I got to the church on time. However my experience in booking the service was less than stellar. Rap music was playing as I entered the limo - really? Too many issues to list. The owner was polite and tried to be accommodating.

They were great to work with and super accommodating in regard to pick up times and things like that. We had paid for the limo (and prepaid a decent tip for the driver) for 4 hours after our wedding. We were going to go out with the bridal party. On the highway the limo literally broke.... Which is fine I understand things happen. But they are running a business, a back up should have been arranged in a more timely manner. It took us FOREVER to get off the highway and where we were headed. Initially we were told they would just extend our time... then they kept going back and forth. Why should I have to pay for a limo that is broken? The driver told us they would just add that time to the end ... then they said they couldnt... then they said they could. Basically instead of having fun after our wedding we spent most of the evening TRYING to get to our destination AND arguing with the company in regard to getting a replacement limo. Needless to say it wasn't fun. I'm not sure why they are a featured vendor. I wish we hadn't paid for 4 hours... we should have just stayed at the hotel bar... I've never seen a company run so poorly

Stay away!! I had booked them to drive us for my wedding from the Church to the Reception Venue (about a 10-minute drive). I booked with them online, pre-paid, then confirmed with them over the phone. I was told that the pick-up time was 5:30pm. I told them that I wasn't sure the exact time I would be done and the owner said any wait time after 15 minutes was a charge. I figured a 15 minute window would be good enough. So, even though the pick-up was scheduled for 5:30, the driver showed up at 4:45 - long before the wedding even started! By 5:32pm, the driver informed me that he couldn't wait any longer and needed to leave. We had just come out of the church and just started taking our family pictures. The driver was not being cooperative or willing to help at all. The fact that I had to deal with this incredibly rude driver was ridiculous! Who does that to a bride on their wedding day?? After arguing with the driver for about 5 minutes, I told him to just leave. I'm in the process now of trying to get my money back from this company.

This company was terrible. An hour after they were suppose to show up to my house to drive me to my wedding I called to find out where they were. They said that my reservation was wrong even though I had the email to prove otherwise. Then they said they couldn't be there for another hour. I missed an hour of my bridal photos. Mostly they were extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me on my wedding day. I ended up squeezing into the front seat of my dad's Kia Sorento. Worst part is that I still had to pay for it. They charge you up front and they refused to give me my money back. I'm still working with the credit card company in hopes to get it back. DON'T RISK IT.

Driver came on time, the limo was stock at each pick up and was taken to the venue at the requested time. Driver was on call and when I asked for an early picked up he was there when we needed him. Even though the limo was a little beat up and aged we enjoyed our time. Thank You!

The driver was an hour late! During the wedding he tried to convince my Wedding Coordinator to interrupt the ceremony, pull me off the altar to pay him, and then proceeded to leave before the ceremony was over. It was pouring down rain, and my wedding coordinator was stuck in it unloading all of our luggage because he refused to stay. However, he orinally agreed to stay and take me (and my groom) to our reception. This left us without transportation ON OUR WEDDING DAY! Afterward, he emailed us while on our honeymoon insisting that we pay him the final balance, and threatened to take us to court. Do not let the inexpensive pricing trick you, you will get what you pay for!

They were on time;THis company does not keep up with your reservation. They dont' return phone calls. I had to email that I paid to confirm the appt I happened to email to confirm and they stated they didn't have any reservation. we had to give directions to the driver
