First Class Limousine

Hiring First Class Limousine was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding! Due to odd circumstances, we ended up booking only a week in advance, but there was absolutely no problem in doing so - they didn't question anything, just took the information and ensured us everything was set for the big day. Sure enough, they arrived right on time, complete with a red carpet and a cooler full of drinks! On top of all of that, the driver was phenomenal! He helped us all into and out of the limo, which was greatly appreciated (as a bride with a big dress), he also came into the church and helped arrange my dress for my big walk down the aisle, he gave us all mints, was one of the people who opened the door for me to walk down the aisle. And THEN after the ceremony, he appeared at our elbows with cold bottles of water, which was SO appreciated, and just helped in so many other ways. I seriously can't say enough about this company. They were recommend to me by a family friend and I'm so glad they were! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and wish I had an excuse to hire them again!

First Class Limousine was so easy to work with! They worked with me to figure out the right transportation plan and even when the week of my wedding we realized we needed additional transportation which was extremely stressful they worked with my and got me a solution that worked. The drivers were punctual and extremely nice.

Communication during week of wedding was not great. Had to reach out to confirm everything. The bridal party's limo driver was AMAZING! He was very accommodating and personable. My guests, however, did not have the same experience with the shuttle driver. He did not make 2 trips on the way to my venue from the hotel and I had guests that needed to call an uber last minute because he said he would be back and did not return. He was not planning on doing 2 trips at the end of the night until it was brought to his attention that it was in my contract and that I, the bride, would be in that second trip and that me not having a ride back to the hotel was unacceptable.

We booked First Class Limo for our wedding party transportation as well as guest transportation to and from the hotel/venue for the wedding day. I highly recommend booking with them! Everyone I spoke/emailed with, were so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responded in a timely manner. The entire process of booking went smoothly. I've seen some questionable reviews from other transportation businesses, but after seeing First Class Limo's reviews, and booking with them for my wedding, I can say that 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give them 10 stars!! The drivers for each that were booked, were so friendly, arrived on time, and very professional. We didn't run into any issues at all. Like I've said, I know there's some transportation companies that I have seen reviews for that have not delivered, however you should not have any concerns with First Class Limo. Thank you again for helping making our wedding day amazing!!

This is a very unprofessional company. They were supposed to pick up the wedding guest (me included) starting at 2:45pm and ready to leave at 3:00pm. Instead we were waiting outside the bus (the doors were closed) past 3pm. The driver didn't give us any updates on when the bus was leaving or what was going on. We didn't arrive at the venue until literally minutes before the ceremony began. I was told that John refused to offer an explanation of why the delay happened and why there wasn't any sort of communication. After reading other reviews, apparently, this was not an isolated incident. John is known for being rude for years. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a company that will be on time and have better customer service.

First Class was incredible - polite, punctual, and even helped line up the bridal party in order. We had Dennis driving our 23-passenger shuttle bus, which transported our families and bridal party from the getting-ready location to the ceremony venue and then to the reception venue. Our officiants were late, so Dennis helped hide me in a back room in the church through a separate entrance until it was time to enter. He was equipped with water bottles, champagne, and a first aid kit in the vehicle. The wedding day was rainy and the route required going on a highway, but our driver was safe and quick. Worth every penny!

First Class Limos was the best choice for our wedding! We used the Rolls Royce, Party bus and 6 passenger limo for our day. From our initial meeting everyone at First Class was very professional and friendly. We went over the necessary details multiple times to ensure our day would run smoothly. Our drivers were such a great time engaging in conversation and making sure we had everything we needed. They even helped to fluff out my dress and fix my veil before walking down the aisle, I was truly impressed! We did a beautiful champagne toast in front of the RR provided from First Class and it even had a red carpet. The party bus was so clean and spacious with a great sound system to jam out with our bridal party. We were so happy with our choice !

First Class Limousine took care of transporting our parents to/from the hotel, ceremony, and reception on our wedding day and they did an exceptional job. It was very easy to work with their office staff to plan the itinerary and they provided reliable and professional service on the day of our wedding! Our limo service was also offered at a very reasonable price compared to other companies in the area. First Class Limousine provides excellent service at a great value! I highly recommend for transportation at your next wedding or event!

We were very pleased with First Class Limos, as we used them for our wedding transportation. The drivers were very professional and on-time. They worked with our wedding schedule and accommodated our needs. We got the party bus, after our church ceremony, and it was an absolute blast! The hotel shuttles were prompt picking up and dropping off our guests. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with their staff via email leading up to the wedding, however, the actual wedding day went very smoothly.

First class limousine did a great job at our June 4th wedding! Our party bus and shuttle were very clean and our drivers were very kind and easy to work with! They handled everything from our wedding party travel to our guest shuttle with such professionalism. We really appreciate them and thank them for doing a great job!!!

Our daughter's wedding was on May 6th, 2022. We hired a limousine, a party bus, and a shuttle bus.First Class Luxury Limos . It rained the whole day, but not one bridesmaid or groomsmen got wet! Lily and Mark went over and above the call of service. Lily, got our daughter in the church and made sure everyone was in line, and ready to go down the aisle. The brides veil, dress, and train looked spectacular! Thank you Lily and Mark for your wonderful service.

We rented the party bus, and the stretch Cadillac limousine for our wedding. Our drivers were 20 minutes early to each of our homes, and got us to our church and venue right on time! Everyone we spoke to at First Class was so nice and helpful! Will definitely use them again!

We utilized First Class Limo for our bridal party transportation for our January 2022 wedding. From beginning to end, myself, and my husband really enjoyed working with this company. Their customer service, and communication skills were incredible. During our planning process, we rescheduled our original date due to the pandemic. First Class Limo was very accommodating to meet our new date requests without any issue. On the day of the wedding, our driver Lillian was the wedding MVP! The night before, our area received well over a foot of snow, but this did not stop Lillian and the First Class team! She arrived at the groom’s, and groomsmen's location early, with plenty of time to drop them off at the church, before picking up the bride and bridesmaids on time. When Lillian got to my mother’s home to pick up myself and the bridesmaids, she was friendly and professional from the start. She carried all our girl’s bags onto the bus, and assisted me with my dress/train so it would not get wet due to the snow. At the church, Lillian went above and beyond. She helped me (the bride) off the bus, assisted with lining up the bridesmaids, and fluffed my train before I went down the aisle. She saw that we were in need of assistance, and without hesitation she helped. I really appreciated her help on the big day. Considering how icy and slick the roads were the day after the blizzard, Lillian not only got us to all our destinations safely, and on time, but also made sure other aspects outside of her role went smoothly too! I would highly recommend First Class Limo, and if you can request a driver, please request Lillian, she was amazing!

We rented a 28 passenger bus for our wedding party and First Class Limousine absolutely delivered. They were on time for both pickups, the driver was beyond professional, and the bus was clean and stocked with waters and champagne. Communication from planning to the day-of was clear and we had zero issues. Highly recommend First Class Limousine!

I’m a repeat customer and my family and I have used 1st Class for years so we’re unfortunately very disappointed in the service we received for my wedding day and may no longer be repeat customers. It's actually a bit sad seeing how wonderful everyone else was treated and we did not have that experience. The positive is we booked the 28 passenger bus which was beautiful and the driver was punctual. However, the driver did not treat us as if it was our wedding day. He picked the groom up first but didn’t even park in front of the house so the groomsmen and groom had to cross the street just to get on the bus even though there was plenty of room in front of our house. He didn’t introduce himself or even offer the groom or groomsmen assistance with bringing luggage to the bus. He then came to my house (the bride) parked in front of our house but wasn’t at the end of the driveway so was expecting the bridal party, bride, and parents to walk across the grass in heels. He then pulled the bus up to the end of the driveway once a bridesmaid began walking to the bus to ask the driver to move it. Again, he didn’t introduce himself or help us in any capacity as we were all getting onto the bus. We’re wondering if this wasn’t a typical wedding driver based on the service we received but at least we were able to get to Point A & B seamlessly

Great company to work with! The lady who handles the bookings is super friendly and was very patient when I called a few times to make little changes. The drivers were prompt and very friendly! They had champagne waiting for us in the limo as well! Highly recommend this company!

This company is awesome! The booking process is super simple. They are very helpful in organizing and creating the schedule for pick up and drop offs. I had a huge bridal party so we needed the 26 passenger party bus. It was so nice, clean and fit us perfectly. The driver was awesome! She helped at the church, brought champagne out to us and just added the perfect little touches to make our day feel more special and run smoothly. I highly recommend!!

First Class Limousine was a great company to work with. My husband and I hired them to take us back to the hotel after our wedding and they were wonderful to work with. Our driver was so friendly and made sure to help me in and out of the car along with making sure I had all of my belongings. I would highly suggest this company to all.

Thank you First Class! We hired a van to take us and our family to and from our wedding venue and hotel on June 19th. We booked with only 6 weeks to go and we’re able to accommodate our requests. Our driver was on time and so nice! He had a cooler stocked with waters (it was a hot and humid day!) And this was so appreciated! The customer service at the office was great! Extremely reasonable rates as well! Thank you again!

John and the team at First Class Limos were incredibly great to work with throughout our whole wedding process, including postponing our wedding and dealing with some last minute moving pieces. We used their Mercedes Sprinter (for the bride and bridesmaids and then the entire bridal party,) Lincoln Continental Sprinter (for the groom and groomsmen and then family members), and their 37-person bus for shuttle service for our guests and all three vehicles were clean and on time. The drivers were also extremely helpful in helping with our umbrellas when it started to rain.

There is nothing g positive I can say about this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was very eager and “accommodating” when taking the booking for by daughter’s wedding, but when COVID hit and I needed to make changes, he wouldn’t respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I had no option but to seek help from John, a very rude and obnoxious man who answers the phones. Let’s just say, John desperately needs customer service and anger management lessons.

Ordered a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the reception. Left 18 guests stranded plus the bride and groom. Only sent a car to carry 5 people. We had guests ordering ubers to get back. Called the next business day and were told “you got what you paid for”. Horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend ever.

Lillian was our driver for our wedding. She was more than amazing. She was extremely accommodating and made sure that our day went as smoothly as possible. She was professional and I would definitely recommend to others.

From start to finish our experience was AMAZING! With COVID throwing a wrench into all of our plans, everyone on our team (drivers and in the office) were more than helpful and amazing throughout the day! Everyone was there on time, did not mind driving my parents and in-laws back to their homes/air BNB as we paid for the time, and dropped everyone else off at hotel. The limo bus was AMAZING, clean, and both drivers were so kind. The woman who drove in the AM (not sure of her name) was FANTASTIC! She sang with us, helped me on and off limo with my dress, and was genuinely thrilled to be apart of our special day! Could not recommend them more!

Because of Covid, we had a last minute change of plans where we needed transportation to and from the venue. First Class Limousine stepped in eager and willing to help and were super reasonable. They were prompt and professional and I am very grateful we chose them to transport not only the bridal party, but the guests to our wedding!

Awesome service!!! I had a Micro wedding but still needed to transport about 20 people to a church. They were on time, professional,friendly and helpful! They even have a red carpet. They were reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend and use them again!

First Class Limousine is exactly that...First Class! My husband and were so happy we chose them for our transportation needs on the day of our wedding. We put a lot of time into choosing a company because we knew that picking the right drivers would dictate the timeline if our wedding day, which we wanted to go very smoothly...and smoothly it went. Throughout the entire day, the gentlemen that drove us made sure that we were comfortable and happy. The driver who drove our Bentley, even let us use his phone to take our first married selfie. Needless to say, we would most certainly recommend them to any newly engaged couple for all of their transportation needs!

My husband and I are so happy that we went with First Class Limo for our wedding day transportation! We went with the 20 person limo bus to bring us, parents and bridal party to the church, a park for pictures, and then to the reception venue. We couldn't believe how easy the booking process was-their customer service was wonderful and we were able to reserve our vehicle in just one call! The day of the actual wedding, the driver was the perfect gentleman, very friendly and making sure my husband, our parents and the bridal party members were all comfortable the entire day. He surprised my husband and I with a red carpet and champagne toast immediately following the ceremony, which was such a nice touch! We also appreciated how timely he was in transporting us to each place, and how clean the limo bus itself was. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Our wedding transportation could not have been any more perfect! The limo and car was on time at all locations and the drivers were out-of-this-world amazing! Pete and Anthony were so courteous, welcoming, and knew exactly what to do and how to help. They made our wedding day extra special. Pete gave me his jacket to wear outside of church before I went in as it was 30 degrees outside! They let us bring our own beverages and cooler into the limo and were so accommodating! From booking to the wedding day, the experience was great. The price was fair, the limos were beautiful, and the service was the best we have ever experienced. We rented an Infiniti QX80 18 passenger limo and a 1956 Bentley. The cars were in immaculate condition! We would recommend this company to anyone!

Dan the Man lived up to his name! Flexible and accommodating, helpful when we needed it and otherwise not in the way. He really helped things run smoothly and let us have a great time. The bus was great, comfortable, clean and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!

First class limo was so easy to work with. My husband made the arrangements and we booked a 14 passenger Lincoln MKT. The limo was immaculate and stocked with juice, water, and soda. I could not be happier with my experience with First class limousine! Everyone you speak to when booking is incredibly helpful and kind and I'm not going to lie my whole reason for writing this review is because I can't let Bart go unrecognized. HE WAS AMAZING. No exaggeration i felt like he was a long lost uncle that showed up to help out or something. He was so cool from the minute he showed up. He was cracking jokes with my father while the craziness of the girls getting ready was going on inside. Then when it came time for the ceremony he continuously asked me if i was okay and gave me a play by play of what was going on inside the chapel. The sweetest thing was as I was entering the chapel he made sure my train was perfect as i walked down the isle. We had so much fun with him the entire time to the point we all wanted him to join us at the wedding! Such an awesome guy! my bridal party still talks about him and its 3 months later. First Class was super easy to work with and affordable! The limo was on time and the driver was super nice. We used a sprinter van and it was a bit tight but comfortable (we had 10-12 people). The only MINOR issue we had was when we went to take pictures.. I had told first class we were taking pictures at the lake in spring lake, the driver asked my husband the day of where we were going and we told him again which was fine just to confirm. But he said he needed an address.. I would have thought they would have told him exactly where it was. Also he went some weird way to get there, not sure if it was his GPS or what. Either way we would absolutely use them again and recommend them!! Thanks again!

We booked a party bus for our wedding for both pre and post wedding. Marco was our driver of the day and all I can say is he went above and beyond his call of duty. He helped us play music in the back. He made sure to get the guys to the venue on time and then turn around and pick up the girls and the bride getting us to venue even early. Marco had a mirror for us to use to touch up make up as well as mints to freshen up. He rolled out a red carpet for our champagne toast when got to area for pictures. He assisted the bride on and off the bus. He even helped open the door for me to process down the isle to my husband. Marco and First Class Limousine went above what we expected. We highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making our wedding day so special and fun!

We booked a sprinter limo for our wedding party, and it was fantastic! They were on time, the driver was really nice (even holding an umbrella for the bride while it was raining), and the vehicle was super clean and beautiful inside with a well stocked assortment of soft drinks and water.

We booked the 10- passenger Lincoln Continental the car was clean and had a beautiful interior with a great light and sound system. The company was very friendly and easy to work with. But the driver Bart stole the show! He was amazing, fun and professional, when he arrived to my wife's parents house for the pick up he was very friendly and helped calm some of the parties nerves. He repeatedly helped my wife with her dresses train, he went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. He was just amazing! If we book through them again I will be asking for Bart specifically

I want to first say thank you for supporting the military and giving military discounts. Second I want to say that this five star review is for Ivan, our driver. He was amazing and great! What a real, true gentleman. He helped all the ladies into the car. He waited for us no issues when I forgot my veil... The red carpet treatment was epic. The champagne toast was also really cute and I had no idea that was going to happen. Ivan was simply put the man! Four stars for email communication with the company. I was going back and forth with Maria a bit due to pricing (we used the limo for 3-4 hours) and I do feel like she got frustrated with me, but say of everything was amazing. So thank you!

Highly recommend First Class Limo! Drivers arrived on time and promptly! Pete was our driver from ceremony to reception and he was outstanding! Very out going and professional, it was raining and he knew to have umbrellas ready! The champagne toast was a great addition! The shuttle was great, only issue was the first shuttle didn’t leave on time since there weren’t many passengers which then put the remaining shuttles behind and guests ended up missing all of cocktail hour. Granted we had many guests it still was a bummer!would definitely use this company again!

We used first Class limousine for our wedding on June 16th 2018 & we wouldn’t go to any other limo service for anything else but these guys !! They were on time. Perfessional. Supplied us with a bottle of champagne. Had a red carpet role out to take pictures, everything went smooth & they were very reasonable & easy to work with! Thank you guys !!! They are unprofessional & focus on money not customer service. Their actions resulted in everyone upset/mad, groom angry & bride in tears. MOB broke her arms before the wedding & we told them. There was no step stool to help MOB safely get on the bus, my parents provided 1. We gave a typed itinerary but 1 car left right after the ceremony so we couldn’t take pictures with family. Pete, 1 of the drivers, on his own told the bride’s parents they wouldn’t get off at the park to take pictures. During the champagne toast, Pete hit me with the cork, got champagne on me & my dress & gave a half-hearted sorry as he laughed. Then said “It is a pleasure to give the 1st toast to 2 people whose love sparked.” He didn’t know us, offended many as this wasn’t our 1st toast & made many feel uncomfortable as it was awkward. Before we left the church, Pete said that we were close on time but wouldn’t charge us for 10-15 mins. When we arrived he assertively demanded money for the overage not less than 4 times in a 10 min period despite being told 2 times we would pay. I got upset & began to cry. My family spoke to Pete asked that he apologize. He said he was sorry that I’d become upset, admitted no fault & there was no charge. We found out the FOB/MOB paid $72 & asked he not say anything to me. The limo that needed to leave, as per Pete, stayed addtl 15 mins onsite so the distress caused was unnecessary. Pete belittled our photographer/videographer in front of everyone. Everyone in the limos agreed it seemed Pete wanted to be the center of attention that day. When we booked & reviewed the bill, we realized there was an error-not charging us for 1 limo. We had a binding contract but wanted to do the right thing. We went back in, were told thank you & quickly asked for the remaining deposit. This could’ve been a golden customer service opportunity. After such subpar service while we want to do the right thing, we are hard pressed to be happy about paying more money. DO NOT USE THEM!

My husband and I had an absolute blast with our driver, Bart, from First Class Limo! He was so professional and genuinely cared about our special day. Bart helped in every possible way and showed such enthusiasm which made the experience all the better! He assisted me in and out of the party bus, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. Our party bus had an issue with the blue tooth feature/static radio- but Bart came to the rescue and fixed it without hesitation. Thank you, Bart and the crew from First Class Limo, for being apart of our day! It was the best day, ever!

First Class Limo is certainly the way to go for your wedding day transportation. The office staff was extremely helpful in creating and booking our transportation plan, they were open to any and all changes and were very accommodating. On the day of, our driver was FANTASTIC. He treated us like royalty and did an amazing job. The party bus we used was beautiful and we had such a fun time traveling on it. The champagne toast after the ceremony was such a nice touch and really helped kick start the run of the rest of the night! We were extremely happy with our choice of transportation for our wedding day!

First Class provided excellent service for our wedding in July 2018! We had checked with several other vendors, and First Class had the best vehicles for the best price. We had a bridal party limo, plus multiple party buses going between our hotel and venue, and everything went smoothly and professionally. We also used First Class to get us to and from the airport for our honeymoon and were really pleased with the service. Would highly recommend First Class for your wedding day needs!

Jen from First Class Limousine was such a pleasure to work with! She aloud is to come see the vehicles before we made a decision and she worked with us on times and prices. My favorite part of the company was Gavin our party bus driver. He was so fun, professional, and friendly. He aloud us to sing along in the bus and kept the party going the entire drive back to the hotel!

First Class Limousine was easy to work with. We booked fast... simple contract. The driver was prompt on the day of service and very helpful. Everyone was nice. Limousine was clean and fun!

Just go there. They are professionals that treat you like family. Jen helped us with booking our vehicles (a stretch Maserati limo and a shuttle for guests) for our wedding. She was just awesome to put it mildly. It felt like dealing with an old friend even though we just met. After creating a quote, Jen took us to view the vehicles. They were in immaculate condition. I’m sure that Maserati limo went to many places before we even knew it existed and it looked like it was just created. The shuttles were brand new, like “never been out for an event yet” new. Jen explained to us that the owner of this limo company doesn’t like to keep his fleet for too many years and will add his designs to all the vehicles for that matter. The vehicles here are resold to other limo companies when they retire and are picked up fast because of how prestine they are kept. My package included a red carpet treatment which meant an actual red carpet that is laid out for the bride, a champagne toast for the bride and groom, and a chance to take photos with this beautiful vehicle. Joe was our limo driver. He was so charismatic and my mom loved that he listened to her vent. He even took pictures with her, my aunt and my mother-in-law. They loved that :) He even let me ham it up with my photos before I went in the limo with my crazy poses. Gavin was our shuttle driver. He caught up with my husband and I as we were wrapping up our couples photographs and introduced himself. He was also very personable and even gave us his number for when we needed him to come closer to the doors and receive guests. This was a good while before the event even wrapped up and he wanted to be ready to assist and drop off our guests. All of these people were phenomenal and went above and beyond their duties. Cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about first class and specifically Robert!! The service was very affordable, we compared many services, and the limousine was so nice and clean! Robert was amazing, was so respectful, attentive, helped me in and out of the limo, assisted with my dress and veil throughout the day! Helped me fluf my dress and make sure it was nice and in place, helped me sit comfortably in the limo! He was so helpful but also not obtrusive in any way! We had a beautiful champagne toast after our ceremony!! My bridesmaids and I are STILL talking about Robert by name how amazing he was !!!! Wish I could give him 1000000 stars!!! The best!! If you do not go with this limo service you are making a mistake! They were perfect !

first class limousine was amazing! we used them for both our wedding transportation and our transportation the next morning to take us to the airport for our honeymoon, they not only are amazing people but they have the best price by far! the day of the wedding they helped with my train on my dress, did our champagne toast outside of the church was offered to help with anything needed! during our time crunch they also got us everywhere we needed and quickly!! i am so happy we chose them to be apart of our special day!

I would highly recommend First Class Limousine to anyone looking for transportation for their wedding or upcoming events. We used First Class for our wedding on 4/21 and everything went so smoothly. We had Marco for our Limo driver, and he was such a sweetheart. He was on time, which was amazing, and we actually got to the church ahead of schedule, so we were waiting in the limo for a few minutes. While we waited, Marco gave us waters which they supplied, and gave me a mirror to primp, and mints in case any of us needed them. Talk about prepared! When we got to our Venue after the church wedding, Marco avoided the rain puddles from the prior day, and made sure I stepped out onto dry area as to not get my dress wet. He rolled out a red carpet, and let my husband and I do a champagne toast- came out great in pictures! Thank you Marco! For the shuttle, we had Anthony. He was also amazing, and all of our guests loved him! He got everyone there on time, which we were worried about. Things went so smoothly. He dropped everyone off back at the hotel, and everyone seemed to think things went great. I was on the second round of shuttle, but apparently they had a great time on their ride back to the hotel! First Class also let us bring alcohol to their office and they stocked it in the Limo for us, and provided all the glasses and what not. Overall, everything went sooo smoothly, and this was one of the things I was worried about most! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you First Class Limousine! You guys were all great!

This is the best transportation service in New Jersey especially for weddings. We had three different vehicles with three different drivers on the day of my wedding and Mark, John and Guisseppie were the best. It was almost like they were our personal maitre d’s during the time of getting in the limo to getting dropped off ....they made sure my dress constantly looked perfect, helped everyone out of the buses and limos and made sure everything went as planned. open doors for us at the church, they even made our first toast as husband and wife perfect!! I would use them again for any event I have. Thank you so much first class limousine for making my wedding day amazing you really made us feel special.

The staff at First Class Limos was great! Always very responsive to my questions, concerns, etc. They certainly made the process easy. Our driver was very personable, kind and fun. He arrived a little late due to an accident on the highway (out of his control), but this did not end up impacting our arrival time or the flow of his day.

I cannot day enough good things about our party bus and driver, Gavin. The bus was perfect and clean! Gavin made our ride so fun! He was energetic and so excited to be apart of our special day!! He was on time and the party bus was amazing! So much fun! Thank you!!!

The only bad part of our wedding, they outsource their shuttle service and take no ownership. However, we prepared ourselves that something would go wrong. The only reason I am taking the time to write this is because of the way John handled the mistake, absolutely horrible and a disgusting way to do business.

We had a fantastic experience with First Class Limo! Their drivers are always very professional and considerate. The limo was clean, spacious and on-time. The driver even had a toast ready for my husband and I immediately after the wedding ceremony. Very thoughtful. We would highly recommend this company to others!

Helpful and responsive staff (Mike!). This could have been a very stressful part of the wedding day but we were well taken care of by their professionalism and organization and were able to enjoy the day without transportation worries.

First Class Limousine was an excellent choice for our wedding. We didn't need to go far but the limo was a great touch to our beautiful day. The champagne was good, although we didn't get to do a champagne toast because the bucket's tripod was missing. The red carpet and limo itself was beautiful and clean. Our driver was so helpful and such a sweet man, he helped me get in and out with my huge gown and he even found a loop on the inside of my dress to hold it up that none of my bridesmaids found, lol! He was a professional and did anything we asked of him, except bring a tripod (which I know was not necessarily his fault) ... oh well!

First Class Limousine is amazing! They were very easy to work with from booking a year prior, to the day of our wedding on 6/10/17. Their prices were very reasonable! Our wedding was a good distance from their location but they had no problem accommodating us. For our wedding, we used 20 passenger black party bus. The vehicle itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Our driver for the day was Robert and he was awesome! He definitely went above and beyond. He was prompt and courteous. He helped straighten out the train on my dress before I walked down the aisle, which I appreciated. He even set up a red carpet and champagne to pop outside of the church! That was a total surprise and so fun! We ended up adding a stop for pictures that day and Robert had no problem with that. We were even arriving at our reception location early and he asked if we wanted to go somewhere else since we had paid for the time. I cannot recommend First Class Limousine enough! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you again, Robert!

We just had our wedding on 6/17/17, and First Class Limousine was beyond exceptional! We had a Rolls Royce, and a Limo bus. Both were fantastic! The drivers especially were out of this world! They were such professionals, and helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a limousine service!

The only reason they are getting one star is because the drivers on our wedding day were so nice and really sympathized and made the best out of our situation. We had paid for the 14 passenger stretch limo and the rolls Royce for me and my husband to ride in after the church. So the day of the wedding comes and we are coming out of the church to start taking pictures. The limo driver goes up to my husband and explains that the air conditioning was not working in the Rolls Royce and that it was up to us however it was not comfortable to ride in the limo. Now it was 80 degrees on my wedding day and humid. So we ended up going into the stretch limo. Since we had to ride in the stretch limo 2 people had to be kicked out and ride with family members. The Rolls Royce driver was nice enough to drive to the venue that way we could at least take pictures in front of it. So basically the Rolls Royce was used as a prop. After about 10 minutes of taking pictures we told the limo driver he can just go. So now I fast forward a couple days later- I spoke with a guy named Mike. I explain the situation and he tells me that his boss will not be in until Friday (I called on a Tuesday) and that he will get back to me. Friday comes and goes no phone call. I call back on Monday and mike tells me that his boss ended up coming back just that day and that he would call me back in another day or two. The week passes and I get no phone call. Me and husband left for our honeymoon for a week. When we came back I have no voicemails left from Mike. At this point now I'm furious. I call Mike who claims he called me while I was away. He says that his boss will give us a $100 refund!!!! I said absolutely not I can understand paying for gratuity and fees but I want at least half of my money back the Rolls Royce was over $600!! My wedding date was April 28 - it is now June 2nd and me and my husband have yet to get this resolved. We will be contacting the better business bureau and will make sure all of our friends who are about to get married DO NOT use First Class Limousine.

We used First Class for our wedding on 4/29/17, and it was nothing less than amazing. The limo was brand new, and arrived EARLY to pick us up at our hotel. The shuttle service between hotel and venue was great. Our driver Bart was full of energy and showed us great service! Thank you Bart & First Class!!

Hands down the easiest limo company I have ever worked with - super organized, continuously in touch as we got closer to our wedding date, and very reasonably priced. Our driver was prompt and even helped me with my dress and for our December wedding, helped me take off my fur wrap in church and made sure it was in a safe spot so I could get it back after mass. He was excellent! Highly recommended.

Exceeded my expectations for my daughter 18th birthday yesterday... price was great very helpful and was first class all the way Her driver Paul was exceptional my daughter and her friends said they had a amazing ride felt very comfortable Paul opened the door for her when they arrived to each friends house for pick ups she said she felt like a princess will be using them again for her prom in May thank you so much 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

In terms of transportation, First Limo got us from point A to point B in a timely manner. The driver was early and was well prepared with directions. However, we were very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. The driver was very over-the-top and distracting. He showed up early, sat himself down in the backyard, and started smoking a cigar. Throughout the day, he tried dictating how things should go. For example, he wouldn't let us exit the limo until he found my father because he thought it was a good photo opportunity. At our photo location, he was trying to talk over the photographer to tell us fun facts he had googled about our photo location. While things like this might have been well-intended, I felt that it was overstepping. Most offensive was First Limo's rude comments regarding our priest. First Limo had altercations with the priest we were using in the past (due to them overstepping again and not respecting the rules of the church). Multiple times with multiple employees, they made rude and offensive comments about our priest. Knowing that this was the priest and church we had selected for our wedding, I couldn't believe how quick and open they were about bashing him. It was completely disrespectful. If the company acted in a professional manner, we would have given them five stars as the limo was clean and the transportation itself was excellent.

First Class Limo was spectacular and very accommodating! From day one they treated us as their top priority. Our driver was amazing and really put our minds at ease with the various locations we needed him to go to! He even mailed out an item that one of our girls left on the limo. They truly go out of their way to make sure your day is flawless!

Two of my bridesmaids had used First Class Limo for their weddings and had a great experience so I thought I would check them out. Their prices are very reasonable and they were honest and willing to work with me. Because we did a first look, they gave me advice on what would work best for my wedding and helped me save a little money. I appreciated their honesty and that they had my best interests at heart. They even gave me advice about taking photos in the park and brought up things I might not have thought of otherwise. I worked with Rob initially to book the limo and a couple weeks prior to the wedding Mike called to confirm the details for the pick locations and drop off. They were prompt and ready a while before we were and the vehicle was clean and in great condition. We had beverages and ice on the ride and it had nice lighting inside. I would definitely use their limo services again!

We booked First Class Limo strictly off of review, so we took a chance and we were not disappointed. They were incredibly diligent in their follow up; being a very overwhelmed bride about a month out, I was NOT the best with checking in with my vendors. First Class had called my fiance to check in, re-confirmed all of the details, and were incredibly timely the whole day of. Our driver was my absolute SAVIOR - we happened to get married on one of the hottest days of the summer and my driver did everything she could to keep me calm, happy and cool :-) I would recommend this company to anyone and plan on it with all of my friends now getting married! Our driver went above and beyond the role of driver at our August 5 wedding. He was early at the first pick-up location, professional and friendly. At the church, he assisted in organizing the wedding party as well as ensured that my train fell nicely before I walked down the aisle. Afterwards, he was very attentive and made sure that my husband and I had cold water whenever we wanted, as it was very hot outside. We highly recommend First Class Limousine to anyone looking for limo services!

I talked to a lot of transportation companies, and absolutely made the right decision in booking with First Class. They were exactly on time, and handled the pick up in the middle of Palmers Square, in Princeton, in a legitimate monsoon, beautifully. Our driver was amazing- he came in with me, helped me walk up the steps at the church, opened the door for me to walk in, and fluffed my dress behind me when I walked in. He helped carry an umbrella for me, and made special trips to pick us up and drop us off, and even held the umbrella for our photographer when she had to stand in the rain for photos. I don't know this for certain, but a lot of the roads between the venue and church were closed due to flooding, and I feel like he knew which roads would be closed because we didn't hit a single one. His professionalism made the day run so smoothly, and relieved so much of my stress. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

Theswe guys were amazing. They let you drop off any drinks or snacks you want in the limo the week before. Our driver was so nice and went above and beyond. He helped in the church and navigated us around traffic and got us all there in time. They also provide you with 3 bottles of champagne and roll out a red carpet! I had no idea. Gratuity is included but we gave extra because he was so great. We used the 20 passanger limo bus. It def doesnt fit more than 20 adults. Highly recomend!

We used First Class Limo for the day of our wedding. We booked the 20 passenger party bus through Mike Macaluso who was extremely nice and detail-oriented. Mike gave us a tour of the immaculate bus and the same one was used on our wedding day. Our driver, Marcus, arrived early and was pristine when it came to pick us up for the wedding and the driver was extremely courteous and professional. The driver, Marcus, helped hold doors open at the church and arranged a champagne toast for us as we were getting into the bus leaving the church. Their prices were very reasonable and less expensive than other companies we had checked out. This company was extremely professional in every aspect of the process including detailed contract and confirmation emails with detailed notes on every leg of the trip. We had some adjustments in timing at the end and Mike was very helpful and resent another confirmation email with our changes. I absolutely recommend this company and make sure to ask for Mike Macaluso!!

A must hire!! The team at First Class were a pleasure to work with. We visited their office where Mike showed us the available vehicle options for our wedding. We went with a 20 person limo bus and have no regrets! On our wedding day, 5/28/16, Anthony arrived with a mint condition limo bus of which we were lucky enough to be upgraded to one that had a restroom. What a nice surprise, as it came in handy for some of the bridal party while in transit from place to place. The red carpet, champagne toast, lights, sound system were all awesome, but I have to say, Anthony just made it all extra special. He was amazing! We felt him to be a part of our crew and the way he was all decked out, he might as well have been in the bridal party. As the bride, he personally helped me with my dress, was by my side at the church, in the park for photos, which was above and beyond anything I would have thought or expected him to have done. Pun intend, it was "first class". Thank you so much to Anthony, Mike and the First Class team for making our day extra special. We will definitely be booking more with them in the future! I was the maid of honor at my cousins wedding and we used First Class Limousine for the wedding transportation. They provided great service. The driver, Kevin, was awesome! He was on time, very kind and friendly, very easy to deal with, the two cars we had (limousine and party bus) were very clean. Overall very great service. I would recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish this company is absolutely phenomenal! Our driver Anthony SAVED my morning! I ripped my dress and NO ONE had pins. He rushed me some from his kit in his limo! Had umbrellas prepared for the ladies, he carried my dress and made sure it was perfectly fluffed. He even walked me into the church with my dad and helped up until the very second of my grand entrance. He was AMAZING! Our limo was clean & gorgeous too!

My husband and I used First Class Limousine for our wedding day transportation and we were blown away by the level of service we received! From the initial booking all the way up to the taking us to our reception, the level of professionalism was phenomenal. We had two limos and a Bentley, all three drivers arrived early, were so nice and took amazing care of us. They even fluffed my train as I entered the ceremony and had water waiting for us as we left the church – so thoughtful! They also surprised us with champagne when we arrived at the venue. My husband and I got married on 11/6/15 and we were blown away by the services that First Class provided. They were more than just a limo service; they made sure that the wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Our driver, Bill Bradley, was my saving grace throughout the day. He made sure I was calm and happy at all times and even told a guest who wanted pictures of me before the ceremony to kindly head into the church. Very nice and reliable company!! From the time we booked up until the day of our wedding the staff at first class were so nice and professional. We used their 20 person party bus which was great and the Rolls Royce which was just re-done so beautiful. The drivers the day of were on time and such nice people!! Thank you!!

Our limo was on time, and was a GREAT price. We originally wanted a larger party bus, but it was booked, so we downsized the group we brought to our first look and went with the new 12-person Mercedes Sprinter, which was SO clean and awesome inside (plus a fantastic price!!). The driver was on time and courteous. We wound up not being able to do our second pick up location (at no fault of theirs!) and he did his best to get us where we needed to be as quickly as possible.
