With no clue where to even begin seeking the fairytale wedding planner of our dreams, we decided to turn to our friendly fairytale photographer who highly recommended Kelsey with Forever Enchanted Events. We were so excited that we instantly reached out to her! Our initial contact with Kelsey was via email, and we could just feel her sincerity through every word. Then, we had our first zoom call and immediately fell in love with her! Her smile, positivity, and enthusiastic energy are infectious. Kelsey was very encouraging to our grand and creative ideas and knew exactly what we wanted all while keeping us focused on the task at hand, and more importantly our wedding budget. Since we’ve decided to choose a city that we have never been to, you can imagine we had our fair share of questions and concerns regarding our ceremony and reception venue. Sweet Kelsey drove hours and fought traffic to both locations and did a walk-through with us over Facetime so that we could view everything in real time. She even took the initiative to send us photos and videos for reference. We put our ultimate trust in Kelsey, and I am so thrilled that we did. She was very consistent, communicative, accommodating, and very patient with all of us. She thoroughly kept connected through every part of the planning process even while on her honeymoon! Truth be told, Kelsey made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She really is the ultimate super woman with the biggest heart. Overall, our wedding day was perfect! We still can’t fathom how she managed to do it all. One thing we will never forget about Kelsey is that she always tackled tasks with a smile on her face and pure grace in her heart. I must hand it to her, she is hands down the best wedding planner ever! Side note: We chose the offered “Full Package” since we fancied a destination wedding and wanted to leave no stone unturned. Kelsey really went over and beyond for our magical day. A magical day that not only we will never forget but that will live on in our hearts forever. quick and professional. The day before we met for rehearsal and she made sure everyone knew their role. She even helped my friend (first time officiating) write some of the ceremony-so sweet! There were obviously things out of her control like the wind, or electrical mishaps like the projector having issues, but Kelsey truly went out of her way to either fix issues or had ideas on working around problems. During the dancing, she pulled out a pair of bride flip flops for me and when my train was dragging, she pulled out safety pins to help pin it up. I mean...SHE IS THE BEST! Upon meeting, she immediately made me feel at ease and I had no doubt she was the one that would be able to keep up with my detail-oriented, scatterbrained, and constantly changing wedding vision. We purchased the month-of coordination package, and immediately after our meeting to go over all the information with her she took charge! I had been communicating every detail with my vendors up until that point and Kelsey took over all communications between vendors, but assured me that she would communicate with me when needed, leaving me feeling comfortably in the dark to enjoy the excitement of my upcoming wedding. On rehearsal day, Kelsey did an amazing job leading our crazy and loud group of friends through ceremony rehearsal and made sure everyone was good to go before the big day. On our wedding morning, Kelsey and her team showed up ahead of time and immediately went to work setting up. She would check in to make sure we were still good with our timeline or if we needed to adjust anything several times throughout the night, but otherwise was in the background doing a great job! I have heard so many horror stories of wedding day mishaps with vendors, details, communications...pretty much anything, however our wedding was amazingly smooth and, to the best my MY knowledge, flawless :) One of our guests became too intoxicated and was taken outside for some fresh air and Kelsey was kind enough to basically babysit him until he got a ride home, and did so without making a scene. Overall, I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Kelsey and her team and highly recommend hiring them. I wasn't sure how it would feel handing the reigns over to someone else to ensure my wedding vision came to fruition, however they did a fantastic job at ensuring everything we wanted was there and any hiccups were professionally and discretely handled.

I’m that crazy, type A bride who provided drawn diagrams of my vision since I provided a lot of DIY decor. She was able to add her own touches that added so much to the look/vibe of the reception. She was able to problem solve multiple hiccups such as when someone spilled tomato soup on my dress, a huge smudge on the guestbook, picking up more alcohol (I didn’t even know we ran out until the next day), and rebustling my dress when my MOH forgot how to. Her positive attitude made the experience soooooooo easy! You will not be disappointed with her work.

She setup our entire venue with her assistant. And it came out stunning! Throughout the wedding, she was there for us. She pinned my dress when the bustle broke, she made makeshift centerpieces when parts went missing, and she kept everything on time. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding because she was there. After the wedding, she did the whole cleanup. She collected our belongings and dropped them off at our hotel. We just went to our after party without a care in the world! The next day, she even dropped off the tux rentals for us. Above and beyond service if you ask me! Just remember, you spend so much time with your coordinator before the big day. You better get someone amazing. And Kelsey is just that!!!

Upon our first phone consult, Kelsey established herself as an organized and prepared professional, asking us questions we didn’t even know to ask, and giving us advice we didn’t know we needed. Every meeting with Kelsey, phone and in person, was very productive and pleasant. Even though we hired her as our day-of coordinator, she provided us with a solid month+ of support. She helped fight fires for us that came up weeks/days before our wedding, and rescued the day when things didn’t go quite as planned during our ceremony and reception. Despite being a control freak of a bridezilla, Kelsey kept me looking my best, providing me with touchups as needed, as well as letting me know where we were on the timeline. She checked in from time to time to make sure my groom and I were doing alright and if we needed anything, while also keeping our parents happy and moving the evening along. Though Kelsey and her team played a huge part in our wedding, they managed to stay discreet throughout the night, working like ninjas in the dark. Working with Kelsey relieved a mountain of stress off my shoulders so that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. We’re grateful that her team was able to assist us in tearing down our venue the night of and the morning after. I would definitely recommend her to any bride and groom-to-be!
