This company is so accommodating, easy going, and so sweet! When I received our schedule times I got push back from one of my bridesmaid's and also had to end up adding another person. I spoke to Michelle and she was so understanding. She got it all figured out with no problem. The day of my wedding we had Michelle, CJ, and Haley! We got so lucky that we ended up with such a fun group. Not only did they do a fantastic job on me (making me feel so beautiful), the moms, and my bridesmaids they were jamming out to music with us (side note even with that being said they finished us up in plenty of time when I said we had to be done)! They had great personalities but yet were professional which made for such a nice experience. I can't recommend them enough for a great experience! -KATIE K.

ly accommodating — truly a dream to work with. Hailey did hair for me, my mom, and my sister, and she exceeded every expectation. We showed her our inspiration photos, and she went above and beyond to bring each vision to life perfectly. Every hairstyle looked elegant, secure, and picture-perfect throughout the day. Hailey is also a wonderful listener — she took the time to understand what each of us wanted and made sure we felt confident and beautiful. My mom can be quite particular about her hair, but Hailey’s kindness, patience, and attention to detail made her feel so comfortable and cared for. It was such a relief to be in such capable and genuine hands. For makeup, we had the pleasure of working with Eva for our first event and Chrissy for our final one. Eva’s airbrush makeup technique gave us a flawless, glowing finish that looked natural yet radiant — it photographed beautifully and lasted all day without needing touch-ups. Chrissy, on the other hand, was a true magician with her brushes. Her blending skills are unmatched! She created soft, stunning looks that enhanced our features perfectly without feeling heavy or overdone. Both artists made the experience relaxing and fun — they chatted with us, listened to our preferences, and made us feel like we were getting ready with friends. A huge shout-out to Mike, who is an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. He managed our schedule seamlessly and ensured we were always on time without ever feeling rushed. The night before our second event, we called to see if it might be possible to get earlier appointment slots — and to our surprise, Mike made it happen effortlessly! His flexibility, organization, and calm demeanor made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes great pride in making sure everything runs perfectly. The studio itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well-equipped. It’s such a comfortable, welcoming space — bright lighting, clean stations, and a calm, organized atmosphere. Everything felt professional yet cozy, which made getting ready such a joy. We honestly felt like we were getting services right at home surrounded by people who cared about making us look and feel our best. Overall, the entire Hairs2theBride team deserves all the praise. Each person — Hailey, Eva, Chrissy, and Mike — played a part in making our special events even more memorable. t just for hair, but they were so good that we ended up booking them for our second event as well. We had to change the time for the second event at the last minute, and Mike was so accommodating — he even offered to bring in a third stylist to make sure we were ready on time. That level of flexibility and professionalism was such a relief, especially being from out of state. Hayley was amazing to work with. She completely exceeded our expectations — the hairstyles came out even better than the inspiration photos! She was kind, personable, and funny, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. Eva did a fantastic job with makeup. Her airbrush foundation was flawless and lasted all night. For our second event, Chrissy did our makeup and absolutely killed it — the eyeshadow especially was beautifully blended and truly to die for. Honestly, the hair and makeup were even better than some of the artists I’ve worked with in NYC for other weddings! Overall, we were so impressed with the entire team. The prices were affordable, everyone was professional, and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. It genuinely felt like getting ready with family — warm, fun, and effortless. For our first Illinois experience, Hairs2theBride set the bar incredibly high. We truly hope we get to work with them again in the future!

alopecia. Thankfully her hair did grow but Lisa made her look like she had all her hair back and that made her feel amazing on her wedding day. Her makeup made her look like herself but elevated. She was professional, fun and easy to work with. Felt like she was part of the family after working with her all morning. She even helped my mother even out her foundation even though she wasn't doing her makeup. She is amazing. Highly recommend !!!!!

re grateful for the experiences I’ve had with them. I first met Haley for my hair and makeup trial and instantly fell in love with both her talent and her personality. She made me feel completely at ease, and her work was flawless — I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Her warmth and kindness are truly the cherry on top. For my wedding day (and a month later, my best friend’s wedding), I had the privilege of having both Haley and Eva do hair and makeup, and they exceeded expectations each and every time. They were patient, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. On such an important day, trust is everything — and I had complete trust in them, not only for myself but for my bridesmaids as well. I knew we were in the best possible hands, and they delivered perfection. They were so accommodating with any changes or requests, and I honestly can’t imagine walking away with anything less than total satisfaction. Now I just need to find another event as an excuse to book them again — and to feel like the very best version of myself in the process! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Haley and Eva are beyond talented, professional, and wonderful to be around. Truly a 20 out of 10 experience!

My girls were also thrilled by their hair and makeup done by Julie, Eva, and Maria. The trial experience was wonderful — thoughtful, flexible, and reassuring — which made me feel confident going into the wedding. The entire H2B team was organized, responsive, and easy to work with from the booking process through the wedding day, keeping everything running smoothly. both were perfect!! The trial was great and they were receptive to changes. The day of turned out exactly how I wanted it and it lasted all night long. My bridesmaids had some issues with hair and makeup- one had two different eyeshadow colors put on, one had contour on one side but not the other, and two people's curls fell right after team left. They did fix the makeup issues and luckily my sister is good with hair/makeup so she helped everyone get fixed after they left. They did also have a few errors on our schedule that I had to have them change, but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, I had a great experience with the team. Having them on-site was great and made the day so much easier.

They made me feel comfortable and pampered from start to finish. Jessica and Amy also did an incredible job doing my bridesmaids and flower girls hair/make up. My makeup lasted all day and night without needing a single touch-up, and my hair stayed perfect. I got so many compliments, and I felt like the best version of myself. company. I did a trial before the wedding and was very happy with my hair and all of my makeup except my eyes. We discussed what I liked and didn’t like at the trial, and both Clarissa, my stylist, and I made notes on changes for the wedding day. I wore the makeup for the remainder of the day, and it held up beautifully. For the wedding, I paid for the hair and makeup package for my bridesmaids and also for my mom’s hair and makeup. The company ended up sending two people out on the wedding day for hair and makeup to make sure everyone was done on time. Both ladies arrived on time, and things started off smoothly. Clarissa was doing hair for everyone, and Nayab was doing makeup for the bridesmaids and my mother. My girls and my mother looked absolutely fabulous, and if I was only rating based on them, I’d give Hairs 2 the Bride 5 stars. I had been assured prior to booking that the hair and makeup artists would be able to do hair and makeup for an early 70s mother of the bride with short permed hair. They did an absolutely phenomenal job, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen my mom look so amazing. Her hair looked lovely, and her makeup was age appropriate and gorgeous. The problem I have and the reason I have such mixed feelings about about my review is that things went downhill when it was time for my hair and makeup. My hair went fine, and the changes we talked about at the trial were made. By that point, we started to fall behind schedule. I was the last person to go, and my makeup was incredibly rushed. Skin prep was almost nonexistent, and collagen under eye masks were skipped entirely even though we had used them at the trial. I had only slept for three hours before the wedding, so I know I could have used them. Once the eye shadow was on, I looked at it and told Clarissa I didn’t like it. She told me to wait to see the finished look. I do my makeup enough to know adding lashes would not fix the problem. It was nothing like the pictures I showed her. I loved the makeup the bridesmaids had, so my sister and MOH pulled Nayab aside and told her I wanted her to do my eye makeup. She and Clarissa were okay with that, so Nayab started working on correcting my eyeshadow. It was better than what was initially done, but it was still nothing at all like what I wanted, and then it was getting close to the end time when the hair and makeup was supposed to be done, so everything ended up getting rushed instead of fully corrected, and I was left with eyeshadow I didn’t like and eyelashes that were crooked and made me look like I have one squinty eye in half of my photos. I called Hairs 2 the Bride a couple of days after the wedding and talked with one of the owners about my experience. His response to me was, I’m sorry this happened, and it’s not up to our normal standards, and we’ll provide more training, so it doesn’t happen again. It felt like an incredibly insufficient response for the price I paid and the effect it had on my wedding day. If you choose this company, I’d say just make sure you’re in love with every aspect of the trial before booking them. When I think about my wedding day, one of the biggest things that stands out is my horrible experience, and I would rather have done my own makeup to have avoided how that experience affected the day.

where. It was getting close the wedding and I was getting nervous I wouldn't be able to find anyone. Hairs 2 the Bride was very responsive and reliable. I had my trial within a few days of signing the contract and everything went flawlessly. Haley was able to give me exactly the look I wanted!

She was the same when it came to working with my bridesmaids and family members the day of the wedding, as well. She perfected every hair and makeup look she did the day of the wedding, was timely and made adjustments if needed.
