about the fact that I had no flowers in hand when I was putting my dress on 20 minutes before the limo was picking me up. I called the florist to inquire as to where my flowers were that were supposed to be delivered at 12pm, who immediately apologized profusely because she had forgotten about my wedding - it was never written on her calendar. After apologizing, she immediately stated that my flowers would be completely refunded plus an extra $100 for inconvenience. She said she would quickly toss everything together (luckily it was Mother's Day weekend so she had all the red roses in stock) and deliver them directly to the church ASAP. The flowers were delivered with 5 minutes to spare before the ceremony. I then received an incredibly apologetic and nice card from her along with the full refund check a couple days after the wedding. She not only apologized in her card she went through and told me exactly what went wrong and what she has since put in place to ensure this never happens again. I would absolutely use this florist again simply due to her professionalism in how she handled the situation! And even just for tossing everything together - they still looked gorgeous!
