Ford’s Fish Shack has three locations in Loudon County. Each week, we feed 16,000 happy customers. Our customer following was the primary reason we grew a new branch, Ford’s Wicked Catering. One of our founders, Chef Tony, is a master in many cuisines reaching beyond seafood. The hallmark of Ford’s Wicked Catering is quality in all things, from ingredients to service, food prepared from scratch and food prepared fresh on site. Ford’s Wicked Catering, with our extensive equipment which travels with us, gives our guests a fine dining experience at a venue or remote setting. Ford’s Wicked Catering also has a full liquor license and a beer truck to pour a selection of craft beers.
