os of what I wanted for my hair a few months before and her excitement about the look was unmatched. The morning of she did a blow out and then styled it. I have a ton of hair that is naturally curly and she worked magic! It was sleek, curled perfectly, and held the entire day into the night (even in that OK humidity). There are very few people I trust to do anything with my hair and she is one of them. This was by far the easiest part of the day and the one thing I did not stress about at all. There are no words to express how beautiful she made me feel! THANK YOU!!

me feel this way. They were accommodating and flexible the day of and I didn't have to worry about the schedule that day when it came to hair and makeup. They were supportive and kind and I loved working with them. The reason for 3 stars....the logistics of this salon are kind of a nightmare. They did not one singular time reach out to me to schedule anything be it the trial or the day of, I always had to reach out to them. The contract states I had to pay my balance a month out and I wanted to do so but they told me I couldn't until the week of which I am fine with. What I was not fine with and was probably one of the biggest stressors of my wedding week was that this salon will not tell you until the week of your wedding what time they are showing up. For me, this meant being told on a Tuesday what time they would arrive on a Thursday, and again, I had to call THEM to get it done. The woman I worked with on that day was kind on the phone but clearly fumbling-of both times that I visited the salon they couldn't locate the contract I sent them and didn't even know how many people they were doing hair for the day of. To those of you that have not yet planned everything this may sound insignificant but not being able to nail down a timeline until two days prior to my wedding was stressful. Again, the ladies who performed the services themselves were fantastic in every way but the logistics/operations at this business need improvement.

ed the perfect hair extensions to my hair. I was nervous with adding extensions because blonde hair can be difficult to match the colors. She did an amazing job with blending the blonde colors! My hair looked dreamy, exactly what I wanted. This year has had a lot of challenges with planning a wedding. It meant so much to have this team a part of our day. They were clean, professional, and I couldn't recommend them enough!

w changes to the eyes on the day of the wedding. I showed her pictures that were all different brown tones with very minimal black and I said I didn’t want the shadow or eyeliner to be winged. I got mostly black eye shadow with very thick black eyeliner and it was very sharply winged. She tried to fix it but that almost made it worse. My Maid of Honor finally had to take my eye makeup almost completely off and redo it before the ceremony and pictures. My airbrush face makeup turned out really well and lasted all day, but the eyes ruined it. I typically do pretty extensive eye makeup so to have it not be perfect or even close to what I wanted for my wedding day was a big let down. It could be partly my fault for not speaking up more at my trial so I will take that blame, but the pictures I showed on the day of my wedding was nothing like what I got.

e-up! She was SO patient and understanding, and totally went out of her way to make it a stress free experience for me. Overall, I don't wear a ton of make-up so I was very nervous about not looking like myself on my wedding day. Kirsten worked her magic and did an amazing job making me look like the princess version of myself, and Allyson was able to make my hair look exactly like the picture I brought her. Not to mention that the three of them were able to finish hair and make-up for all 7 of my bridesmaids and my mom in under 3 hours! Overall I had an amazing experience with the Hansen and Co. ladies. I would 100% recommend for any wedding or formal event. Thank you ladies for everything! :)

th the results. I guess our definitions of classic and such are a bit different. She did get it right the day of. I sent her some pictures of what I was looking for, and she came through. The problem I have is that I paid $115 as a down payment with the understanding that the rest, making the total $140, would be due the day of. She accidentally brought the wrong lashes (they looked great anyway) but were more expensive. My impression is that I was not paying for the lashes but that the price was incorrect in my mind. I wound up paying a ridiculous amount for my make up to get done. There was no contouring, highlighting, or advanced techniques that make it worth it. Honestly i could have done it myself. The artist was very nice, came to the hotel, and did what I had showed her in pics. Just not worth the expense. When you pay $200 to have your makeup done, you want to look the best you've ever looked, and have techniques done that you don't normally do. This did not happen.

oking all my trial appointments and even called me the week of my wedding to assure everything was ready to go and to finalize all last minute details. You can tell she truly cares about the brides she is working with and I am so grateful for that. I would recommend Hansen & Co.’s wedding team to every future bride if I could! Thank you again.
