Based out of Sycamore, IL, Julie Vogt Live Art can paint a beautiful memorable keepsake in the form of a painting! I will come early to your venue to set up my easel and get some of the background started. In most cases, I start the painting and then move to the reception area to finish. Much of the image is usually done at the reception after speeches, through dinner and dancing. At the end of the celebration, you will take home a cherished work of art that is truly one-of-a-kind. I will work with you throughout the process so I know what you want captured in your painting. The painting could be of the ceremony, the first kiss, the first dance, a dip, or anything in between! There are many different sizes of canvases; the most popular is 24 x 30. I paint with acrylics, which works well because it dries fast, allowing you to take the painting home the night of the wedding. Or, if you’d like more details or people added, I can take your painting home and finish it at my studio. If you need me to ship it to you, I will add that to my fee, or I can deliver it if you are local. I’ve had people hire me to paint as their gift to the couple.
