I hate writing a review like this, but after being extremely disappointed with our wedding flowers, they have in no way handled the matter professionally. I will start by saying, Kevin is GREAT! He IS the reason why we went with Five Petals. Th...e other women, however, have not been pleasant. We spent A LOT on our flowers. The quote was higher than any other estimate we received, but we were so confident in the work that we knew it would be worth it! When the flowers came, they were wrong. Our colors were ivory, white and and a VERY pastel blush. Pictures were shown at the initial appointment and sent through email. The flowers that came were a hot pink. I was extremely clear on the color. Some of the flowers in the bouquet were told not to be in there and they were, causing her to have to take out flowers on the day of. I was also told there would be pearls all the way throughout my bouquet and there was a handful of very small pearls placed on flowers. Other than the flowers speaking for themselves, it looked cheap. Including the plastic ribbon they use for corsages. Again, if we paid a small amount, I would expect cheap looking. But flowers is what we splurged on, and unfortunately, the one thing that ruined our vision and went wrong for the day. The women are rude and basically just said sorry for your luck. At first I was told sorry we can't do anything. After being persistent, they wanted to give a small store credit which was a slap in the face. After being more persistent, they just wanted to compensate me another small amount for SOME of the flowers they had to take out of the bouquets, because they were asked not to be in there. We also paid in full ahead of time, like required and found out on of the grandmothers wouldn't be there due to being sick. I immediately told them we will no longer be needing it and we can just work out compensation later. I was told they will not be reimbursing me for that. I have been patient, kind and understanding since having a great experience with Kevin and now I am to the point of writing a bad review, because a month later, nothing is solved. We paid to get a product that wasn't produced. I would hate for any other bride or person to go through the same experience.
