I brought my wedding dress in to find out the price for a hem and bustle to be done. The quote was $125 for the hem and $48 for the bustle. I had shopped around and this was very comparable and I had more confidence in their work and profession...alism. There were 3 bustle options offered which I also thought was very nice. When I came in for the first fitting there was a bustle that needed to be adjusted and relocated slightly because it wasn't aligned with it's mirror image on the other side. I came back a week later (2 days before the wedding) to pick up my dress and it wasn't ready at the promised time. I do not live in the area so I had to return later with my fiance and had to hide my dress. This was not very convenient due to the long list of items being done at the last minute. They do steam and prepare the dress for perfect condition the day of also. I was unaware until we received our wedding pictures back, but there was a bustle that was attached the whole time and I was very disappointed because all of the pictures of my dress from behind it is extremely noticeable. I realize that I could have looked over the dress to ensure everything was perfect, but I think that it was an oversight that should have been noticed at the shop. Overall their prices are reasonable and do good work, but be careful on pick up times and look over the finished product.
