I'm very disappointed with this company. I was happy with the service they provided at the event. However per our contract we were supposed to receive access to an online photo gallery afterwards. I was told by the owner that he would send it ...to me within a week. Well five weeks and several attempts to reach them via text, email, and Facebook... I'm getting no response whatsoever. They were very prompt to return my messages prior to the event. But now that they've gotten paid, they refuse to communicate with me, thus failing to fulfill a legal contract.
