e services that were not performed and we still have not resolved anything. I am leaving a review now because I wanted to give him time to resolve the matter but Jack is now ignoring my emails so unfortunately it looks like we won't be getting our money back.

I would never recommend, he was still putting the lights up the day of the wedding , unprofessional, said he would show up at 12:00pm and would come at 5:00pm, had to provide him with lighting to put them up in the dark because he did not show ...

up till late, the second night he was here he asked us for bug spray, and also had to provide him with water as well. Came completely unprepared . I did not expect he would still be putting up the lights within 2 hours of the event. Would never hire again or recommend

This review is out of place. The crew did everything in the contract. They came back the day of the wedding to ensure the job was as it needed to be due to high winds. The crew was on-site prior to this reviewer ever being there. As for the bug...

spray and water, those were offered. We have these items in our vehicles and did not want to offend by saying "no thanks".

d explained where lights would look best. They were absolutely sweet to everyone, professional, funny and actually good looking guys! They set up more lights than we actually paid for in the contract because we had to expand due to the amount of people that attended. We did compensate the guys at the end when they did the tear down. They actually helped our caterers clean up too! What a great team of guys!
