The flowers were beautiful and they arrived on time for our wedding, but overall we were not quite satisfied with garden gate. The level of professionalism and organization was not what we expected. There was a cancelled appointment after we ma...de a special trip for it, and some errors made with the flowers we wanted and where. Kelly was absolutely wonderful when she took our original order, making sure to cover everything. What may have thrown them for a loop was when we tweaked a couple things at a later date. Diedra was very upfront about cost when one of our chosen arrangements was very expensive. Overall Garden Gate did a great job, but we weren't really impressed with their communication.
