Hello from San Diego based Jazz band Ghost Jazz Trio; 2021/2022 nominees for "Best Jazz Album of the Year" and in the top 100 jazz charts three years in a row. The Ghost Jazz Trio is an instrumental "Smooth West Coast Contemporary Jazz Band" with a mission to enhance your wedding event to help it be the success and lasting memory you want. The GJT plays original music from all three of their albums and some jazz cover arrangements. Piano and/or sax can be added upon request if available for date and time. Services Provided: In addition to playing west contemporary smooth jazz grooves fans have come to expect, the Ghost Jazz Trio performs other jazz genres including; Swing, Shuffle, Blues, Bossa Nova, Funk, Fusion and Latin Jazz. Song selections and volume level are adjusted to the energy and noise level of the attendees throughout event. The Ghost Jazz Trio performs for large and small corporate events, weddings, club venues, restaurants, B-days, private in-home cocktail and dinner parties. When planning a wedding reception, you want a band that can play mellow Bossa Nova and ballads as guests arrive and during dinner. Per the host's discretion, they can request the trio to start and stop playing throughout the event as needed. No song or genre requests are accepted or will be considered. Additional Services: The Ghost Jazz Trio also travels to Orange County and Palm Spring. The Ghost Jazz Trio can provide a piano player upon request if the pianist is available for that date. Most events don't require a sound system, however the GJT can provide one upon request for an additional fee. The GJT can add venues and hotel properties that require insurance coverage to their policy for an additional fee. Additional booking policies: The host agrees to provide parking for all members of the band including covering all parking fees at private and public parking lots. The host agrees to provide adequate electrical, lighting, ventilation at performance area of the venue. The host agrees to provide complimentary meals and beverages to the trio at events that feature food and drink for guests. No song or music genre requests will be considered or accepted from guests or hosts during the performance. The trio takes a 10 minute break every 50 minutes for events requiring two hours or more of performance. The only form of payment accepted is through Venmo, Square, Zelle or PayPal.
