The First Look

For a location as unexpected and interesting as your own love story, the Harley-Davidson Museum is situated on 20 acres surrounded by the Menomonee River in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It features indoor and outdoor spaces for intimate gatherings to parties of 10,000.

The Rumble. At 5,651 square feet and accommodating up to 250 guests, the Rumble features a monochromatic color scheme floor to ceiling windows with scenic river and city views.

The Chrome. The Chrome is an 11,480 square foot indoor and seasonal outdoor lawn space with room up to 400 guests. It includes glass windows, carpeted floors, a hydraulic double door entry and crystal chandeliers. The space can be divided into two smaller spaces based on your needs.

The Garage. Seating up to 450 guests and at 10,400 square feet, the industrial design of the Garage has exposed ducts and polished cement floors and it includes three retractable glass doors, providing an additional outdoor area.

For smaller parties of less than 100, The Harley-Davidson Museum offers several interior space options ranging from 380 to 2,388 square feet. Larger weddings have the option of accessing the sprawling outdoor riverfront campus of the north and south yards.

What You Should Know

Wedding packages at the Harley-Davidson Museum include a two-hour block of time, 200 white garden chairs, black napkins and floor length table cloths, cocktail tables, cake table, place cards table, gift table, guest book table and a portable sound system. Outside awning, specialty linens and extra chairs are available for an additional fee.

Full-service customized menus and catering is provided with an exclusive catering partner. Wedding cakes may be brought in from an outside licensed bakery. A full list of preferred vendors for any additional wedding services is also available. Event space can be reserved up to 18 months in advance. The event space fee is waived with food and beverage minimums being met. Up to four people are invited to attend a pre-event menu tasting.

Depending on the room choice, an array of audio/visual equipment is also included such as LCD projectors and screens, microphones, DVD player, CD and mp3 players.
