alk us out of ordering this version, and I guess we should have listened... There was a bit of a mixup on our invoice but they honored the pricing originally quoted to us. I had to reach out to them to coordinate or confirm everything.. it didn't really feel like they were attentive to my needs/wedding. They were kind enough to pack up any leftovers and leave it for us to have.

ed for the giant paella pan filled with cheeses, olives, crakers, nuts, etc) and passed Texas shrimp. Then it was dinner time...oh boy! We started with a yummy salad (that was individually plated and passed). We had about 120 people and Gerard did a giant Chicken and Chorizo paella and a small veggie paella (I am vegan). The whole presentation was so impressive and the portions! I could not believe how much they piled on the plate! All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. Gerard was very nice and easy to work with and the staff was fantastic. My one complaint was that we forgot to make a menu sign, so people didn't know what the options were as they approached the buffet, but that was our fault, not Gerard's. We would use them again in a heart beat!

He has amazing preperation that is a show in itself - huge paella pots, amazing smells cooking made the reception that much better - then when you walked outside...
and saw the awesome colors in the pan - it was like nothing you have ever seen. Gerard and his staff were so polite and funny - they were teaching guests how to make the paella and totally interactive with guests. I would recommend them 100% - I will use them for any party I have from here on out,the best tasting food ever. SERIOUSLY if you are thinking maybe I should do this ... DO IT ... check out his webite - then call and book him. WORTH every penny! Thank you Gerard for making our wedding AMAZING ... your paella was a slice of heaven!
