If I could rate this venue based on the staff, specifically Jennifer the owner, it would be less than a star. I don’t think I have ever encountered someone who had such poor skills in communicating with someone who booked their venue. The venue...
itself is beautiful, I won’t discredit them on that, but the way that Jennifer handled my situation was horrible. I got married here on December 3, 2022. The first problem we ran into with them was that the alcohol we provided was placed in a locked room that we had no access to at the end of the night. We were only able to retrieve our alcohol after my husband questioned why it was in a room not accessible to us. We did our send off at 11pm and I had my parents stay behind to help with cleanup & gathering our things. Now let’s skip to the day after my wedding, December 4, 2022. I received an email that was regarding the “additional charges” that we have to pay for damages which amounted to $747. In my signed contract they stated they would charge the car on file for damages which they did, & while I was looking at the receipt and “evidence” for these charges that’s when I realized these charges were false & absurd. I was in communication with Jennifer during this whole issue and she likes to come off as someone who is reasonable and caring, and in no way was she like that towards me. The charges she included in my invoice were damages to the floor, dj staying past 12, paying officers for overtime and usage of fake flowers. She claimed my videographer made a deep scratch on her concrete floors with his small plastic suitcase with wheels. She provided pictures and video “proof”, but after seeing her so called proof and reviewing it something about it was wrong. For the pictures she provided pictures that appeared to be in 2 different spots of the venue. I went back and forth with her regarding this scratch because it was a $500 charge. She told me she will do her best to minimize the price. Funny thing is she said she was able to minimize the price all the way down to $100 and she just charging me $100 for the labor of cleaning the floor, which the contract does not state that I need to pay additional charges for cleaning their floors. The next issue was with my dj, so I immediately contacted him to ask about what time he was out of the venue because Jennifer is accusing him of leaving around 12:20am which she changed to 12:49am after sending a new invoice . He said that was impossible because he lives in Grand Prairie which is about 40 minutes from this venue. He sent me screenshots from his ring camera arriving to his home at 12:47am. I let Jennifer know about this and all she could say was that he is being dishonest and that he altered the time which I wasn’t aware you could even do, but I guess this is something they do. I questioned if her security cameras had the right time but she never confirmed. After 2 months of disputing these charges my proof was found valid. I would not recommend this venue.

g we are very grateful for all of our clients that have chosen us for their special day, but we do have rules and regulations that are to be upheld by not only the client but also vendors and guests on chosen for their day in order to keep our venue clean/maintained for every client we have to enjoy as if it was built just for them. Rules and regulations are given at signing, sent in reminder emails, and also sent to vendors prior to day of event in order to prevent anything from happening. If vendors choose not to read them or follow them, the client are responsible for their actions or lack thereof. In the almost 7 years and hundreds of events held we have only had to add additional charges for damages/violates less than 10 times and we can assure you it is not something we take pride in nor enjoy doing. Unfortunately, the reviewed event is a case where multiple vendors broke rules and regulations/caused damages and the client has not been willing to take responsibility for them. We not only made the coordinator they chose for their event aware of the damages during the event so a representative of the client would know but have also provided the client with multiple images/video of contract violations/damages and the client has continually dismissed the. At no time was a Hidden Waters staff member or owner rude in person or via email as they claim. All emails regarding the circumstance were continuously informing and providing documentation to the client as requested of why they were charged. In addition to charges, at no time were any persons told they were not welcome back in to the building after the couples exit, guest/family members were simply informed that the event was over it was time for cleanup/breakdown. And finally, at no time was a Hidden Waters staff member or owner intentionally keeping the client’s leftover alcohol. The bar closes prior to all persons exiting therefore in order to prevent those left for breakdown from serving themselves, alcohol is put away until time to load and depart the property. This was relayed to the caterer as well as the groom and he verbally understood and agreed. Despite what the review says, this client praised and thanked us (myself the venue manager and the owner/Jennifer) as they were about to walk out for their sparkler exit. It was not until they were charged for damages/violations that they became defensive and continuously creating false accusations to justify themselves and their vendors actions. Also mentioned in the review was the charges to the client were disputed by the client to their bank which is true however, unlike the review states, we the venue were ruled in favor of the dispute as we provided the bank the same evidence as the client for their vendor violations/damages. We are more than happy to provide the same evidence of charges/violation as well as the charge dispute in our favor email to anyone who is concerned about the validity of this review. Even with the negatives we do thank them for choosing us and we wish this couple a happy marriage and new life journey.

day, and between six bridesmaids, two moms, grandmas, hairdresser, makeup artist, photographers, and other women who stepped in to help. I wanted to make sure we had space to get ready and take photos. Everything from the getting ready space to my last dance with my new husband was perfect and beautiful. Leah, one of the main points of contact, was super helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and quick to respond to emails. ctual wedding day went incredibly smoothly because of the detail that Hidden Waters put into their planning. One of the reasons I chose Hidden Waters was because of how beautiful the venue is and how well it shines through in pictures. While I definitely got the beautiful wedding photos I wanted, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed working with Leah and Jen during the planning process and how helpful they were in making sure my wedding went perfectly. I would recommend Hidden Waters to any bride looking for a gorgeous venue and a courteous professional team to help with your day!

able price. My photographer was ecstatic to be taking photos at this venue because there is an unlimited number of beautiful locations to get great pictures. Additionally, the outdoor ceremony sites are protected from wind due to sitting a bit lower and the tree cover. It was windy on my wedding day but it was only felt as a breeze at the outdoor ceremony site. I booked the venue for the beauty but Jennifer and Leah made planning go smoothly. There are many deadlines you need to keep an eye out for but overall, it will greatly assist you in not falling behind in planning. Be aware you will not be able to make major changes to your wedding layout 30 days prior to your wedding. The bridal suite is large with excellent lighting. It also includes some makeup chairs for hair and makeup. My party was 4 bridesmaids and 2 mothers and there was plenty of space for all of us plus food and drinks. Everything was already set up when we arrived at 10 AM. All the rentals we had rented through the venue were there and in great condition. The bartenders and the police hired through the venue were exceptional. The bartenders quickly and expertly made our signature drinks which had 4 ingredients. Be aware no kegs are allowed but we had no problems serving bottled and canned beer. ’t think she knew I was the bride because I was helping set up and not getting ready). One of the guests tripped and fell down at the very beginning of the reception. They were then cut off from the bar for the entire night. They had only one drink. The owner was very rude to our parents and grandparents. We were very embarrassed by the way our guests were treated overall. Everyone thought the venue was beautiful, but that was it.

This venue is probably the most gorgeous outdoor venue within driving distance of DFW. I received many compliments on my wedding day and by far the most common was choosing such a beautiful location. The owners offer many rentals/purchases day of as decor options, which are reasonably priced and good quality. (It really doesn't need much--the landscaping is so gorgeous and well kept.) We also so appreciated Jennifer's support when our tablecloths didn't arrive on time--she had a nearby vendor who she knew would get them to us in time, so it eased a lot of the tension.
I unfortunately cannot give them a high star review because they owners were the most difficult of our vendors to work with when COVID forced us to reschedule our early April wedding. Our requests to move our date were met with hesitation and an explanation of how much money THEY were losing (we had already paid them). After several conversations and realizing that we would probably not be legally allowed to gather at their venue, they finally agreed to "give up" their final Saturday in 2020 on October 31, 2020, for our celebration. They added unnecessary stress during a difficult time for our country and my relationship. Also, a small but annoying thing--they refused to turn on the heat the day of my wedding even though my family and I were freezing in the upstairs bridal suite--we were told it would "heat up soon"--meanwhile we just put on our coats.

I think we would all agree personally and business wise this was new territory for all of us . As you know we immediately offered all events that were directly effected by the "stay in shelter" order available dates in June, July and August of 2020 to quickly reschedule. This was all completed within a week with the exception of a couple of events, yours being one of them. Upon your request to reschedule to October 2020 the only Saturday available was October 31, 2020. Also we communicated that due to low case numbers our county announced gatherings could go on without any restrictions on guest count. All events scheduled from May 30th to current have gone on as scheduled. There were never discussions concerning revenue nor that an event would not be able to "legally" be held. These comments are simply not truthful and unfortunate. You are correct, with the bridal suite being upstairs, 70 degree temperature outdoors and multiple attendants doing hair and make up I encouraged not using the heat and explained the room would heat up quickly with the bridal suite being upstairs and hair dryers being used. My only concern was for the room to not get so warm that it would be too uncomfortable for attendants to get ready. I did periodically check on the temperature in the room during the day and night to make sure it was comfortable. I do understand everyone's frustrations during this unusually time in our lives and that the same experience may be interpreted in two different ways. I was not aware of any displeasure before and or during the event but instead complemented on our venue and service. Hidden Waters is always sure to take the best care possible to everyone that entrust us with hosting such a special day even during uncertain times. I wish you both many blessings and peace in moving forward. To viewers I ask when reading reviews pertaining to Covid to consider both parties and that none of us have every experienced anything like this before nor at the speed in which everything was changing. As it is certainly an emotional time for everyone concerned I believe we all can get through these hard times without harsh words of untruths. We are forever grateful to all that allow us to be a part of their "forever day" and will to the best of our ability make everyone happy.

rooms... My guests were spoken to quite rudely by the person in charge the day of my wedding as they were trying to take pictures after the ceremony. I paid for 2 officers although I did not serve alcohol aside from the wedding toast. Worst part is Leah, the groundskeeper decided to get behind the bar area and ID all of relatives. This was uncalled for as I did have a catering company who also had a licensed bartender. My worst case was that one of my relatives was told to take out the trash and told they needed to clean the trash bin also. I was informed that everything must be picked up at the end of the night, but never was it at all discussed in this way. I have never posted a negative review as I truly have a heart to support family owned businesses, but in this case I am saddened to hear the mistreatment that my family and guests received. I do not recommend this place simply because of the unethical and disrespectful treatment that was received. There are other beautiful venues where your money can be invested.

I, Leah, the venue manager have never told anyone that the trash from the restrooms need to be taken out and/or that trash bins need to be cleaned. Whoever told them that was not a part of Hidden Waters staff member as I was the sole manager on site for your event. With that being said all trash is to be taken out of the ballroom, kitchen, and suites, and taken out of the trash bins and taken to the on site dumpster, this is gone over at contract signing.

In addition to, per contract without the service of alcohol and a hired bartender if you decide to have a champagne toast, it must be served by the venue manager on site. In this case, it was me. As a certified TABC bartender I am obligated to ID persons when serving alcohol, this is not something I just "decided to do," it is a requirement with any alcohol. Serving to minors is a very serious offense that could cost me my license.

If any persons are ever spoken to outside while taking pictures it is to inform them that they are in an area where guests are not permitted. If they felt as if it was in a rude way I do apologize but we do have signs in place preventing people from going in those areas as well as climbing on trees, walking in landscaping, etc. that are often ignored resulting in verbal communication. We work very hard to maintain our beautiful grounds and do the best we can to prevent people from going in areas that could be damaged and/or are dangerous to children such as the pond area.

decorator cancelled, and when I forgot plates and forks for the cake. You really don't need to do a whole lot to decorate because it's so beautiful on it's own. The more you add the more beautiful it becomes. I would recommend this venue for anyone wanting a beautiful outside ceremony surrounded by big beautiful trees. So many beautiful flowers. I hope this place stays around for a long time. I would love to celebrate an anniversary there in the future.

ith the green grass they have even during the winter. Spacious bridal suite. Enough to fit 17 bridesmaids! Beautiful ballroom and ambiance. There is not a single thing white on the property, and I think that's a big reason why I loved it. It has a warm Tuscan villa feel, with beautiful trees, natural light and indoor lighting. They have lots of pretty places to take pictures on the land. A pond, water fountain, gorgeous trees, pergolas. You can not go wrong with this place. It’s family owned so you only work with Leah and Jennifer. Keeps things simple and easy. Both have always responded back to me quickly and have helped me whenever I needed it. on't have to decorate much because it's already so pretty by itself. The bridal suite is the biggest bridal suite I've seen. It was the perfect place to get ready in. I had close to 20-25 people in there at once which plenty of room to spare. Leah and Jennifer were so helpful through the whole experience from day 1. They are so quick to respond to emails and so helpful with everything. They have many layouts and ideas for you, which makes it so much easier to set up and get ready for your big day.
I wish I could repeat this day all over again because it was that amazing. 100% would recommend Hidden Waters to anyone and everyone.

t compliments on our venue selection. Jennifer and Leah were extremely helpful and responsive. They did a great job answering questions, providing assistance, and helping relieve stress. As is the case with other venues, Hidden Waters has several stipulations for safety and venue preservation reasons. My advice is to read the contract and supplements very carefully and communicate as often as needed to ensure that both parties know exactly how things will play out on the day of.

place is beautifully landscaped, with two ceremony areas to choose from! In the unfortunate event the weather is bad, the indoor ceremony is beautiful as well. We hoped to have our ceremony outside but the storm, tornadoes, and floods would not allow for it. While we were disappointed with the weather, we were very happy with the venue’s transition indoors. We were very worried how the indoor ceremony would look, but rest assured, the end result was extremely beautiful!
Although the venue was very beautiful, the best part about this place is the staff! Leah was so awesome to work with! She’s extremely kind, fun, caring, and easy to talk to! She just made the whole experience that much better! She was on top of everything and very assuring when there was anything we were worried about. She worked great with us with everything and was very accommodating when we wanted to stop by multiple times and also come back for a post-wedding photo shoot! BTW, the pictures you can take at this place is breathtaking!
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue with better staff! This place is where it’s at! I sound like a salesman with this, but that’s just how happy we were with everything! The week of our wedding it rained over 20 inches so unfortunately we had to move our ceremony indoors. The outside ceremony locations are breathtaking. Jennifer was great working with me and redesigning a layout to fit our indoor ceremony. Our friends and family have not stopped talking about how pretty of a venue it was. Luckily for us, the weather cleared up long enough for us to take our pictures outdoors. The landscaping is beautiful! The location of venue is out in the middle of nowhere (compared to this city girl) but not hard to find! It felt very romantic and secluded away from everything. Any other reputable business would have been apologetic, I got no apology, they would have made it conveinent to me since it was not my mistake and most importantly would have treated with me respect, and to be honest most would have tried to come to a compromise. It was clear from the beginning, the owner was intending to force me to take my wedding elsewhere. I unfortunetly had to cancel my wedding here because I was worried the owner would find a way to retaliate on my wedding day.
I booked this venue 2 weeks ago, I and the staff signed a contract, and the deposit was to be received last week by the venue. They relized they made an error on their end for the cost, and started calling and emailing me to come back up to the venue to sign a new contract for more money. I informed Jennifer I wasn't able to come in that afternoon, and she replied saying they cannot promise to hold my date without a new signed contract and deposit. I was not provided a signed copy of my contract and formally requested it twice and she said she can only provide me the signed contract for more money once I come in to sign! It was a legal contract, and refused to work with me or be even remotely apologetic. I have since cancelled my wedding at Hidden Waters, its a beautiful venue and I had every intention of having my wedding there, but I was extremely uncomfortable moving forward with people who run their business like this! Jennifer in my experience has been agressive and hostile towards me, despite the error being on their end.
Always look at all the reviews on other sites too, some sites allow deletion as she has already done. Also she has emailed me threatning "defamation" for posting facts

s aware she would be charged peak season pricing. The error on the part of Hidden Waters was putting "off peak" pricing on the paperwork instead of "peak". At no time prior to Sara's visit to Hidden Waters was she given the impression she would be paying "off peak" pricing. It wasn't until she knew we were aware of the mistake that circumstances changed creating unfortunate behavior. Hidden Waters NEVER showed any hostility, aggression nor anger towards Sara nor ever insinuated she was not welcome at the Hidden Waters venue for her event. Emails will show Sara was asked in a polite and respectful manner what day would work for her schedule to return and sign corrected agreement as well as pay her deposit to activate her agreement. Reasons for not initially paying the deposit are unknown to Hidden Waters. Any signed agreement would have been made available to Sara once deposit was made. Her allegations are completely unsubstantiated and unfortunate. Also, Hidden Waters does not have the capability of deleting reviews from any site. If a review has been removed it is by the site itself for not being within the rules and regulations of reviews. Our final comments in this matter: Hidden Waters did make a mistake (using the "off peak" instead of the "peak" price for a peak month). Sara knew the mistake from the prices quoted as she has admitted. It is unfortunate that she has tried to take advantage of this known mistake which was attempted to be corrected within hours. Even worse that she continues to disparage Hidden Waters good reputation by posting multiple bad reviews on numerous social media sites. Regardless, Hidden Waters' contracts are not enforceable until and unless a deposit is paid. As you did not pay any deposit, which is due at signing of agreement there is no enforceable contract. We wish Sara the best in finding another venue for her special day.

ith one exception, having to deal with all the drama and chaos caused by Jennifer. It was not poor planning on my part. I was prepared for the # of guest, I paid the day we signed papers the extra fee of $250 for 300 guests. The owner was irritated by the # guest in attendance, apparently it exceeded her expectations. She complained to guest, & family that I was not up front with the guest list, she even called me a liar. My guest list was 240, I paid for 300, 300 is what showed. I have the paper work to prove that. I did not lie, I was up front the entire time. She even accused me of having an open invite on Facebook, when I showed her it was a private for use of RSVP, she still couldn't acknowledge she was wrong. There where 134 RSVP out of 143 invited on FB.
Through out the process the owner consistently told me only 60-80% of my list would show up. That's what she was expecting. The whole time I reiterated my guest list is only 240 but I'd rather be safe than sorry, with one exception, that being the bartenders and police. If I had paid up front for 3 of each I wouldn't get my money back if 300 people didn't show up. And the cost for 2 of each was already extremely pricey considering I had to pay for 5 hours and they were only going to be there for for 3 1/2. So I did take a chance on paying a higher cost for each, I was listening to that 60-80% instead of my gut. I had to pay for the extra but that was a choice I made and I totally understood that. I didn't have a problem paying that. Always go with your gut, not what others say.
Also there was never talk of shutting anything down at the wedding. No one was even out of line, no one was ever in danger, 2/3 security guards I personally talked to said everything was great there were a couple things at first but once everyone realized you could not step out side with their beer it was fine. That everyone was behaved and everyone was having a good time.
So much more happened, so little space. Just know, respect, common curtesy should not be hard to come by. Especially when you've paid so much money to rent a facility from someone. Nor should ones ability to simply say I'm sorry, or acknowledge misunderstandings happen. Jennifer had a great opportunity to help on the day of event, but instead she did the complete opposite. She made the day and evening difficult. No one should have to run around to police the anyone, or apologize to the guest for the owners behavior. She took so much time away from things I should have been enjoying at my daughters wedding & so PLEASE think twice when looking at renting this venue, don't let this happen to you. I'm still working on getting my money she owes me back from, Almost two months after.

ssible. Each client is provided with a complementary planning binder with all necessary venue information at the signing of contract. In addition to answering any questions via calls/email reminders, invoices, and any updated information is emailed to all clients throughout their planning process. All clients are aware of guidelines and policy from the signing of contract. This event was the exception in that crucial information was deliberately withheld from Hidden Waters as to the number of guest that would be attending to avoid the expense of additional services required for 250-300 guest. After numerous emails from clients as well as mother requesting that the original additional guest fee paid to be refunded because there was no way the guest count would exceed 250 and that they expected 225 at most but wanted to set up for 240 to be prepared the number of guest in attendance was not only over the 250 claimed in written paperwork but over Hidden Waters 300 maximum capacity. Guest as well as Hidden Waters staff were put in a situation that could quickly have become very serious and preventable. Upon calling and arrival of the additional Police Officer conversations between Hidden Waters and officials began with consideration of shutting the event down. Out of respect for the Bride and Groom Hidden Waters along with the officers attempted to manage the matter in the best way possible so not to disrupt the couples celebrating of such an important day. Hidden Waters has all paperwork to support what is in our contracts as well as emails, video surveillance along with numerous eyewitnesses to the events that took place. Hidden Waters is a Christian ran company and at no time has ever taken advantage of a client and or guest. We consider it an honor to have been chosen to share in such a day as this. Hidden Waters takes no responsibility or fault of the allegations being claimed in this review. Although we did everything we could to make a terrible situation manageable it is unfortunate the event was the victim of poor planning, all of which is out of our control when not provided with correct information to better prepare for event. Due to client miscommunication drapery refund was issued at an earlier date and per Hidden Waters contract rules and regulations no money is due to client.

After I told them I was interested in a Friday in March they sent me another email with a new pamphlet and stated that they were "sorry for the misunderstanding, but that prices have changed". After looking at the new pamphlet (one day later) the Friday pricing for March went up two thousand dollars. My advice would be to not confidently send out pricing information to brides if you are "currently updating your pamphlets".

Unfortunately this review was caused by a complete accident. It in no way reflects us as a venue or the way we do business.
We recently redesigned our information sheet and unfortunately there was a pricing error where our "peak" and "off peak...
" pricing were the same. Clearly that is a mistake or there would be no reason in displaying "peak" and "off peak."
As soon as the error was brought to our attention we fixed it and addressed the mistake to all that were given pricing that day. The email was written as follows
"You should have received our rental information yesterday. Unfortunately we have been in the process of redesigning that form and it had a pricing error for our peak pricing. Attached is our correct pricing information. We sincerely apologize for the misinformation. Please let me know if you have any questions"
Never did we just say sorry our pricing has changed like stated in review. Our current pricing has been in place since January 2017.
We showed sincere apology for a mistake and in no way were our intentions to "scam" anyone as we were accused of doing via email by this member. We were prepared to offer a discount to those that were misinformed. We are very sympathetic to and understand the cost of weddings but we are also a business and have our pricing set in pricing levels to not only be affordable for everyone but to keep our doors open as well. We are a family owned and ran business without a corporation backing our necessary funding.
Unfortunately people get upset over things and leave bad reviews to hurt businesses and we hope that those interested in our venue take a look at other reviews via The Knot and Facebook that truly represent how we are as a venue.

Communication was fast and easy, they were very flexible and professional, and in the end our dream vintage inspired wedding became a reality. I also hired Leah as our wedding day coordinator and that was probably THE BEST decision I made. She read my mind and was proactive in making decisions. I was so calm, cool, and collected the day of because I knew Leah was taking care of everything before I even needed to ask her to. This property is absolutely gorgeous and allows for many options in set up. It also had great, comfortable rooms for my groom and I to get ready in. The natural beauty of the main room meant there were not a lot of additional decorations that needed to be provided, which I'm sure helped save the guest of honor money on extra decorations. This place is very beautiful, but a total nightmare in Texas when the temperature is anything above 75 outside. The video shown had to be taken very late in the day. There was no shade for guests sitting outside during the ceremony, no fans, ...

Many guests complained about pebbles in their shoes. The small rocks/pebbles were not easy for older people to walk on. You will not see any of the water shots from the video in the wedding.
The kitchen was not stocked with standard items we needed. They definitely cater to the person who paid the 7 grand for this place. Everything seemed rushed except for the pictures taken outside, in which I thought someone would pass out from the awful heat. My sister had asked about providing water to those outside, clearly hot and sweating, a staff member said they did not provide water but would see what they could do.
The owner’s wife cut that beautiful wedding cake like she was "Benihana", with a knife in each hand resembling those used to cut brisket, not cake. I did not let the children go near her as I was afraid she might cut someone. Also, we noticed the staff was eating as well during the reception. I wasn't aware we were required to feed them as well.
As soon as the bride and Groom left, the staff began to clean and we were told that we had to leave as well. We were told the event ends as soon as the bride and groom leave.
I would recommend looking around before deciding to have your wedding here. If you decide this is the place, have the wedding after 6 pm and do not invite anyone with any disabilities. Hire dependable personnel to work the wedding as this is much cheaper than hiring the staff from Hidden Waters as this is a family owned venue that charges for every little item.

ings at Hidden Waters as well as what services included in the rental of the venue. All of which are communicated during tours and then again at the signing of the contract. Unfortunately the Knot reviews restricts the length to address each issue individually, If future clients have concern I will do my best to address each issue via email/phone so each future client will have the opportunity to hear both sides before making such an important decision as to where to hold their special day.
To summarize the issues mentioned, Hidden Waters cannot control the month in which a client chooses to have their event nor the time in which they choose to have it. Clients are responsible for providing items of comfort to their guest such as water and fans. Wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, walkers, canes, strollers are all items that can be utilized on the ADA approved decomposed granite. Clients, caterers etc. are responsible for items needed to make sure their event goes as smoothly as possible. Clients are responsible for the hiring of an event planner to control the days schedule. Hidden Waters does not have a servicing staff. This is the responsibility of the caterers if the clients choose to pay for such services.
It is not uncommon but unfortunate that guest and or family members are not made aware of what is provided and what is not provided at an event. This information is generated between Hidden Waters and our clients. The clients pay for the rental of the venue not a service. A staff member is present at events for assistance with lights, heat, air, the restocking of restroom, etc. The beauty of an “Open Vendor” policy gives clients the opportunity to choose who they would like to use for each service. Preventing them from being locked into using a vendor they are not comfortable with. If we were not an open vendor the prices would be much higher depriving the client of using vendors of their choice as well as the opportunity to possibly save some money as they are able to dictate their own spending.

Most of the remarks made in the review are false and unjustified. It is unfortunate and truthfully very upsetting that for whatever reason someone would deliberately try and harm someone's business and livelihood.I will not be angry at the writer as I believe they were misguided and unaware of who the owners are ( didn't nor has ever served a wedding cake) and service that were paid for by our client. This certainly doesn't justify the way in which things were worded. We take very seriously the experience our clients have and are grateful they have chosen us for their special day. God has blessed us with an opportunity to change peoples lives that started three years ago. It is our responsibility to follow his will. We would never treat anyone with anything less than love and respect.
