She worked at various eateries during high school, including a donut shop and a deli, before beginning her career as a cheesemonger. Later, upon meeting her partner Christopher, she decided to leave the medical field and return to her true passion. Flora & Fauna Provisions was born from an idea to start a business that prioritized locally sourced, quality ingredients. Christopher trained in Le Cordon Bleu as a young man, expanding his knowledge of and love for all things gastronomy.
