Located on over three acres of comfortably shaded rolling hills, Heaven's Cloud Event Center is a short drive from all the enticements of Asheville and offers all the allure of a rustic nature camp, ideal for a relaxed and fun-filled reception.
When you book your wedding celebration at Heaven's Cloud Event Center, you can choose from the following event spaces to plan your ceremony and reception:
The Meadow. This lovely open-air space is surrounded by shade trees and offers eye-catching views of the surrounding mountains. With folding chairs on the emerald lawns, this space makes a lovely area for an outdoor "I do" in front of 200 guests.
The Outdoor Pavilion. The sprawling outdoor pavilion offers over 5,000 square feet of space with a unique rustic-chic ambience. Wooden picnic tables can seat between 180 and 240 guests with ease and snazzy outdoor lighting lets you keep the party going all evening long.
The Indoor Banquet Hall. Including 1950s-era architecture and a definite retro charm, the indoor hall offers 2,500 square feet of blank canvas space you can bring to life with your own take on wedding decor. With a raised stage and smooth polished floors, the hall is a great reception choice for up to 150 guests. Attached meeting rooms make great salons for the bridal party preparations.
What You Should Know
Party packages are designed for weddings as intimate as 50 guests to entire-property packages that accommodate up to 200 revelers. All packages include five hours of property rental plus labor for setup and take-down of party decorations. Your allowed time begins one hour prior to the start of the wedding and ends one hour after the guests head home.
Couples can choose their own professional wedding services; a wedding event coordinator is available day-of for an hourly fee. You can also arrange staff to greet your guests and coordinate your on-site vendors.
Get creative with your own decorations—even candles are allowed with an appropriate glass candle holder. No birdseed, confetti or rice are allowed, however. You can rent your own table linens or choose from a limited selection of colors provided by Heaven's Cloud Event Center for an additional fee.
The facility doesn't have a liquor license, so if you plan to serve alcoholic spirits, your caterer needs an ABC license. You can supply your own beer and wine without a special permit, however.
You'll need a 25 percent deposit at the time you reserve the venue and the balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. No refunds for cancellations are allowed within six months of the day of the wedding. If you accrue any charges the day of the event for damages or additional cleanup, you'll receive a bill the same evening.
