Packages include the Gold Performance, Premier Performance, and Elite Performance options. Each one features a complimentary consultation, professional sound equipment, and dance-floor lighting. Unlimited meetings are also included in every package, allowing you and your partner to make any last-minute adjustments to the itinerary. On the big day, your guests can marvel at the animated monogram, video-projection screen, and LED lighting provided with the company’s Elite Performance package.

My fiancé and I are working on planning together, we both have busy careers, and frankly the insistence on an immediate response seems ignorant of the fact that some couples are coordinating two schedules rather than a single person planning everything. In my opinion it’s highly unprofessional to send half a dozen messages from different accounts with odd titles and content (the first one that accused us of going “ghost mode” was entitled “hungry attack ghosts”). It takes time to work through vendors and details and lacking the patience and professionalism to deal with that simple fact is a huge red flag.
It’s well within your rights as a vendor to reject a potential client for not getting back to you in time, but messaging them that “after several really simple questions about your event that didn’t get answered and then a ghost mode mode activated in full, it seems to be that our services don’t align with yours” is unnecessary, condescending, unprofessional, and rude.

Very unprofessional, pushy, and rude. If I was ever considering booking after seeing how he handles new brides that he’s never spoken with more than an initial message they sent out I’d never want to know how he would act at my wedding with his attitude.

Upon checking reviews I saw that he has a pattern of rude interactions with potential clients. I let him know that we had decided to go in a different direction. He responded “any reason why we can’t get an interview?” And then promptly either blocked me or reported me. They are “no longer receiving messages.” The whole interaction was unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths. Glad we trusted our gut and read reviews.

The questionnaire that Mike walked us through was also very helpful as we thought through all of the music selections we needed for our wedding and what types of music our guests would most enjoy. We felt that all of our concerns and questions were handled by Mike. He was nice enough to also meet with us an additional time before the wedding to go over our song selections. We also really liked that he offered a variety of DJ packages. The package we chose included a gobo and colored uplighting, with the option to order more lights if desired. Mike was quick and efficient in setting up on the day of the wedding. Everything went according to plan with the ceremony and reception music. Mike was even able to seamlessly accommodate one of our special ceremony requests, playing a worship song during the middle of the ceremony. We highly recommend Mike for your wedding.

He sent an email on 8/3 (initial contact), 8/5, 8/7, 8/10, and today (8/11) stating very rudely “thanks for checking out the messages like always - so does that mean you’re still interested, this is actually a bot account, you’re too busy to respond, or something else?” I would suggest if you want someone to book with you, Mike, to not be so annoying about it and give them time to decide. He hit every cue and had no problem with getting any of the music we requested for the ceremony. There were a couple of times where I had to change the plans on the fly and he was totally on it. Our wedding DJ Kevin Pope (DJ Bald-E) was very phenomenal! Kevin was able to provide sound to all of the speakers in the ceremony: officiant, scripture reader, and guitar player. He came to the wedding ceremony early, prepared, and organized. He played every song we requested for the ceremony and reception at the right times. We definitely got people to the dance floor during the reception. He was also very flexible in making some adjustments last minute (whether it was a few days before or during the reception).
