better idea of what I was looking for. When we finished she said she would email me a quote for all the floral arrangements including centerpieces, bouquet, groomsmen, bridesmaids, and ceremony. It has three weeks and still nothing. I have not reached out to her as I think it is not worth my time and view the absences of communication to be unprofessional and not worth my time as her services and consultation were nothing extraordinary.

prior to ever walking down the aisle. The flowers on the staircase looked like dollar store tinsel and were embarrassing to be quite honest. I paid more for bigger arrangements for both my bridesmaids and reception table centerpieces. I'm sad to report both were not only not upgraded like I paid for in the price increase, but they were even smaller than average sized bouquets and centerpieces. I also never received my silk flower arrangement promised to keep as a memoir of my wedding bouquet. I'd also initially placed a much larger order for flowers. My husband got laid off unexpectedly, so I had to downsize my order after having paid in full earlier FAR before my payment due date. Theresa assured me she would refund me the difference. It's been over 6 months since my wedding, and besides a text months ago claiming to have had a family emergency that kept her from responding sooner (please note she used this same "family emergency" excuse months before with a coworker of mine who used her for her wedding & was also due a refund from Theresa (for being short one centerpiece arrangement she claimed fell and broke the day of her wedding). The absolute most disappointing part of all about this company and Theresa (the owner), is how she is all talk about God and claiming to run a Christian business. She played the "God card" the entire time, until it was time to issue refunds that were rightfully due to her clients. Don't walk, but PLEASE RUN away from this woman and her business. You will be disappointed in her floral work and even more disappointed in her lies and poor ethics. She has now failed to respond to both me and my coworker altogether, after we kept contacting her for our refunds. We have been forced to hire a lawyer, and unfortunately we will now have to spend even more money to let the courts resolve this. This has been an unimaginable wedding vendor nightmare! Please do not give this woman and her company your money or your business. Your wedding should be your dream day. Mine was except for her and this nightmare. It's so sad someone claiming to be such a devoted Christian, would lie to and manipulate her clients this way. I waited so many months before writing this review. However, I have tried time after to find now to contact her now with no response for months, and at this point I feel like I should at least tell my story in hopes that no other bride will have to endure such a terrible experience.
