If you're a soon to be bride looking for the best travel agent around Susan is your gal! She has been simply amazing throughout this entire process. My fiance and I first met with Susan in Feb of 2016 after getting engaged. From the start she never pressured us into anything and instead gave us knowledge information about resorts and was honest with her answers. Unlike other travel agents we had previously talked to she was more concerned with what we could afford and what our guests could afford instead of trying to book the most expensive resort. Susan was very responsive to every single email we sent, most of the time she would respond within a hour or two or the latest the next day. We have 36 guests traveling down to Mexico with us and every single one of them have loved her also! She definitely made planning a destination wedding a piece of cake.

I can not express more gratitude and appreciation to the woman that literally made all my dreams come true. Since I was a little girl I always wanted a destination beach wedding. Once I finally found the right guy, (my lovely groom) I needed to find the right woman (Susan Robson, Go Travel STL). Finding her was actually pretty easy, we met at a wedding trade show at River City Casino. I expressed my desire to have a small wedding on the beach, we set up a meeting date and then let all the fun begin. I met with Susan at her beautiful home office, the professionalism started from the get go. She asked me a series of questions and based off of mine and my grooms responses she narrowed down some resorts and locations. My family had several concerns about leaving the country and Susan was very patient with me as we tried to solve each concern. She was so knowledgeable and caring. She treated me as if I was family and never complained when I changed my mind or called with further questions. She had visited most of the resorts that she recommended so I knew that she was choosing the best place off of first hand knowledge not just photos from a catalog. The resort we picked had every single one of my must haves on it. We decided on a wedding date to take place a little over a year later in order for my guests to have time to save money. She sent out beautiful personalized evites and emails with all the information my guests would need. She worked with each guest individually always available by email and phone. The flexibility and professionalism she displayed over the year and two months of planning was superior to anyone I have ever met in customer service. My wedding was on 10-29-16, I had 40 guests from 4 states arrive in Riviera Cancun Mexico. The entire trip went flawless. She made my wedding planning so easy. She even surprised us with special gifts including a private candlelight dinner on the beach. I would not only recommend Susan for any destination wedding but also for any vacations you have planned. She truly is a dream maker!

So after having decided that New Zealand was the place we wanted to go for our honeymoon, I emailed Susan to ask about details and pricing. The hardest part by far was deciding what we actually wanted to do, but Susan gave us plenty of ideas and options for both islands. Long story short, our honeymoon was full of horseback riding, swimming with dolphins, climbing Mt. Ngauruhoe, and plenty of relaxing and wandering several cities through both islands over our two week honeymoon. All of our travel between events and hotels exceeded our expectations. Without Susan, it would have been so much extra work looking for hotels, arranging shuttles, and finding tours/activities, not to mention narrowing down which cities were worth visiting in the short time we had.
