Hays Porter is a wedding filmmaker based in Monroe, Louisiana, serving couples all over the state. Hays has the ability to create beautiful frames in his wedding films because of his 11 years of photography experience. Life happens in the little things and Hays' goal is to capture all of the little things that make your story special. Hays understands the importance of every moment of your wedding day, and takes care to document everything without being intrusive. He is happy to travel outside of Louisiana for a minimal fee, and may waive the fee if your destination is on his bucket list. To ensure you have his full attention, Hays only books one event per day.

Wedding filmmaking is such a blast! I love the fast-paced atmosphere of a wedding day and the pressure to create beautiful frames in a changing environment. Every couple has their own special little things that makes their story special and it is my job as a filmmaker to put those little things on display in their wedding film. Listening to each couple's story and doing my best to reflect that in their wedding film is the best part of the job.
