r, Jill, and we went over times... indicating they needed to be AT the venue (our home) no later than 5:45 for a ceremony starting at 6, that they would have to drive past the ceremony location. At 6:06 (photo proof available of the phone conversation available upon request) we called them as they were still not present, and were informed they were “just down the road”. As they were significantly late at this point we requested they hold off so that their catering vehicle was not part of the ceremony. It was ALL downhill after this. We had held off the ceremony because they were late and were hoping they’d show in just a few minutes, in the end resulting in a delayed dinner. By the time dinner was served, nothing was ready. The tri tip wasn’t out, the salad wasn’t out, the cobbler wasn’t out- I approached the caterers and was greeted with more disrespect than I have ever experienced from someone I would have professional expectations from; a simple apology would have gone so far, but from the servers I received nothing of the sort and was greeted with disrespect... the most pretentious people I have ever been stuck with dealing with... come to find out, one of them is their lead... what a crying shame. So many of our guests did not get to partake in so much of the meal we were paying for- resulting in way too many left overs- simply due to an incredible lack of service. We would have been much better off serving and setting up ourselves, but did not have that prepared (why would you if you are planning on having them there to do that). My own father nearly had to cut the tri tip and one of our groomsman had to be their food runner since guests were scraping the bottom and the staff could care less and was slow and lazy when it came to restocking anything (lots of food in their truck though!). Today, a few days after the wedding, we were on the phone with them numerous times throughout the day trying to discuss a reasonable option to rectify the situation... on a $4000+ bill, the maximum they could do is forgo the predetermined gratuity ($150, and had they provided any sort of reasonably expected service would have been significantly more) . So much of the food was not AVAILABLE to guests due to their incredible lack of service, but that is clearly of no concern to them. Such unprofessional service for what should have been a great meal... 10/10 would NOT recommend. I urge anyone who is looking for a catering service to look elsewhere. Appalling.

tried to pull in during the ceremony. Which was right where they were getting married. After showing up late and almost ruining the ceremony they had an hour to set up and serve food before dinner. There were only two workers. One was a high school kid the other... not sure. When the DJ announced it was dinner time and for the bridal party to go eat only 1/2 the food ordered was on the table. The courses were supposed to be... tri tip, chicken, macaroni and cheese, rolls, salad, apple cobbler and beans. The bridal party and the first 1/4 of guests only had the option of rolls, chicken and macaroni and cheese. It wasn’t until we asked about the rest of the food when they brought it out and started cutting it. All in all because the servers didn’t know what they were doing we had a ton of left overs still in the heat trays in their truck after dinner. People filled up on bread and macaroni and cheese. They had about 10 tri tips left, three large trays of cobbler, an appetizer (bacon wrapped peppers), a tray and a half of macaroni and cheese and a bunch of salad. The servers told the boss they felt “berated” that was only after they refused to get the food on the table, move their truck out of photos and were plain rude and sarcastic to us. The owner said he’ll give us back a $200 service fee and a free meal... absolutely ridiculous. I would go anywhere else but here. Okay food with absolute horrible service. Wedding on 6/19/21. Choose wisely or you’ll have $2k worth of food in your fridge after a wedding spoiling...

were also impressed with how seamlessly they came and went without disrupting our ceremony or reception. They set up a clean and simple buffet table, served our guests, and went on their way. Extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any event!
