We worked with Meaghan on our September 2012 wedding, and I can't imagine our wedding day without her there. From the moment that we met Meaghan we knew that we had to work with her. She turned any stress that we had into excitement, and we left every meeting feeling inspired and invigorated. Meaghan was involved every step of the way, and was responsive to all of our emails and phone calls over the year that we were engaged. We were planning our wedding from across the country and Meaghan was so wonderful about recommending vendors, meeting with our tent company when we weren't in town, and making sure that every single detail was attended to. On our wedding weekend Meaghan was truly incredible. With the help of her wonderful assistant she designed and delivered wedding itineraries for all of our guests at the hotel, directed the rehearsal, lent us her mason jars for pre-ceremony lemonade, coordinated the shuttles, helped set-up our decor, and even saved the day when one of our readings went missing during the ceremony (she appeared within moments with the reading in hand!). On top of all of this, Meaghan is an absolute joy to work with, has so much knowledge of the wedding industry, and totally understood the atmosphere that we were hoping to achieve. Without any hesitation we highly recommend that you work with Meaghan on your wedding, it will be the best decision that you make (other than getting married of course!).

From the first moment I met Meaghan I knew she would make my big day magical. She is a wedding encyclopedia. Any question I had she had an answer. From helpful tips to designing the wedding she was there. I knew I liked blue as a color but was stuck after that. Meaghan and I spoke and all of sudden she knew exactly what I was looking for even though I could not formulate the words. We had trouble with the hotel and she was on it. She and her staff even tied all the chair ties at the wedding because she felt the fabric company was over charging. I think there was over 200 chairs and they all looked beautiful. I got married at Flowerfield where Meaghan used to work so it was extremely helpful to have someone who knows the venue so well. She guided us in everything Flowerfield. I picked complicated bridesmaid dress called a Twist dress. I practice with my MOH for months tying them, but I didn't have to worry. Meaghan is the world's best Twist dress creator. She made every girl look beautiful. Fruition Events has a HUGE array of things you would never think of for weddings. She has so many personal things that she can do for weddings. She made my wedding all about my husband and I. It was truly the best day of ,my life and that is because of Meaghan and her team at Fruition Events. PS: If you have an annoying Fiance like I had she can handle them too.

As a bride that knew exactly what she wanted, I never imagined I could trust someone with the vision of my wedding. Then I met Meaghan. She was not only accommodating to my ideas, but took the time to understand them so clearly that she could help us expand on our ideas to create our beautiful wedding. Her fun and genuine personality made it so easy to work with her and always had us looking forward to our meetings with her! I was always so surprised at how many little details she was able to remember about our wedding. I know Meaghan was working with A LOT of brides, but she always made me feel like I was the only one. Meaghan answered every one of my 8 bagillion emails, attended all of our vendor meetings and made sure that everything was the way we wanted it the day of the wedding. Meaghan was AWESOME the day of . As picky and detail oriented as I am, I was so relaxed the day of my wedding because I knew that Meaghan was behind it all. She kept everything running smoothly and on time (I can't tell you how many comments I got about how smoothly everything ran and how people have never been to a ceremony that started on time, etc). She was there to help with EVERYTHING from putting my veil in and taking it out, bustling my dress, distributing tips, keeping the vendors on time and making sure we were fed and hydrated. The wedding stationary she created for us was stunning and matched our wedding theme so perfectly. I do not miss wedding planning at all, but I do miss working with Meaghan dearly. She truly seemed to grow into our family throughout the process. What could have been a very stressful year of planning was a wonderful experience thanks to all of Meaghan’s support and hard work.

I used Fruition Events for my June 2012 wedding. Meaghan and her staff were fantastic to work with. Meaghan took all my visions and turned them into reality. She helped me with the ceremony as well as the reception. Throughout the whole planning process Meaghan and her team were always there if I had any questions or concerns. On the day of the wedding her team went to our venue to start setting up, while Meaghan met me at my dads house to help my girls and I get ready. The wedding went off without a hitch, and all our guests are still raving about how it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. Since the wedding i have used Fruition Events to create items for our daughter's first party. All our guests commented on how great those items looked as well! I will definitely use them for future events my husband and I have and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We couldn't have done it without them. Fruition was involved in every detail and very organized. It's incredible how much time and energy is required and it helps to have a great pro guiding the way. The prices are beyond reasonable for all the services offered. Not to mention the money you save working with an experienced planner. I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding.

Fruition Events, Inc. is the ultimate wedding planner on Long Island. Without Meaghan's expertise my daughter's wedding would not have been the wonderful gone off without a hitch event it was. Meaghan had every detail covered and was always prepared for the unexpected. She was a pleasure to work with and always professional, couteous, patient and most importantly FUN. My husband and I hired Meaghan to hand the day-of logistics for our October 14, 2011 wedding at the Bourne Mansion. We can honestly say it was the best money we spent on our wedding. Meaghan was able to give me peace of mind on our wedding day by handling every detail to perfection. I was a professional event planner for almost 10 years and after meeting 4-5 wedding consultants I did not feel they were detail-oriented enough for me (many have told me that I have OCD). Meaghan was not only able to match my high level of detail, but handle items before I could think of it. She would solve issues before they became a problem. Her work goes FAR BEYOND wedding coordinator – she is a tailor, dress/tux cleaner, family counselor, and much more (we experienced all this first hand). We trusted the most important day of our lives in Meaghan’s hands and it was the best decision we could have made. Everyone could not believe how calm I was on my wedding day (I am usually the one worrying about EVERY detail), but with Meaghan there I did not have a single worry. Through out the day everyone (our wedding party, parents, other vendors) were turning to Meghan for ANYTHING they needed and she was prepared for every request. Meaghan is without a doubt the ABSOLUTE BEST!

I cannot say enough good things about Fruition Events. Meaghan was instrumental in making sure my wedding went smoothly and the day would definitely not have been as wonderful without her. Meaghan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my vendors and helped me solve last-minute crises. She takes our ideas and executes them, rather than taking our ideas as a jumping off point, which some other planners I interviewed were doing. Meaghan is the best! She is so helpful from the minute you contact her. She will give you advice about everything and then go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best deal for your money. Meaghan made my Rehearsal Dinner Invitations, Escort Cards, Programs, and even thank you cards for the Favors. All of them were absolutely perfect. The escort cards were difficult since we wanted to write everyone's name in English and Tamil (my husband is Indian). Since Tamil is written with symbols instead of letters, Meaghan had to find a way to download a program in order to print the names. She did all this without even telling us that it would be so much work for her. She will never make you nervous; she is always on top of everything and there to reassure you that everything will work out just the way you imagined. You need her! Not only will she make your day absolutely perfect with a ton of details that you never even thought of, she will make sure you are calm and stress free the entire engagement which is all a girl could want. :)

I got married on August 20, 2010 and since my wedding day people have asked me if I would do it again. I tell them "NO" because if I were to do it again it could never be as perfect as it was that day! My wedding day was more perfect then I ever could have imagined. It was perfect because I was marrying my best friend but I also because of Meaghan and her company Fruition Events! We got engaged in October and I knew next to nothing when it comes to planning a wedding. Because I am a teacher, an August wedding was our only option. That meant we had to plan a wedding in 9 months! Sheer panic set in but lucky for me my best friend of 14 years was Meaghan Sinisi owner of Fruition Events. Of course she was going to be a bridesmaid but without hesitation Meaghan and her team were there every step of the way. From searching for the perfect place - talking to the vendors, answering my gazillion questions (like what is a chafing dish???), asking the vendors the right questions, bridesmaid dress shopping, and of course calming me down. She was there to help with all the details that go into planning a wedding! Who knew you needed a bathroom basket for the guests?!?!! Her creativity, patience, professionalism, enthusiasm, and support got me through the most stressful time in my life. She made sure everything was just perfect and reflected who Jay and I were. People who came to our wedding could not get over all the details - "We didn't miss a beat" my guests have told me. Our guests knew they were at our wedding because of all the special touches that Meghan helped to create. She turned our wedding vision into a reality. Our dog Gia was unable to attend (for obvious reasons) and with her vision created customized escort cards - it was though Gia was there :) Fruition also created customized table menus (so guests didnt have to hear the waiter repeat the menu a gazillion times) and also very special donation cards. Even though that day she was a bridesmaid, she went over and beyond her bridesmaid duties - Fruition was there too! Making sure everything was perfect and perfect it was. I give Meaghan and Fruition Events my highest recommendation! Let her realize your perfect affair too - I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

This summer I attended a wedding that was planned by Fruition Events, and I have to say it was fantastic. The wedding was so personalized to really focus on the bride and groom and let their personalities shine through. Decorative accents like the monogrammed menus, favors, table names, photo displays, cupcake stand, gift box, etc. were noticed, appreciated and really reflected the bride and groom wonderfully. My husband and I had a great time dancing the night away, celebrating with our friends. I guess I’m not the average guest though, since a few short years ago, it was me who was the bride having just as great a day. Meaghan helped me to find and choose several of the necessary businesses for my wedding who were professional and made the day go off without a hitch. I highly recommend Meaghan Sinisi and Fruition events for a beautiful wedding.

Meaghan Sinisi and her Fruition Events team helped my husband and I plan our dream wedding, May 31st 2009. I was so nervous about planning, coordinating, and all stresses that go with pre-wedding organization, because i was in graduate school and preparing to move as well. However, the minute I met with Meaghan Sinisi I felt at ease. Fruition Events took my dreams and made them an even better reality. The concept, and all I envisioned, blossomed with their team's thoughtful ideas and intricate details. They guided me every step of the way, were thorough, and handled any stressful occurrence behind the scenes. I never felt as if I was planning. I felt as if I was dreaming, and I just glided into my wedding day.

I had hired Fruition Events only for the "day-of" coordination, but Meaghan was so helpful outside of our actual wedding day. I had told Meaghan that I was having some trouble with choosing flowers and Meaghan researched flowers and centerpiece arrangements in my color scheme - beautiful flowers that I didn't know existed. She also came in to do my final meeting with my florist to finalize the look and a budget that I was comfortable with. And, she was ALWAYS available when I needed her advice on things. Looking back at the day of the wedding, I realize now that I did not have to take care of ONE SINGLE thing at the church and I am forever appreciative of that. All the groomsmen got their boutineeres, everyone got programs, seated quickly, and all the shuttle buses we had coming from various locations arrived with all the guests safely. When I got to the reception, Meaghan took my veil, jewlery (I changed earrings for my reception) and all my other little things from earlier - even things from the church that I wanted to save -and made sure they were safe so I could pick up the next day from the reception hall. Meaghan is a true professional and friendly as they come. Her focus in strictly on you and your day from start to finish. My only regret was not hiring her earlier. They have helped us with everything from finding the perfect venue to which vendors are best to work with. They are often available for a quick question or a calming reassurance that things are going to plan! They charge a fair price for a service that goes above and beyond expectations.
