I thought I had that until the person I originallyhired, flaked on me 2.5 weeks before my wedding. I felt lost and dejected. ENTER Pauline! From our first phone call, she put me at ease. She had the utmost PROFESSIONALISM, calm, and understanding. She also runs like a clock... right on time! She reminded me that big or small this is mine and my husband's special day and she made it happen. Over the next 2 weeks, she spent HOURS with me making sure it all worked out. She felt like my best friend. She made me laugh, she sent me ideas, she put my mind at ease. Pauline is an ARTIST. The pictures speak for themsevles.... I was a tired, coming off of a full time job working long hours with little sleep and Pauline turned me into someone who GLOWS. That glow lasted nearly 20+ hours BTW with only one small touchup after the ceremony. She is a WIZARD with makeup, she has a heart of gold, and I wish she could be in my life everyday just to make me smile and laugh. She is the epitome of everything good in the wedding industry. choice. I used Pauline for 5 wedding events, and she made me feel 100% comfortable every step of the way. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making decisions. I can be a very indecisive person, and there were many times that I changed my mind about a look or style. Pauline never made me feel like that was an inconvenience for her. She was extremely patient and supportive every step of the way. My wedding day was a very emotional day for me (and those who know me well would say I'm very emotional at baseline), so needless to say there were many tears involved. I kept expecting to look in a mirror and see that I've undone all of Pauline's hard work, but honestly each time I was shocked at how fresh my makeup still looked! I don't know what kind of magic Pauline used, but even 8 hours (and many tears) later, my makeup was still flawless. Pauline is so unbelievably talented, but truly it's her personality that puts her over the top. Her kindness knows no limits. She has so many amazing qualities, but in my opinion the best one is how she will always put the needs of her brides over her own. In the few days I was fortunate enough to spend with her, she showed me nothing but love and compassion. I wouldn't hesitate for a second before recommending her to any future bride. Not only will Pauline make you look and feel incredible, she'll make sure you have the best time while she does it!

On the wedding day, Pauline and her team were efficient, personable, polite, and respectful. Pauline was especially patient with my mother- who felt the need to hide all my jewelry that day. My family and bridesmaids looked so beautiful- and their makeup & hair held for 15+ hours! I appreciated that her team was able to do Indian and Asian makeup so well- in terms of matching skin tone. As for me, I couldn't stop staring at myself in the mirror! I looked and felt so beautiful. She enabled me to look like the bride I had envisioned. My overall look was an elegant and modern Indian bride, which Pauline achieved so effortlessly. The person who's opinion mattered most, my groom, well he burst into tears when he saw me. My groom also had some makeup done, just to give him an even tone, and he looked great. Pauline stayed around after the ceremony, did our touch-ups, and then later got me ready for the reception. Since I had two different looks for that day, she made me look hott in the evening! I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup throughout the day and for weeks after the wedding. Funny enough, the term people used to describe my makeup was "flawless". I look at our wedding pictures and I'm so happy I chose to work with Pauline. Her talent and wonderful personality made working with her a joy. I would recommend her to any bride!
