Me and my Fiancé purchased our wedding bands at Frassanito Jewelers with help from Olivia. They let us take our time looking for the perfect rings and did not feel rushed at all. I knew Frassanito Jewelers was the right choice as soon as i walked in. I had made a few stops prior and lets just say nothing compared. They had a huge selection of engagement rings that I could actually try on, unlike the empty rings and loose diamonds at the other places. This made is so easy to visualize and i was able to select the perfect ring. My boyfriend went there a few days later and purchased it and now we have a wedding to plan! can't wait to go back for bands.

Me and my girlfriend went to Frassanitos to meet Shaina to try and engagement rings so she would know what type I would like. Coming to realize I liked many different style diamonds I left it up to my girlfriend and Shaina to find me my perfect fit. Going into Frassanito Jewlers for the first time I had no idea what I was getting into besides for the fact that my girlfriend enjoyed looking at pictures of rings online lol. My fiance and I can not say enough amazing things about Frassanito Jewelers! They helped my Fiancé pick out my dream engagement ring. They were helpful, patient, and incredibly professional during the entire process! When I went weeks later to get the ring resized the staff went above and beyond to get my ring back to me before out Engagement celebration! They are wonderfully helpful and understanding!

My fiance and I went to Frassanito to get a sense of what sorts of engagement ring styles I liked, and I absolutely fell in love with this one gorgeous band! The saleswoman there was incredibly helpful, and she and my fiance apparently started secretly planning the purchase by text that day. My fiance got the ring super quickly, and proposed exactly two weeks after we first saw the ring- I never would have expected such a quick turnaround! They were so helpful, and I am absolutely obsessed with my ring.

We worked with Rachel. She helped us to find beautiful rings within our price points. During COVID, a lot of orders were delayed due to slow processing. We had to custom order my husband’s ring and order mine as well. Rachel made sure the rings were ordered early enough that we would receive them in time for the ceremony. We received the rings in a double ring box, which was beautiful!

Frassanito is ran by an amazing group of people that are extremely accommodating and understanding. Even during a national pandemic they took care of me. I went to Frassanito back around October of 2018. I was using a diamond from her grandmother’s ring, I was so nervous my fiancée would not like it. Well Frassanito re set the diamond, it came out so beautiful- their was no way she wouldn’t love it the second she saw it. They ended up featuring it on their Instagram it came out perfect. Fast forward to April of 2020 a freak accident happens and we needed to get the ring repaired. I easily got on the phone with them. First call they answered and they helped me take care of the ring. They stayed in contact with me all throughout the process and they got it done as fast as possible. At a time where the world is shut down and we thought we were going to have to wait a long time before we could even get into contact with someone- Frassanito saved the day. They are always a pleasure to deal with and they are great at what they do. Anytime I need jewelery, they are my go to, I wouldn’t consider any place else because of how lovely they are. From owners to every staff member I ever was in contact with- every single one of them are excellent.

Love shopping here! The girls are very helpful and knowledgeable! I can always find the perfect gifts here! They have a beautiful selection of diamonds; especially wedding bands and engagement rings. The girls are very patient and will take their time with you until you find the perfect piece. I recommend them highly!

Well they definitely lived up to their reputation. I worked with Shaina and picked out a style I loved and she handled it from there. Customer service was amazing. I went to Rachel with a diamond to have reset and she was phenomenal. I sent my future mother in law in for the appraisal and Rachel remembered everything about me and what I wanted. I called a week earlier then when the ring was expected to be back in the store just out of curiosity of how it was going and everyone I dealt with ( I spoke to 3 seperate people) were nice to me. They had called a few days prior to have an idea of how long it would take because they knew I was on some what of a deadline, they were really on top of everything. The ring was expected to be shipped out on the 16th so I would receive it on the 20th but it came early and got a call on the 14th I believe it was with the ok to come in and pick it up. I wish I knew other people who worked there’s names to give them props as well. The day I paid Shayna helped me as well as a man to count the money to get me in and out quick so my girlfriend would not suspect anything and it took all of 5 minutes to handle everything. The man that counted the money was asked to come downstairs to speed things up and he was there instantly I didn’t have to wait for him to finish the other stuff he was doing. The young lady that rang me up for the appraisal when I picked up the ring was awesome and easy to talk to. Also I had to do 2 appraisals, one on the original ring and one on it with the new setting and Rachel helped me to get a deal on the price of them. Everyone there was amazing and friendly. My future mother in law also came back from the appraisal raving about how nice Rachel was to her. The experience was great. Rachel was very honest about anything I had questions about and did everything she could to make my experience wonderful. I look forward to going back for my wedding bands. My fiancé and I went in after I proposed for a couple of quick questions and Rachel remembered everything from the month before and once again was very honest about our questions. Thank you for the beautiful ring! It came out even more gorgeous then I expected and even made it onto the Instagram account.

My NOW fiance Chris, purchased the most beautiful ring I've ever laid eyes on. I know all girls say that, but I mean it! I am a very conscious person so having a responsibly sourced diamond was extremely important to me. Frassanito jewelers lead my fiance to Forevermark diamonds because each one has a unique serial number inscribed on the diamond and you can track it from the mine! This is by far the coolest thing about my diamond. I am so happy I was able to be assured that my diamond was responsibly sourced (as you should be too). Cannot wait for wedding band shopping!
