surprise picnic proposal. To say that we could not have done this without her is a HUGE understatement. Once we were engaged, we were so overwhelmed with all of the options and choices that we came to Felicia feeling ultimately defeated. However, she took our thoughts and ideas and created a perfect wedding that exceeded our wildest expectations. Felicia really does take care of everything for you, the good and the bad. We had a couple of minor hiccups with a few vendors close to the wedding day. Nevertheless, Felicia handled them all in the background so that she didn't stress us out before our wedding. Clearly, we cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone we know. Felicia worked within our budget to find vendors that fit our expectations and needs. As a result, our guests, along with us, were blown away by the final outcome. We heard all night that "this is the best wedding we have ever been to!". So do yourself a favor and become a Felicia by Design bride. You won't regret it.

en able to assist her easily 2. Half of the wedding party had their backs to the dinner guests. 3. We held our wedding in our backyard. The tables and all chairs were folded up and removed immediately after dinner. This effectively ended the evening as 90% of our guests left as they didn’t have anywhere to sit. Missing the fireworks after party etc. we had communicated in person and via email that the majority of our guests we mature in age and even requested additional tables for our neighbors who would only attend the reception. 4. The cocktail hour didn’t have enough high tops. Sadly the caterer pointed fingers at her and she at him as to whom was responsible. Felicia and the caterer both failed to communicate to us any issues to us. 5. Also unfortunately the bartender was unable to serve the two local beers we paid for as the CO2 wasn’t working- again instead of talking to us -we would have had someone run to the local store for beer. None was offered or served. I bring up the vendor issues because although Felicia said she can’t tell the vendors how to do their job, ( which I thought this is what a wedding planner did was to handle matters), she could have told us and we -who are paying them- could have rectified the situation directly with them. Felicia was unwilling to take any responsibility for our ruined wedding. In summary, if you want someone who will communicate with before, during, & after hire someone else.

curate with our companies standards. While we do provide logistics and details to other vendors, we cannot force our hands at a decision they ultimately make. When our lead planner tried to discuss the bar matter with your husband the night of the wedding, he got very loud and cussed at her. Per our contract, we should have left right then and there, but we decided to stay to ensure your evening was perfect. Throughout the evening, not only your guests, close family and bridal party thanked us for what an amazing job we did, you also did the next day. Additionally, the catering team forgot to bring your cocktail tables - so our team went above and beyond and went out and personally bought you those tables and linens the day of, and we never asked you for reimbursement. We are always the first to admit when we are wrong, and we always take responsibility for a mistake our company makes. If our company had messed up, we would have gladly refunded you. As it stands, we were not willing to refund you a full planning fee for issues that were not associated with our company. We fulfilled our commitment to plan your entire wedding and execute it day of. As the two issues arose with other vendors, we did our jobs in what is expected of us to try and rectify the situation. As stated previously - we cannot stand in front of a grown man and demand he not remove tables when his contracted time is up. We always do our best to ensure everything goes to plan, but in this scenario we cannot force another company to do something. While we are truly sorry to hear you felt your wedding was ruined - we did everything we could on our end. We tried extremely hard to make this right for you and received only cursing and yelling. We truly wish this had been handled with respect to our team members. We wish you the best.

When you speak to her about your concerns or desires, you can tell she is truly listening to what you want, and she goes beyond what could be expected of a wedding planner to make sure it happens. On the one occasion that I did get ultra-flustered and emotional, she calmed me and did so with such grace. Like a true professional, she never alerted me of any hiccups until after she had them promptly resolved. And let me just mention that she set me up with the most incredible vendors a bride could ask for! On the day-of, I was able to visit with my guests, spend time with my new husband, and dance, and not have a worry because of my trust in her. It truly was a magical day.
