Lindsay McGrail, owner and chef at Green Zebra Catering, has been passionate about cooking from a very young age. As a small child, she watched her mother in the kitchen, and hosted her first dinner party at the age of six. She studied at the Institute for Culinary Education in Manhattan, and has cooked for various high-profile people throughout her career. Some of those famous names include studio executives, celebrities, and former mayor of New York Mike Bloomberg. Lindsay established Green Zebra Catering in 2007, and the business has been providing top-quality catering services, cooking classes, and delicious reception dinners ever since. Lindsay chose the name in honor of her favorite heirloom tomato, the Green Zebra.
Green Zebra Catering offers a boutique wedding venue accommodating up to 50 seated guests or 75 for cocktail style celebrations. Seasonal wedding catering menus are available, which include passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations and buffets, and plated and multicourse dinner options.
