a winter wedding on 2/24/18 and ordered the snowflake set from this company. The set is beautiful and had the right blue to match my winter theme. It consisted of a guest book, pen set, toasting flutes and a knife server set for the cake. I wish there was an image upload on the reviews so I could ow our reception photo. The problem started when my mom forgot to grab the box and our wedding was downtown (Chicago) which is an hour away from my house. It was Saturday afternoon, about 4 pm and we're all at the venue freaking out. My mom called this company and explained the situation, and asked if we could have Uber pick up another set and bring it to us, as the reception was after the ceremony, starting in just 2 hours. The guy asked what the address is for our reception and told my mom to just return the set Monday and they'll bring us another one, and THEY DID! 45 minutes later my mom told me everything's fine, they brought another set. That is above and beyond, they saved my reception! My new husband and I will be forever grateful to Favors Depot for fixing a mess, I mean I was already frantic and nervous enough, this added stress was almost making me cry. So, if you're having a winter wedding I can definitely vouch for the winter theme set, it's very elegant and beautiful, and the service is well above expectations.
