Graham was always quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us pick the option that best fit the style and size of our wedding. The booth itself prints two strips, one for the guest and one for the guest book. To top it off, every strip and individual photo is uploaded to an album on their website and sent to to you on a CD for posterity. Oh, and props. They got those, too. In short, your search is over. have an actual BOOTH and produced actual photo STRIPS, which was what we wanted. For that, Glass Coat Photo had the best price I could find. (And, as a coincidence, our photographer mentioned that she recommends them to her clients as well.) All communication with them was quick and easy, they were very professional and prompt with invoices and receipts when I sent payments. The day of the event they arrived and set up so smoothly I didn't know they had arrived -- which was exactly what I wanted. Both attendants were friendly, helpful, and smartly-dressed. The props were great, the photos were flattering (funny detail, but there it is), and everyone told us how much they enjoyed the booth. Highly recommend!

Glass Coat independently contacted the company, scheduled an appointment with the wedding coordinator, and measured the boat to make sure the photo booth would fit. This is what I call exceptional customer service! They arrived to the venue early and had the photo booth set up before my guests arrived. They were very helpful throughout the ceremony and there were no glitches or problems. Because they staff each event with two employees, they made sure that the line flowed and all my guests signed my guestbook (Believe me, you want to get this upgrade! A wedding guest book of your drunken friends and family's photo booth pictures! So much better than a book of people writing "Here's to many years together") I got married on a Sunday and had my digital copy of all the photos in the mail by Tuesday. Since my wedding, EVERYONE has complimented me on the photo booth. It was fun for the guests and a very good way to make sure you get a picture of all your loved ones. In addition to all this praise, their prices are very competitive (believe me; I contacted several companies before I settled with them). Highly, highly, highly recommended!!!
