ok almost four weeks, and several nudges, before I even got a quote. Furthermore, when I stopped in to make amendments to the order, the ladies behind the counter almost seemed annoyed that I was there. They couldn't find my quote and then blamed me for telling them the wedding date (which they asked for) instead of the pickup date (one day prior, which I did not agree to), which is how they organize orders. When I would ask questions about what certain flowers or grasses looked like, they did not offer to show me pictures of what they were referencing until I got out my phone and started googling things. And even then, they did so with an eye roll.
I was so frustrated with the service that I cancelled my order, forfeiting the retainer fee. When I left my review with management, all she could offer was "I'm sorry you feel that way."
I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your wedding florals.

They also let us order our own vases (elsewhere) instead of renting from them, which was great because we were able to buy vases for the same cost as renting them, and they called to remind us when payments were due, which I appreciated because there were so many due dates in my head as we got closer to the wedding. The delivery fee was not very expensive and I was really glad we didn't have to hassle with picking flowers up and transporting them. There were only two issues: 1) I had asked for a little more variety than we ended up getting in the centerpieces but that was fine because they ended up looking great, and 2) we didn't get the corsages and boutonnieres that we ordered/paid for; I don't know if they were left on the truck or what, but that was $100 or so down the drain. Besides those two things, we were thrilled with everything!

was brown, rather then green like a fresh one would have been. Luckily they took it apart and update some other things I did not like. The day of our wedding they gave another wedding party our boutinears and corsages. Luckily that party realized it and brought them back to Horrocks, which when they received, they sent their delivery guy out immediately. Overall I was very pleased.
